After getting the reassurance from the Staff and doctor I felt at ease. We proceeded with doing the extraction the same day. My goodness, from the time it took for the anesthesia to kick in, which was quick, Dr. Sheppard came back in the room and did the extraction. It happened so fast, I was shocked! Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and was told before I was took back to the operation room that…read moreI would be getting hydrocodone after my extractions for pain then once I'm in the operation room they change it to regular Tylenol my husband was trying to understand up front on why they changed there mind while I was under and was told this doctor does not prescribe them for pain I was already super nervous iv never had anything like this done before besides a c section fast forward after we pick up the prescription I take one as told for pain ( my upper jaw hurting to badly ) this is about 2 hours after we left I wait a little over a hour to be sure that what I was gave would come into effect sadly it did not I have been crying in pain since the minute I took it and called them to tell them I am in so much pain and have been crying since and mind you this hurt way more then a C-SECTION I told them I have never been in this much pain before and that what they gave me was not working and asked for the hydrocodone they brought up in the first place ( mind you I have had friends and family tell me that is what they got after and they where just fine) I walked in there nervous but glad my pain would be handled in after care and it's was OBVIOUS THAT IT WAS NOT back to the phone call they proceeded to tell me that I just need to take I ibuprofen for the pain I took 5 ibuprofens at once and I'm still in pain crying this office does not care about your pain management post op what so ever I would not recommend to ANYONE NEVER GET WORK DONE HERE

In my adult years I got braces and later crowns to make my teeth more presettable. At age 45 I got throat cancer. The treatment required radiation and again my teeth took a beating. After having several other dentists work on my bite and general appearance I found doctor Le. Over several weeks she crowned all of my lower teeth. I already LOVE the appearance but more importantly I can chew my food properly. We will start on my upper teeth next month. Dr Le and her assistant Michelle made an unpleasant process worth all the pain and discomfort. Her front office staff specifically Jocelyn always greeted me with a pleasant good morning. I received a coupon in the mail for a new patient visit that included x-rays, cleaning and a consultation for $59, which prompted me to go ahead and give them a try. The service was great from beginning to ending. The hygienist was very friendly, gentle and thorough. We chatted throughout my appointment like we've know each other for years. I think her name is Kassandra. My experience with her was so great that I made an appointment for my son on the way out. They also give you a goodie bag which includes a toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and small bottle of Listerine. She also schedule my 6 month cleaning before leaving her suite.....great visit all the way around.

My previous dentist no longer takes my insurance so that is why I was changing offices. Upon check in the receptionist was not that friendly and was not even interested in the fact that I had a secondary dental insurance. Yes I know my appointment was on a Saturday and most insurances are closed, but thought she could have it to follow up on the next business day. Once the assistant took me back he seemed like he had no idea why I was there. Apparently they thought I was just coming for a second opinion for the bridge. Got that straight or so I thought. We then proceeded to go do X-rays and he kept going out of the room. Then the front desk person came back asking me questions as to why I was there. She again said the online appointment said for second opinion. Finally was seen by the dentist who seemed very friendly and helpful. He gave me his assessment of how we would proceed, but would need to speak with the lab to clarify the best option for me. Then upon checking out the front desk person stated they would need to contact my insurance the following Monday, which was Memorial Day and I knew insurance would be closed. So I left and was told the office would contact me about my further treatment once they spoke with my insurance (they needed to see if this would be considered new or if I needed prior authorization since another dentist had started the bridge work). I knew I would wait a few days to give them time to call my insurance. I waited until later that week and tried to call the office to see what they found out from my insurance. I did not reach a person as the message said they were all busy, but would return my call. We are now at June 10th and I still have NOT heard one word from them. I guess they do not need my business so I will seek treatment elsewhere. I felt like they thought I was bothering them by being there. Do not go there if you want to be treated as a person. Once again the dentist was nice, but the staff lacked any compassion. I would not go here unless this was the only place in the world to go to. I work as a receptionist myself and I try very hard to make each patient feel welcome and appreciated.
