What pushed me over the edge today is the office staff. They called me 5 times to check insurance and no one notified me I would have to pay out of pocket and then be reimbursed. In my adult years I got braces and later crowns to make my teeth more presettable. At age 45 I got throat cancer. The treatment required radiation and again my teeth took a beating. After having several other dentists work on my bite and general appearance I found doctor Le. Over several weeks she crowned all of my lower teeth. I already LOVE the appearance but more importantly I can chew my food properly. We will start on my upper teeth next month. Dr Le and her assistant Michelle made an unpleasant process worth all the pain and discomfort. Her front office staff specifically Jocelyn always greeted me with a pleasant good morning. She also worked with my husband when he visited the office and he also enjoyed her conversation. My husband and I saw different dentists and both had good experiences. He did have a bit longer of a wait than I did, but the weather wasn't great that day and the roads weren't clear. Crystal was the receptionist for both of us and we both noted how cheerful and nice she was as we entered and exited. It was extremely easy to book an appointment here, even as soon as same or next day and I loved that ease. I was thankful for the deep cleaning I received here and thought the office did a great job at staying on top of new services and also informing my husband and I of what they offer/how it would benefit, etc. All in all, I'd return here! I received a coupon in the mail for a new patient visit that included x-rays, cleaning and a consultation for $59, which prompted me to go ahead and give them a try. The service was great from beginning to ending. The hygienist was very friendly, gentle and thorough. We chatted throughout my appointment like we've know each other for years. I think her name is Kassandra. My experience with her was so great that I made an appointment for my son on the way out. They also give you a goodie bag which includes a toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and small bottle of Listerine. She also schedule my 6 month cleaning before leaving her suite.....great visit all the way around.

I received a root canal and crown here in 2021. After a painful and extended treatment process, I returned with recurring pain. Despite voicing concerns and asking for an evaluation, I was told everything was fine and referred to an outside endodontist--where I paid $2,440 out of pocket for retreatment. In 2025, a CBCT scan confirmed that the same tooth shows decay under the crown and is cracked, so must now be extracted. I trusted this clinic to help me preserve the tooth, but their dismissal of my concerns and failure to resolve the issue left me with significant costs and no long-term solution. Patients deserve care that is backed by accountability. I am currently pursuing formal resolution through other channels.
