After having several other dentists work on my bite and general appearance I found doctor Le. Over several weeks she crowned all of my lower teeth. I already LOVE the appearance but more importantly I can chew my food properly. We will start on my upper teeth next month. Dr Le and her assistant Michelle made an unpleasant process worth all the pain and discomfort. Her front office staff specifically Jocelyn always greeted me with a pleasant good morning. I received a coupon in the mail for a new patient visit that included x-rays, cleaning and a consultation for $59, which prompted me to go ahead and give them a try. The service was great from beginning to ending. The hygienist was very friendly, gentle and thorough. We chatted throughout my appointment like we've know each other for years. I think her name is Kassandra. My experience with her was so great that I made an appointment for my son on the way out. They also give you a goodie bag which includes a toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and small bottle of Listerine. She also schedule my 6 month cleaning before leaving her suite.....great visit all the way around.

Finally I call just before my wisdom teeth appointment out of anxiety to really triple check I was insured. Thankfully, the lady on the call took the initiative of verifying my insurance was active. It was not. She said it hadn't been for my last visit either so my down-payment for my wisdom teeth appointment was used for that last out-of-pocket visit. I'm glad she told me and clarified some things with me, but it's frustrating to have asked about this during prior visits and have out-of-pocket costs for something I wish they could've clarified. I called back today to cancel a future appointment since I'm not insured anymore just to be met with the lady cutting me off and stating that I have a nice day and hanging up. Once I work out my coverage, this isn't somewhere I'd come back to, but before all of this - the staff used to be accommodating and friendly.

Then, the dental hygienist wanted to take more x-rays to bill my insurance more $$$$. I just had x rays last visit! Over the course of the last 5 years, I've been told by the office staff that I have terrible dental insurance (I'm self employed and this was a slap in the face as I'm trying to take care of my teeth) , I've had to pay out of pocket for several things because their prices at this dentist office are too high and apparently I don't have insurance through and employer like most. What pushed me over the edge today is the office staff. They called me 5 times to check insurance and no one notified me I would have to pay out of pocket and then be reimbursed. I wasted a half day of work to sit down at this clown circus for 2 minutes Y'all lost a client today.
