I filed a claim letting them know the corporate office let me know there is nothing they would do about it. What is so frustrating is my car bumper was just replaced. I cannot believe they still had me pay for car wash that my cracked my bumper. The people who worked there at the location were nice,(so I don't fault them) but the corporate should have done something. I will never go back to mod wash and encourage friends to not go as well.

Pressure wash locations just don't get the job done, and too many auto-washes tend to use equipment that literally scratches the vehicle's finish. I want a process that cleans thoroughly, yet gently. That's why after trying several wash locations, I choose Auto Shine. From the manual pre-scrub to the final air-dry, everything is designed to clean and not destroy your vehicle's smooth finish. I opt for one of several of the monthly unlimited plans which allows me to keep the White Mule sparkly clean and fresh, inside & out. Yes, there's a vacuum/detail area, with super-suck vacs, trash cans, and plenty of cleaning cloths and a variety of spritzing cleaners for interior use following your vehicles bath. The employees always have a great attitude, and the premises is always neat, clean, and litter-free. The only negative is a "can't be helped" super sharp entry turn to enter the wash station. The access to and from Hixson Pike is super easy, with very good sight-lines in both directions. Now I've clean vehicles, and not having any "hunker" isn't an issue!

A guy grabbed a brush & have passenger side tires a scrub.... so quickly, as if there was a line (there wasn't another soul for the duration of my visit at nearly 6p). I rolled through... didn't stop at the vacuums because I had my granddaughter asleep in her carseat with me. I wanted, so badly, to turn back in as there were still bug inners sprawled on my windshield. I'm frustrated. I've tried this place 3 times now- only the 1st visit was good. I feel $40 has been wasted. There are other car washes & even mobile detailers that could use the money instead.. P.s The dudes immediately returned to smoking.

There is room for maybe five vehicles near the building, but they also have a large side lot they do the actual detailing work in. Both times I was greeted outside and asked what I wanted done. They offer several different services so can meet your needs. I wanted a complete interior and exterior cleaning and detail. This takes most of a day, so don't plan on just waiting. Both times they did a very good job of getting all the dirt removed, everything waxed, and the interior looked almost brand new. They do what they say they will, and the price is reasonable.

Where you pay...that machine was broken so the employee had to go into the office, which delayed me longer. Then this mechanical "arm" to let you enter wouldn't raise up so it was done manually. By this time there 6 cars waiting in line behind me. Went to the area where you can dry your car and vacuum and equipment was broken unable to use. I had to move my car to a different spot. I paid $16 for this car wash I ended up having to dry the car, even though it goes under very strong equipment blowing hard air. I only went there because I was shopping near this location. I don't live near it. But I can guarantee you I will not recommend this car wash nor return. I don't think I got my monies worth.

Their system seemed unintelligible to even those who worked there. Terrible customer service and bad business morals.

BlueGreen does a great job on cleaning and detailing. I got my car washed a week ago; it rained two…read moredays later but its still shining! The inside is still very clean also. One suggestion I would make is for them to put a shine on the dashboard in addition to cleaning it. Overall nice job!
