The most friendly staff. I really enjoy my membership and it is so painless. The gate works perfectly for a non-hassle payment option. The vacuums have good suction. My car doesn't get 100% dry but they will come and help dry it off if they aren't too busy. read more

it's not me but my girlfriend. she told me that she went through the car wash and I had a computer glitch or something they said and it stopped midwashed she had soap suds on her car still she went over to their sink and got some water to wash the soap off of it with in a 2 l bottle back and forth. the young man gave her a receipt and said to call some number whatever but any how you slice his cheese we spent two hours we got have not been talked to they won't answer your phone call again after you tell him what's what without being rude too rude or too angered after being lied to a few times in a row of course I got I get angry but I didn't blow a fuse I did not blow a fuse I wanted my money back I wanted her money back still getting to run around 2 hours later don't know what to do I don't recommend this service at all at this point they should have handed me a rain or her a rain check take it right there for a free wash. but since they didn't choose to do that I've talked to rude secretary's inept workers in this company and I will not seek their services again or any of my friends I'm going to tell them not to seek the services cuz they ripped us off and it was just damn $12. can I throw some soap subs on a few people and charge them $12 that's my question that's what happened to me and then I've been hung up on I lied to giving the runaround to the point I'm about ready to sue the people for my time and my experience with them and I wasn't even know it was my girlfriend. have a good day read more

I so desperately wanted to love this place. It's a brand new location but not a new business. While I do use my truck as a truck, I have one of those trucks I like to take care of, which requires I wash it now and then. I've had a membership at another was for a few years, but a recent move made this was much more convenient. Like I said, I really wanted to live it but I must be honest and say it left something to be desired. I tried a top of the line "Mod Wash" and was sadly underwhelmed. It didn't get all the sort of the sides of my truck. Yes, it cleaned it, but not nearly as good as the wash I've been going to which is using much older equipment. This was just opened so the equipment is brand new for Pete's sake. The get an A+ for friendliness and customer service. Awesome staff for sure, but this was was not worth $24 by a long shot. If you get the basic wash you'll probably be happy because it can't be worse then what you get at a gas station drive through wash but save your money on the expensive ones. Not sure what all that money is supposed to get me, but at least wanted a clean truck. read more

In my previous review I suspected damage to my car. I was contacted by the manager who inspected the damage . He also showed me the brushes and how they could not have scratched my car. I went to a local body shop and they felt someone had backed into my car and it was not the fault of the car wash. Thanks to James I have returned to my membership. I really missed having a clean car inside and out. The facility is always clean and well stocked with drying towels etc. in the vacuum area, and the staff is friendly and ready to help. read more

Great experience! Sabra was very helpful in explaining the package options available to me and the facilities were top notch! I think the vacuum could suck the pattern off the upholstery it was so strong! ...just kidding, but I did have to wrestle the hose to the ground to retrieve the plastic bag that was sucked out of my hand. read more

I do not normally do this, but I would advise anyone to be very weary of taking your car to any of the ModWash car washes in town. We took our sons car there and their blowers blew a trim piece off. While the workers were nice taking an incident report, I didn't hear back from anyone for five days. No apology, just was told that corporate said they will not cover any of it because the car is more than 5 years old. They watched the video and said it was caused by their blowers, which they said (after the fact) are the "strongest in the industry." I was also told that is where issues typically happen in their washes. Yet, they refused to take any responsibility, even partial. They did say, if I had been a member, they could comp me a couple free washes. But, because I'm not a member they can't offer that. Very disappointed. The trim piece for his car is several hundred dollars. We had bought each of our three children a $50 gift card for Christmas, but will not be returning. The risk is not worth it. For all of the monthly payment members you should be aware that I was billed 3 separate payments in September, one on the 6th and two on the 12th. I called their Customer Service no. on the 12th and was told that someone from Corporate would contact me within 48 hours, that never happened. Called back today and was told that they did an update in their billing system and yes they knew there were some problems so I turned around and disputed 2 of those 3 charges for this month. Also if this happens again I will definitely cancel my wife's monthly membership. When I asked why Corporate didn't send out an email or text letting its' customers know there might be issues with billing she said she couldn't speak for Corporate. Awfully poor way to run a company, especially when they are trying to expand their business.... read more

ModWash is a car wash you should avoid at all cost. My wife recently visited the Hwy 153 location in Hixson TN and halfway through the wash the vehicles in front of her stopped, she applied her brakes and stopped as well but the lady behind her had soap on her windshield and did not see the vehicles had applied their brakes in front of her so the automated track kept pushing her vehicle into my wife's. Needless to say it caused substantial damage, the police were called and filed a report. The car wash is blaming the vehicle in front that did not exit. The owners of that vehicle said they did nothing wrong. The workers at the car wash stated the line is supposed to automatically stop which it did not. The car wash manager told us to get estimates and they would repair. We went to one of our choice and then the repair body shop they recommended which was over $800 more than our preferred body shop. We said we still prefer the one cheaper and now they are denying to pay for repairs, will not respond to phone calls nor emails. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever had any interactions with in my 60+ years. Just wanting to warn everyone to beware of this company. We, nor any of our family or friends will ever visit any Modwash again. read more

Great location, friendly service, great value. I'm able to take my car and my wife's car there any time we need to especially Darren pollen season to get it nice and clean. Vacuums have a good power products are good and good to use. And Savanna was super helpful as she guides me into The wash and after my wash is completed she ask if there's anything else that they can do such as help wiping down the car or even vacuuming out the car to help us out to get us out quicker and back on the road read more

won't be going back! no pre wash by employee working the front, truck had water all over it, did not dry any water off it. i basically washed it myself after wiping the water off the entire truck. go to Surf's Up, they do a much better job for less $$. read more

continue running my card for 10 days until my check was deposited into my account after I asked for it to be stopped no one will answer the phone and u can't leave a message because it hangs up on you! very frustrating when you are counting on the money they took to pay your bills and now you can't because they took your money after you declining every charge for 10 days this should be against the law read more
