It's SO hard to know which line is open, there's so much waiting because they ring everything up by hand and enter in codes, and while the staff is super helpful and kind, it seems like the setup is sabotaging sales. I've seen people put stuff down and leave without buying, and I almost did that but really needed the item. Please get more cashiers or update your system to something more modern to move the line faster. Bright side, super fun to just walk thru and get your steps in on a hot summer day.

But they carry stuff for almost every craft that you could think of. They also have a wide variety of markers and paints. If you are a sewer they have a big section for everything that you would need. They also have a great seasonal section for your special holidays. In general the prices here are decent and average compared to other craft stores. They don't offer coupons anymore. Which is a little disappointing but they do have good sales going on. The service from the employees was great. Very welcoming and willing to help with whatever you may need. I definitely will be back to this location.

They have a ton of sports cards, limited on pokemon but if you ask him to get you a specific pack, he will! At least he will try. The owners are very kind, friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable of what you are looking for. If his parents can't help u they will surely call up their son so make sure they can help u accordingly!

Owner could have easily said "sorry i'm firm on my prices" instead of saying "i feel insulted" and then to start arguing with you which we weren't trying to insult you but the markups are crazy especially on pokémon cards too. I was taken back at the awkwardness of the conversation and how he acted like a little child about it. I'm glad i'm not the only customer that experienced this type of rudeness. I am a headdress designer and I live in Hawaii and there are no feather supply stores here so it makes it difficult for me to run my business when other companies don't have what I need half of the time, take a long time to get back to me (some take up to two weeks to put my order together!!!) or charge me ridiculous shipping charges (PnF gives you a variety of options to ship, which is very convenient). It was about 6 months ago when I was desperate to find a type of feather that I had to have in my hands within a few days in order to fulfill an order or I would lose the sale. None of my vendors had these feathers in stock! I frantically searched on google and then found the Plumes N' Feathers website. I immediately searched for their phone number and called them up. I left a message. I got a call back within minutes from a pleasant voiced woman named Paula (whom is always so helpful every time I need anything!). She was very knowledgeable and calm as I described my situation. Good news - they had the feathers I needed and could mail them out the next day!?!! My day had just been made, and my sale saved! The entire transaction was so quick and painless that after I hung up the phone, I actually got concerned that maybe they weren't a real company since I had just found them online and that it was too good to be true...When I got my feathers all neatly packaged a few days later, I was overjoyed - they really are this awesome!!!!
