So much passion! The attention to detail! The lovely heartwarming introduction and speech in which she mentioned she donates 50% of the proceeds to feeding the less fortunate. She is doing so again this Friday on Christmas Eve. Did I mention heart of gold!! Gold- yes- gold as in 14 kt gold lamb chops, succulent lobster, delicious shrimp, the MAC mac n cheese, the corn bread - OMG; we are just getting started - the bacon Brussel sprouts, the salmon, the crazy good mashed potatoes, the chicken with the sexy sun dried tomatoes. This was after the heavenly appetizers - the Hennessy wings, the stuffed shrimp with crab meat and the scream worthy ( yes they heard me in Pennsylvania) chicken and steak roll bites. The banana pudding needs a separate page and write up. What made this incredible food taste even better was the love with which both Chef Toy and her amazing and generous niece and assistant Shaquana served us and asked if we would like seconds and thirds.
