Our experience was not far off from other reviewers. Restaurant wasn't clean and it wasn't new dirt a layer of filth everywher. Food was mediocre and bland I got Pollo Asado chicken on my salad and it reminded me of the same chicken that you get at Taco Bell that's precooked and sent seasoned and frozen (I mistakenly said grilled chicken). I have been to Moe's several times and I have enjoyed their bowls most of all. This location is an aging one, but nonetheless the cleanliness is always perfect and the service impeccable. They have been kind and positive every time I come in, going above and beyond in certain cases. If you go to moe's i reccomend you get a bowl with adobe chicken, seasoned rice, and poblano cream as a base. Of course if you prefer a bit of spice I recommend you ask for hot sauce and some jalopenos in it. A bowl is only as good as the flavor you're willing to put in it. And Moe's has some pretty good ones. :) read more

Disappointed. Made a mobile order, picked it up, got home, and the order was wrong. They added lettuce when I didn't request it. They added guacamole and I don't even like it! They forgot my black olives. It's hard to take off the lettuce, so I sucked it up and ate it. The guac went in the garbage! I attempted to call them to report the issue and their line had issues, so I never spoke to management. read more

I went in tonight, for dinner. I placed a to go order. I ordered two stacks, and a chicken burrito and a single taco. All just chicken and cheese. The manager Tiffany rolled her eyes at me, for no reason as I am ordering. Then I, went to pay, the cashier- the gentlemen working was just clarifying what I got, and she came over and yelled at him and degraded him in-front of the whole line, loudly." It's not that hard guys" He apologized and said she was the manager and he couldn't do anything it about it and she was upset she was here all day. I told him, he shouldn't be talked like that, ever manager or not. He did nothing wrong, I added a tip of a little over $5 on to my order, which became $44. Never have I seen such lack of customer service and disrespect for customers coming into spend our money and treated like we're an inconvenience and lack of respect for employees. The food is good...the staff.....not so much. Every single worker here seems like they hate their job & would rather be anywhere else. They never smiled, they were rude, the didn't pay attention or listen to what you wanted, they got in their phones watching Netflix right in front of customers...the manager didn't seem that interested in being there either. It had been 2 years since I had been here last. The place had been remodeled in the mean time. The menu has been pared down due to COVID-19 concerns, but the food was still great. I had the Homewrecker Bowl with dark chicken meat, rice, black beans and queso cheese on top and it was as good as I remember from two years ago. Moe's is just not good... I've eaten at a couple in the DC area and 2 in SC. It looks good but is just tasteless. The last one I ate st in Bluffton SC was also dirty. I want to like Moe's but I've finally given up on them. A better choice, at least in SC is Salsarita's. Similar approach but better (not great) taste. My family and I had dinner there tonight and had such a pleasant experience! All the crew was very friendly, even when it was slightly busy. My youngest eats very little when we go out but tonight he wanted another taco. Lee was so accommodating especially when it came to putting meat and cheese in a bowl. This place is dirty and very poorly managed. Will not be returning. Food was cold, sauces were not maintained, drink fountain flavors were empty. Staff were rude. Oh, yes, and the food is way overpriced. Two burritos and two fountain drinks will set you back $25. Definitely needs a major turnaround or it will not survive. read more

The burrito artists were polite and accommodating to my request of whipping me up the no longer made Chili con Queso. The restaurant was slightly dirty but by the time we were leaving someone was going around wiping seats and throwing away trash. It was convenient and yummy. read more

Disclaimer: By writing what I'm about to write, I am not dogging on this particular location; They just happen to be my local Moe's. Plain and simple: Moe's as a franchise has RUINED the fast Mexican experience. They have seriously complicated my ability to just order a chicken burrito. SNAFU at its best. So I walk in. "Hi! A chicken burrito, please." The associate, in return, rattles off a list of names, or places or common nouns that, I assume, are supposed to represent types of burritos, their insides, or their founders. I look around. Am I being punked? Why can't we just start with the tortilla, work our way down the line adding fillings and end up with a lovely treat for my belly? Why does everything have to come with a preconceived title? I don't know what a joey bag of whatevers have to do with my burrito, but can I just get the chicken, beans, rice and cheese and be on my way? And to top it all off, when you ask for something out of the means of the assigned name, the associate acts like you've just told them Godzilla just escapes from the local zoo. "What! Well...that's not included. It'll have to be extramalfunctiningburrittooverloadpleaserestartsystem." Fine! I'll pay extra for that sad excuse for a side of sour cream. But I want Moe's to understand that sour cream is not on the national endangered Mexican food dipping side list, so they can hook a sista up every once in a while on the inside of her burrito. I've always loved Moes, so I don't really understand some of the bad reviews. It's especially good with kids on Tuesdays because they eat for $.99! My entire family loves eating here multiple times a week. Always friendly and a great list of options for my burrito. Diablo's is good too, but their queso leaves a lot to be desired. The food was great as always but the cashier, Kayla, was extremely rude!! She scoffed at me when I asked for a side of chips with my to-go order and proceeded to ask "you need more chips with that? Eek!! Just lunched at the Whiskey Rd location and found a tiny cockroach in my salad. I've been a Moes goer for years and have watched this location's quality go downhill. Moe's is delicious! I have always been impressed with the service here as well. It gets extremely crowded around lunch time, but the staff always handles it quickly and efficiently. I would say don't always expect to get a table if you go in around noon as the restaurant is fairly small. The food is awesome, and I've never gotten anything I didn't like. I like Moe's and I've been to this one long before I had Yelp. But... I get a Joey with rice, beans, steak and toppings. This was the saddest, most flavorless Joey EVER.
