Moes has really went downhill in the last few years. We haven't ate there in a while and were surprised at the lack of options compared to what they used to have. We both got Steak Burritos with cilantro rice and black beans. My wife added guacamole and I added queso. They only have shredded cheese, pico, jalapeño(fresh or pickled) onions and lettuce. No more just tomato, cucumber, chopped cilantro. The cilantro rice is no whereas good as it used to be. The burritos seem a lot smaller than they used to be as well. The chips are not like they used to be either. Maybe since I was so disappointed in the burrito I might be imagining them being different, not just the bag change but the taste. Moe's was one of my favorite places but now I don't think I'll go back. The staff were very friendly and the welcoming "Welcome to Moe's" was said loud and proud when we walked in. I am not sure why this place had such bad reviews! I ordered nachos off the Moe's app, it was a pretty easy process. I got there grabbed my sauces and my food relatively quick. The service was welcoming and nice. it was very clean and we put together and they were in stocked with everything. I'll definitely stop by again. read more

This location is terrible. Moe chips, please! Second time I've gone in to order a bowl of queso and chips for the fam and left with maybe 2 small handfuls of chips. I put one star because I ordered ahead and yet there was people that came in the restaurant behind me. They got their food before me waiting in line like just going through the regular line so my advice to anybody is don't order online because you'll be waiting longer than you would be if you would just go and walk through the line because this restaurant does not know how to prioritize their to go orders with the customers that they have in the store The only person who helped me was the manager and that was because he seen me pacing back-and-forth getting irritated. The newest addition in food to the area after Popeyes showed up and I could not be more excited for a Moe's!! Who doesn't love Mexican style food that is quick and easy? Crazy people, that's who. It's new, it's clean.. already doing well in my book. They still have some kinks here and there to work out I'm sure, but the overall vibe is upbeat and ready for good eats. They greet you when you come in and you feel like framily (that's friends+family for you noobs). I love ordering the quesadillas, veggie for me and chicken for him. We get a nice cup of queso to go with our free chips and it's totally worth it. It's my favorite thing about this place, cheese dip! There's a ton to choose from on the menu and the burritos as stuffed to the max. I suggest you not eating this and driving, may cause complications. I ordered food off of Doordash for myself and my coworker. In the plastic bag with my name on it, they put my burrito, but didn't put my coworkers burrito or my $3 queso, and instead put someone else's quesadilla (with their name on it), and a cup of sour cream instead of queso. We tried to call to tell them someone was messing up people's food, and you get the automated line saying to "Press 1 to contact the restaurant", but when you press 1, the automated message just starts over again and you can't get through to the restaurant at all. I had a similar experience before, but in that case I still got all of my food, they just put someone else's whole order in the bag with mine. So apparently someone who works there is not paying any attention whatsoever when they bag anything. read more

Just had the worst possible experience. We went in to get 4 meals. They ran out of steak and barely put any on the 1 meal they did make. Like I'm talking collectively 6 pieces of steak lol. Then when we were about to order more. We asked how long it would be and she said "it's frozen" I said oh okay so how long? And she just kept saying it was frozen. So I was like well okay. I used to love going here when they first opened. They always had what was on the menu. In the past year every time I went there I had to ask for salsa for my chips. At times I never got my Queso sides. They also would be out of steak and would serve a half portion.. One day they were out of salsa and I asked the girl working there if they were under new management because I have noticed the the other friendly workers weren't there the past few times I was there. I have been to Chipotle many times but this was my first at Moe's and I am a fan The place It is a pretty nice building plenty of seating and clean bathrooms! When you walk in it basically snakes around the line once you walk in the door so no wondering where to go to order. The food I had a beef burrito and I was happy to see they dont skimp on how much they put in the burrito that thing was stuffed full! Everything tasted pretty similar to Chipotle which is a good thing. Also they come with warm chips which is a big plus. The verdict I would highly recommend this place if you like Chipotle you will like this place. Great value for your money! read more

Wow! This is my second time to Moe's and it has impressed again. I was blown away the first time by the taste and quality of the food. Very much like Chipotle, except this place gives you chips and salsa for free. It does have a tofu option along with regular meat. The chicken was fantastic and I recommend the queso cheese dipping sauce. Around 10$ per person. 10/10 read more

Horrible customer service. My three teenage sons went to get dinner. One employee put guacamole on one sons burrito and my son said he didn't want it so they scooped it off and served it to my son. Then after ringing out my kids and sending them on their way they got home and realized half their order was not there. I called and told a man whom I later found out was the manager. He told me "ok come back and get it". Ok sure. No problem. Cuz that's what I want to do. Then when we did they had it sitting there from the time we made the phone call. So it was cold. I travel around alot for work and usually try and hit Moe's on Mondays for double points. I've been to many locations. Some good, some bad. This location definitely stands out from many. My food was cold by the time I got it since the service is neither quick or/and their food bar is not hot enough. My order was actually a to-go order that wasn't completed when we got there, we were actually told they didn't even get the order. One of the girls making the food had the order slip and I went down the line with her to make it (as suggested by the person checking orders/cashing out) she literally forgot to put the chicken in my salad I had to stop her and tell her I ordered chicken it was right on the slip. The overall experience was rediculous I couldn't understand why they would say they didn't get an order and then miraculously find it. They made me feel like it was something I did wrong when I've ordered online several other times from the location where I used to live and never had this issue. The food itself was also not very good. I went in to "pick up" the order at 6:40 when it was supposed to be done and didn't leave until 7.
