Welcome to Moe's. I stopped in to grab lunch here and ordered the homewrecker bowl with a drink and a side of queso. I chose the adobo chicken for my protein on top of cilantro lime rice and black beans topped with various toppings. It is a good portion but the food was just okay.

I can't say much other than a joke because even with double meat It's still harder to find any chicken than to find Waldo. I feel a red cross food ration has more stuff in it than this excuse for food in a bowl. Wouldn't even be worth it at half price

We order our food. The white meat wasn't seasoned at all and the queso wasn't hot. The general manager, David took care of us. Thank you.

When you arrive there is parallel parking outside the front of the restaurant and if that's full there is overflow parking in the back. When you walk in you'll be transported to a fast, casual taco shop near downtown Raleigh. To order you can either sit at the bar, order on the kiosks, or at the counter. I ordered the trailer park combo which comes with a trailer park taco (Fried chicken, green chiles, pico de gallo, mixed cheese with poblano sauce on a flour tortilla), queso and a drink. I'd recommend taking the lettuce off as I feel like it overpowers the taco. I also ordered the Ranch Hand breakfast taco (Cage free eggs, marinated and grilled steak, mixed cheese on a flour tortilla with a side of Diablo sauce). The Diablo sauce is a bit too hot for me so I subbed that for the salsa roja on the side. Both tacos were excellent and remind me of my first time eating Torchy's at their og location in Austin. Torchy's also has one of my favorite quesos as the green chiles really add a nice flavor. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for good fast food Tex mex spot.

The food arrived at 7:16pm, so if you're hoping to get in and out of this place quickly that likely won't happen. We ordered tacos and they were all delicious. The Oaxaca was a pleasant surprise that I highly recommend. The chicken Al carbon was tasty. You could taste the smokiness from being grilled. It was a little dry though so we added salsa to it. The picadillo with the seasoned ground beef was good. The steak was spicy but tasty as well rico style. Overall our only complaint was the wait time.

If my mom (who was neither Mexican nor good at cooking) attempted to make a Tex-Mex style dinner,…read morethis feels like what she would've come up with, using her trusty arsenal of store-brand white american cheese; off-brand Wonder bread; and the cheapest greying meat, from the cheapest grocery store, roused from its long slumber in a cling-wrapped styrofoam bed in the freezer. The tortillas did indeed taste like white bread, somehow. The cheese was an unidentifiable white cheese-like substance. The meat was completely flavorless and seemingly unseasoned, though, it did, at least, taste and look like it likely came from a recognizable member of the cattle family (rather than some other, less ideal, quadrupedal sources of red meat). The chips had the traditional shape and color of chips in a typical Tex-Mex restaurant. Despite the reassuring outward appearance, however, they were also oddly lacking in flavor, other than a strange movie popcorn-like aftertaste. The salsa unexpectedly seemed to have been fashioned from actual tomatoes, rather than the usual jarred mush found at most casual Tex-Mex restaurants. While normally this would be a good thing, here it meant that the salsa was being prepared in-house (or shipped in from the Chuy's warehouse of condiments). Though the salsa was acceptably mediocre, it benefitted from tasting a little better than other things on the table, which also helped me partially forgive its remarkable resemblance to gastric effluvium.

I ordered in person but took the food to go. My son and I enjoyed the food today as well. Everything was nicely prepared and had good texture. The MOLCAJETE MAZATLÁN and the ARROZ PLAYERO were good but could've used a little more seasoning. The shrimp and calamari basket was okay. As happened the last time I ate from this restaurant, my bill had an extra fee that was not obvious. This time, I questioned it before paying. Turns out that if you pay with a credit card there is an additional fee that's based on a percentage of the bill; however, if you are paying with cash, the cost is as expected/accurate. That still does not sit well with me because the cost should be the same regardless of whether you're paying with cash or paying with a credit card. Other than the issues described above, this is still a good spot to eat. The food has been consistently good overall.
