We continue fans of Moes' queso and prices, however, recently had a poor experience here. The quality of service and food (specifically the burrito and bowls) greatly declined. I had placed an online order at 12:46 pm for pick-up at 1:05. The order wasn't ready until 1:26 pm. The order was messy and missing several servings of chips, chipotle ranch, and salsa. The chips that were included were crushed by the burrito and queso. Plus the burrito opened and spilled through the foil and bag into my car. Despite being told the order was waiting on the salad bowl (which took the extra 25 min), the salad was messy and soggy. Overall, we recommend the chips and queso and do not recommend ordering online. The burritos or bowls may be good if ordered at the counter and consumed at the restaurant. read more

Let me start off with, I love Moe's! This location is just awful based on my experience tonight. Brought my family here for a quick dinner on the way home from spending the entire day, outside in a heat index of 109 degrees at a softball tournament. We are tired, hungry, and ready to relax for a few minutes and enjoy some good food. This was not to be. Ordered our food fine, but when we got to the register, our order of $53.04 was declined on my debit card. I immediately assume it is me, even though I know there is $4000+ available in my debit account. Switch over to a capital one CC with $5000 limit, declined, discover, $15000 limit, declined. Now I know it is them so I tell the girl helping me that it must be them. There is a massive line building up behind me, and she turns down the line and says "Stephen, this guy's card is declined and he is acting like it is us". I have never been so embarrassed or infuriated in a restaurant in my life. To make it worse, they tried the guy behind me order ($20 or so) and it went through with no issue. They tell me to go get cash, in front of 20 or so people and my kids. The guy who's card just worked offers to pay for my order and I can cash app him. He tries, declined. I leave without eating to go find cash, go to an ATM that then charges me just to get my own money because it is a 10 minute drive to my bank. When I get back, there is another family checking out, order is $108, declined. The staff decides to split their order up to get it under $50 and get it to go through. I get up there, pay for mine in cash, but they can not give me a receipt because the system is offline. I am reaching out to the general manager to find out who owns this franchise, and which other locations they own, so I can make sure to never step foot in any of them ever again read more

when we walked in it was absolutely packed so we thought we were about to have a fire dinner. The music was overwhelmingly loud. Then when we got to the counter to order our food it was filthy. We ordered our food. One of the workers named Chelsea kept touching her hair with her gloves on then touching the food which was SOOO unsanitary. She was also very rude when asking us questions and would not stop touching the food with her dirty gloves. The drink area was also disgusting and the food was very mid. This is the worst Moes location. Do not come to this location if you want actual portion sizes. I came in to order a burrito. The two ladies in front of us left the location because of how they were giving barely any food in the bowl. I saw there was maybe half a scoop of chicken and totally fair for them to leave. The portion sizes for this burrito was the worst i've ever seen. Half a scoop of chicken and rice. I asked for a little more and they seriously gave maybe 1/4 of a scoop more. The workers were rude and inconsiderate. Will never come back to this location. Management needs to look at who they are hiring because this is a horrible look on this chain. We ordered take out from this Moe's and it took 40 minutes for our food to be ready! Mind you - they weren't incredibly busy. The employee was just serving people who asked where their food was first, regardless of when they arrived/ordered their food. As a result of trusting their process and waiting patiently we needed up getting skipped and waiting forever for our food. To top it off, the employees had an attitude and our food was prepared but waiting on a counter behind the window the whole time. Won't be returning and I'd advise against anyone else going here as well. read more

I gave this place a bad review 7 months ago, but gave it another try. I was blown away by the improvements they've made since I was here last. Service was friendly and fast, dining room was clean, salsa bar was clean... everything had improved! And now Moe's has new sauces which made my bowl even better. read more

The guac guy completely mangled my burrito to the point where its contents were falling all over the table, my pants, and the floor. This place seems to be under new management and my experience here was drastically better overall than the previous visit. The staff was much friendlier, the food was all made to perfection, or at least as perfect as moes gets, and the dining area was much cleaner. I recently stopped by here for an afternoon lunch. And the line was very dirty looked like they hadn't restocked or stopped to clean anything up . I had to ask the woman for fresh rice then I told her light rice, She proceeded to scoop plenty more rice than I wanted, and the scoops of chicken were burnt. The tables were filthy . you basically had to clean the table yourselves to sit down. there were crumbled up chips all over the floor by the ice machines and half of the sauces were out. I am very displeased. At the start was Covid I came to Moe's & got my usual. When asked what type of meat I wanted I stated, Pork. She stated none had been made & gave me the option for it to be made fresh or choose a different meat (very politely) Today I went in and got a Taco. Was NOT asked soft or hard shell, was given soft & when stated I wanted hard the lady got an attitude. When she asked what meat I wanted I said Pork and with an attitude she stated "we don't have pork" so I waited for her to ask if I would like for her to make some (like my previous visit) to which she gave me a blank stare. When at the cash register to check out I was charged for an extra drink & found a hair in my salsa. Must be new employment.. & needs to be fixed. read more

Best Moe's ever. Just as good as Franklin TN. My wife got the junior burrito and I got the three brothers. Very, very good. Quick ordering, and my wife was impressed with the man making her burrito, as he flirted with everyone! The restaurant needed someone to clean tables, but it was lunch and they were super busy. I have lived nearby this location for two years now, so prior to any Covid issues. We keep trying to give this Moe's chances, but I think I'm done considering EVERY time we do an online order, they haven't even started it after giving them ample time and frequently the orders are messed up. Today they left the chicken off my salad- the literal first option to pick on the menu is the protein. I hate to sound like a Karen, but y'all need to contact John Taffer to do a Moe's Rescue or something because this is a sinking ship. If I could give this a zero star I would. This is not the first time I've had a horrible experience, I went to order something and then the person tried charging me way more. I said something that the price was too much. I pointed it out in the board and they kept making up some "up charge" that wasn't there. We went back and forth, and they would budge. This Moe's always seems crowded so I've only been twice. My daughter frequents here a lot and she loves it. I was warmly and loudly greeted upon entering which I'm guessing is the normal. The staff was a little more inviting than another location I frequent, but they do seem to take more orders than they should just to get the crowd down. Which I wish they wouldn't do because I feel rushed. The store could use some tidying up and someone cleaning tables to prepare for incoming customers. The food was better and a lot flavorful than before. It's one of those if in the area and have the taste for it I would stop by, but not making a special trip " just because". read more
