Vegan tofu burrito

Yummy as always!! Staff super nice, I had a question about their sauce and she looked for her manual or something with the ingredients of the sauce and she made sure I was confident in what she was saying, appreciated her attention. Also the bathroom was spotless and smelled really good.

My home wrecker burrito fell apart after the third bite.

Bad service. Cashier has a bad attitude and they stand around talking to each other like no one is in the place. I heard the male cashier yell out bitch at one point.

Build your own tacos. Tortilla chips included.

Went there for the first time today. We had the salad with steak. It was good. We will go back.

Always love Moe's! Make it like you want it. My favorite is pork and black bean burrito with the works.

Very good service. Good food, pleasant environment to eat in. Recommend it to anyone who hasn't had it.

La Casa and I go way back. Way back. Being a Houma native and having family that still live in the…read morearea I've visited La Casa many, many times. It's known around town as "the place to be" as it has a bar area (separate from the dining area) that is always hopping and the restaurant itself is one of the more upscale Mexican places in Houma. I was here recently and had the Grilled Shrimp Nachos (shrimp, beans, monterrey jack and cheddar, sour cream, pico, bacon bits, avocado and chives topped with jalapenos. Holy shit...these were amazing. If you go here for nothing else go for these. I would not steer ya'll wrong. We also shared some burritos and what I love about La Casa's burritos (besides their hysterical names) are that there is no rice in them. Rice in burritos distracts from the fillings in my opinion. If rice is your thing, you can order a side of it. The Happy Burrito is filled with beans and ground beef and topped with cheddar and chili. The Sad Burrito is exactly the same without the chili and I guess it's sad because it's missing the chili. My favorite though was the Lazy Burrito-filled with beans and ground beef topped with enchilada gravy and cheddar. I am a sucker for some good enchilada gravy and theirs is really good. I'll be back and if you're in the area give La Casa a try!

For a small town Mexican restaurant it was pretty good. Ordered the taco plate. The pulled pork…read moretaco was by far my favorite. Also ordered the fajita one, that one needed some sour cream. And ordered the chorizo one and that was decent too. Our waitress was extremely nice and did a great job!

Honestly, it's nothing like the restaurant I was the first to review a couple years or so ago. Nothing here is the same except the peach margaritas. The food was a complete let down. No idea who is in the kitchen now but none of my usual favs here tasted the same. I didn't recognize and didn't eat the Carnitas. This was a serious disappointment. I literally had no idea what this was when I tasted it. Not carnitas. The enchiladas were also not good at all. But I managed to eat the meat inside, as I needed to eat something. The staff was more interested in looking at their phones and talking to each other at the bar than service. However our Server was friendly. It's clear that this location needs its old chef, and old staff back. The ones who made great food, and gave extremely good service. The ones that made you feel welcomed and at home as soon as you entered the door. Otherwise, this is a waste of their time and the customers. Honestly, if I had the heart to completely give up on this local favorite, I would have given them 1 star. But I'm hoping they can bring it back.

Ok. First the good. "Food" autocorrected to "good," and I…read morefelt that was the correct choice. We've been here many times and the food is consistently good. The Nachos Garcia are phenomenal. Margaritas too...always good. Service has always been fine. Now. The bad. Y'all. The ladies' room smells aggressively terrible. "Room" autocorrected to "run," and that felt spiritually accurate. It smells like someone made a series of deeply personal choices and then left them behind. Not a faint odor. Not a "maybe it needs attention." I am talking full, undeniable, immediate presence of Satan's butthole. One step inside and your body goes, "Absolutely not." Every time I've been here. Every. Single. Time. I have to hold my breath for the entire bathroom visit unless I want to gag and rethink my life decisions. Seriously. Today I almost lost my nachos before I even ate them. I should not need lung capacity training to use a restaurant bathroom. I genuinely like this place and keep coming back because the food and drinks are good. But please. I am begging. Exorcise whatever is haunting that bathroom. No margarita is strong enough to erase that experience.

I had the Dorita's Famous Chicken and Mandarin Salad. It was ok. I think I was expecting more due to the name, but the chicken was lacking flavor and so was the poppyseed dressing. I think an alternative dressing would have made a big difference. What I did notice was that all of the dishes were very generous and almost everyone had lots of leftovers. Also, there is a large lunch menu (which most of us ordered from), and it's available on Saturdays as well. Big plus.
