Girl ringing us out literally tried to steal from us. If you use your card to pay, make sure you watch the screen where you choose to give a tip. Me and my mom went for lunch and got there around 11am. We ordered and when she inserted her card to pay, the girl ringing us up quickly reached around and tapped the screen to tip herself when my mom wasn't looking. I'm guessing one of the kids behind the counter with her saw me looking cause after he said something to her she was pretty quick to cancel it before it went through and had my mom scan her card again. read more

Unless I'm starving, I doubt I'm coming back here. I came in, with no usual welcome (something they're known for) and went to the build bar. There was barely anything there and half of the things that were there looked old, crusty, and some had flies on them. Drink machine was out of almost everything, and when I talked to the manager about it, they had an attitude and just seemed uninterested in anything I had to say. customer service here is always awful! i have worked fast food. i know it can be tiring and you can become irritated easily, but when your customers are being nice (asking how you are, saying please and thank you), you don't act the way these employees acted. they just have attitudes and act like they don't wanna take to your order. they literally rolled their eyes at me when i walked in (at 8:00.. an hour before they closed). the food has been good in the past, but it's normally hit or miss. long story short, do NOT eat here. it's my last time eating here. This is hands down the worst moes I have ever been to. The workers are disrespectful and move in slow motion. They did not have steak. They did not have a stack or so they said (maybe just didn't want to make it?). No flavors were working in the freestyle machine. The salsa bar had 2 choices for salsa which is not standard. Fourth Update - I previously had challenges so bad I called their corperate office. It seemed like they really listened and things improved a great deal. Unfortunately, they've reverted back to their old ways. No romaine lettuce (iceberg didn't look pleasant), the place was dirty and the staff had challenges with taking our order. I left 2 stars because they did say welcome to Moe's, the cilantro wasn't slimy and the staff was not rude - which are improvements from my prior experiences. But seriously folks... can you clean the place, keep fresh lettuce in stock and hire competent folks? Or at least the first two? I really want to like this place. :-( Third Update. Today was my final attempt and I'm so glad I gave them one more shot. After my last review and complaint to corperate, I heard back this time. It seems they really have heard their customers and things have greatly improved. The entire team along the line was friendly and all items were stocked and fresh. It was a busy lunch hour and they kept things moving quick and stayed upbeat which I know can be hard at that pace. They even threw in a "welcome to Moe's" once or twice. Kudos! I still suggest they clean up a bit behind the counter, specifically under the fryer. It is pretty nasty. But honestly, I'm really impressed with the noticeable improvement. My three star review is due primarily to prior experience but I'll look forward to coming back and I'll update as things keep at this pace. Thanks Moes! I really do love your food! read more

This LaGrange location is unprofessional and disorganized. The first issue is that I was unable to order a cheese quesadilla on the app or online. So our admin assistant called to order the cheese quesadilla for 12:30pm. I ordered the rest of our food online. The assistant drove 15 minutes to pick up the order and returned to the hospital. Well...the entire online order was wrong and also included the order and receipt of a different customer, Jennifer P, who also ordered online. They didn't give us our queso at all. When our assistant called back, the manager was screaming into the phone. We are unable to leave the hospital to drive back 15 minutes to Moe's, use another 15-20 minutes for them to correct the order, and then drive 15 minutes back to the hospital. We've already used up our entire lunch break. When I called back, the manager was unavailable. He left the store. Anyway they told me they are unable to refund online orders. Umm. We didn't get our food. When I get off work at 0700, Moe's isn't open for me to get a refund. I'm seriously feeling some type of way. I now have to spend more money for delivery so I can eat, and we're gonna have a serious problem. The manager should NOT be in management. They apparently can't fix the order and drive it to us, but they also cannot refund the $35.15 to the card. I also cannot report a problem via the email at the bottom of the order confirmation. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen, and the manager has escalated a small issue into a major issue. It's not acceptable that I have to wait 24-48 hours to speak with the manager's boss or wait 4 hours after my shift ends tomorrow morning to attempt to get a refund. I won't return to this location ever again. If zero was an option, that's how many stars they should have. How difficult is it to follow a list of ingredients? I guess I wouldn't know. I'm only a hungry physician working a 24-hour shift. read more

Probably the worst Moe's experience I've had in Georgia. My co worker and I order. She got the Home Wrecker and I got the Joey Bag of Donuts.... The server was a tall curly haired kid. He asked me what type of wrap I would like ... Flour tortilla or wheat. I asked him if they had corn tortilla... And he says yes they do and holds up the two ... Flour and wheat... Obviously he had no clue of what I was talking about. So I choose wheat. Then the worst part was him preparing the burrito. As you know the Joey Bag of Donuts is a burrito like the Home Wrecker minus the guacamole. So I was expecting a good size burrito cause I was hungry. But much to my surprise this kid was being very meticulous and careful... Placing small portions onto my wrap and very careful. It seemed like an eternity getting him to place one ingredient after another. Meanwhile he's working on my burrito... My co worker's server is fast ... Placing this and that in a heart beat. She's done while my person... Is still playing with my food on the counter. Wrapping folding the tortilla... You would think he was trying to fold a paper crane. I just gave up and I go to the cashier while I wait... They rung me up faster than that kid could wrap a "origami" burrito. Disappointed in the whole experience I get home and eat my burrito. Good but not as good because the rice was too dry. Usually one would expect the rice to be moist when served not dry and grainy. Most of no flavor the burrito... Overall experience at this Moe's wasn't great. I've been to Moe's in Atlanta near my campus. I'm usually a Chipotle type person but I've enjoyed Moe's cause they offer sliced cucumbers in their burritos. Which I love. But sadly this Moe's was not as good as I had expected. But if you're on a road trip and passing through... It's worth stopping by... But would not stay long cause the restaurant isn't clean and gets bombarded by local high school and college kids. So it can get loud at times and pretty messy. Ordering your meal to go would be my best suggestion and if your server is a tall kid with long blonde curly hair ... Watch out. You're in for good show ... Yes a good tour of how a burrito can be wrapped in a world where time doesn't exist. read more

Always ask for a receipt!!! I visited last week and the cashier rang me up but the total was not on the iPad. I put my card in and she walked away. I waited for her to come back and asked for a receipt. She looked a little annoyed but gave me my receipt and immediately walked away again. I see my total has a $3 tip included. I wave to get her attention and said ma'am my total is wrong. She went to the register and gave me $3 cash without me even telling her how much the tip was for. She said "$3 right?" I said yes. While I waited for my food I warned other guests. I decided to stay and eat and talk to the manager when I was done. They were so busy so I didn't want to cause a scene or hold up the line. I ate, got back in line and then asked if the first lady was the manager. She said yes. I told her what happened but she didn't look surprised or bothered. Told me thank you for letting her know. I was even more concerned at this point so I called corporate and had to leave a message but have not heard back so I will leave these reviews every day til I do. I am a server part time so i always tip appropriately but i deserve a choice. This is stealing. read more

Went in last night about 15 minutes before closing time (9:00pm)to get a quick bite with my wife and our youngest kid. Waited a couple of minutes for someone to come to the front to wait on us. The employee took the order and then told us that it would need to be a "to go" order since they were closing soon. We live on the other side of town, and had no desire to eat 30 minute old fast food when we got home at 9:15pm. I've never seen this happen anywhere. We won't be going back. read more

After reading all the reviews on this restaurant on "Yelp," which were mostly negative, my friend and I gave this Moe's a shot anyway. I had no idea what to expect. I was most pleasantly surprised when we found the restaurant, staff and service excellent. While some of the ingredients were still cooking and not available (the were cooking and if we had wanted to wait a few minutes would have been available), any rational person could well have made an excellent meal with the vast variety of selections and choices that were available. I found the dining room clean, and will definitely be going back when in the area. In short, everything was flavorful, we loved it. I am not sure what motivates some of these yelp reviewers. I have travelled to various countries and in my opinion and experience the restaurant is far above most fast food restaurants. read more

Stopped in for a quick late lunch as a softball team was leaving.. But there was virtually no one else in the restaurant and no one in line. The dining area is a disaster though a couple of employees are now cleaning it. The guy at the counter asked me to wait while he finished refilling ingredients, then told me there would be a wait on the rice but still wanted to charge me extra for guacamole. Poor management all around was my impression but it was made worse when I started to check out and the manager who heard me ask about guacamole in place or rice and express my frustration that they were out didn't mention it, sort of greeted me then turned his attention to an employee who was tying his apron on and said: "what'd you eat man?" He replied "what? I didn't eat anything I just went to the bathroom." "That's what I'm saying that's the third time you've been, what'd you eat, you messed up or something?" AS I'M PAYING FOR MY FOOD. So disgusting and unprofessional. Do not come to this moes. Awful. read more

I have commented on this restaurant before giving it a very good rating as I had read other poor ratings and my experience was very good. May I say, I have worked myself in foodservice for large chunks of my life. I have seen excellent as well as the other side. Today however, my experience was just strange. Ordered to "ear muffs" chicken to go. The gentleman that initially attended me was very new, and had to ask the manager before he even knew what the "ear muffs bowl" was. I got rice, he put a small half spoon of rice in each plate. Then I choose the black beans, he again divided one spoon of black beans between the two bowls on the rice, I told him he should put more beans, and he added about 1/4 of a spoon again divided to the two plates which was not nearly a serving of beans, and again I told him it should be more. He was obviously scared looked at the manager, and put about 20 more beans on each plate. It was the same way with the grilled chicken, the portions were extremely small. Then the plates were passed down to the toppings, the toppings were applied scantily, very scantily, as though everyone had been instructed to reduce portions today. When it came to the lettuce, again it was a sad scant amount put on by the servers gloved hand in a pinch manner, what ever could be grasped between the thumb index and middle finger, in an amount that could only be called a "pinch." This is a salad bowl for goodness sake. It should have obviously had ample lettuce. That was it for the shredded iceberg lettuce. The lettuce was applied in the same amount that was pinched for chopped onion and cilantro. I was expecting more lettuce. I usually eat at Moe's in Newnan near where I work. The Newnan restaurant is by far a superior restaurant. If I go back to the LaGrange Moe's again, and have to ask for a fair portion, and am served scantily, I intend to just turn around and leave. There is no reason a customer should have to beg for a correct and proper serving of a food. This is a poor reflection on the Moe's in its entirety, manager in his position, and the actual employees doing the serving. read more

Love love love moe's it's a fav. This location had an great health rating but the tea was really bad. Don't think the containers had been cleaned in a long while. Even the fresh batch come out a watery mess with things floating in it. Food looked and tasted fresh but made me a little nervous about what other food stations I couldn't see behind the prep door looked like if the tea containers were so dirty. I will def def be back....gotta have my Moe's. Just drink the soda. read more
