We stopped in to this restaurant last weekend on our way to Great Wolf Lodge. We have four children so it was nice to sit outside on the patio and not worry about them disrupting anyone. Our waitress was very attentive. They had a lot of kid options and my fajita salad was delicious. I also really liked the skinny margaritas I ordered. Sat 5/31/25 This is my first time here.The place was so nice and busy. But my waitress was super attentive. I didn't get her name. But I appreciate her checking on our table so often. Very nice. Food was beyond good. I ordered the Hacienda Chilaquiles because this is my favorite item at the location in Newnan. The Mango Margarita was sooooo bomb. I love the beautiful glass too. 10/10 will be back again very soon. Sat 06/07/25 This is the second time I am here and you can tell why I am back. I asked to sit at the very same table because I enjoyed the view. Service has been consistently amazing to me. My waitress's name is Marissa. She is so attentive and sweet. I ordered the Carnitas Mexicanas and it was so delicious. I dont see how everyone is complaining about the price. To me it is worth every penny. I would come here every Saturday to try out all the items on the menu. I love how the menu has photos. It helps a lot with choosing what I want. Was very please with food , was a little worried at first because there were no cars there. We tired alot of dishes as we were a party of 7 the kids had chicken nuggets and liked them although not true truffle fries like I was thinking. The beef fajitas was good had large strips of steak . The birria tacos were stuffed with shredded beef and delicious, also the birria pizza was very good basically a quesabirra and the cheese dip was good. Was a little disappointed in the grand burrito it didn't have much meat. Two of the teens ordered the wagu burger and were very disappointed because of the type of spicy cheese on it , but that's because they like plain burgers they should have went with the kids burger. But the wagu looked amazing. Teens loves the fires ice cream and the churro cart was a hit came with 4 churros and ice cream, topping and had a flaming candle which was a big hit, Overall good food a little pricey, especially the sodas were almost $4 each which added quite a bit to our bill. Love that they have a drive through. We would definitely dine here again but maybe just order water next time. read more

Really had high hopes here, this review is also considering them being new but it was just that bad, we sat for 22 minutes before someone finally stopped to get our drink orders, was not even packed, then ran off before we could order food as we were obviously ready by this time. We were literally getting up to walk out. Food did not match the menu description at all, wife's "blackened" fish tacos were not blackened at all, more microwaved texture.. burrito was supposed to come with pico, lettuce sour cream the usuals on top was nothing just burrito on a plate few pieces of brown lettuce scattered across it, daughter got a burrito bowl and asked for just rice and chicken , cheese no veggies, came out loaded with onions peppers and all. Then waited for around another 20 minutes to get our check, which was not itemized and I cannot understand how three drinks, a taco plate, burrito plate and a burrito bowl was $98.00.. at this point was so fed up we didn't even ask we just paid and left. Between all it took almost 2 hours to sit down order get meal and pay check..and plenty of empty tables in the place, so no credits given for being slammed or something...Certainly not going to be coming back unfortunately, really would have loved to have a good Mexican restaurant on this side of town but just way off the mark, will drive across town out to the other two .. read more

Arrived during lunch so they were very busy. Took a few minutes to get our drinks and food ordered. Managers were circulating, telling to customers, cleaning tables and refilling drinks. Lunch special #2 was very good. Salsa and chips were excellent. Nachos grande was okay but unimpressive. Great location and the staff provide great service. Food was excellent 5 stars for the food. Service sucked big time. Only 3 tables occupied. 3 waitresses. Our waitress was so busy talking with one of the other customers 2 tables away, she never came to see if we needed anything or bring us our check. One of thw other waitresses brought us our food. The guy who sat us, got my to go container and the check. I did leave a tip of $2.20 only because it wod of probably taken another hour to get change. Trust me, I wouldn't have left anything. The number 8 combo was advertised with rice and refried beans. I received a platter of enchilada, tamale. and burrito without sides and drowned in excess cheese. Please cut your excessive cheese and profit on the sales of other items you purport to have. The next time I order cheese dip and a small salsa, I expect more than a half bag of chips. read more

Ate here yesterday. Probably one of the worst meals I've had since living in Georgia. I ordered the steak and bacon wrapped shrimp. The shrimp was decent, but my steak was covered in melted cheese and tasted like it was boiled. It was awful. My son had the birria tacos. They too were pretty bad. This was by far the most expensive Mexican restaurant I have been to. 3 taco meal for 20.99 is absolutely insane. Nearly $7 per street taco. I am from California and new to Georgia so I am definitely going to be a bit picky as far as Mexican food is concerned but I didn't even take the left over steak home to my dog. Simply terrible. My only positive review was that the staff was nice, and they tried. Other than that this place would get negative stars if it were possible. read more

Today was Mother's Day so customers were on the above normal level. They seemed very disorganized. Quick to get seated and then waited forever to get our order. The table layout was bad. Not enough room to move or let servers move-through. Only saving grace, the food once brought (90 min later) it was very good. Hope they reorganize the tables to let the drink robot room to move. We averaged $38.20 per person. read more

Went to Hacienda today in LaGrange, GA, for first and last time. Were seated quickly, served chips and salsa quickly, but no water. Downhill from there. A server in our area came to our booth 3 times, and asked how we were, then said he was a wrong table, and left. Hostess came after 45 minutes, I told her no server yet, but we needed water for our chips, and were ready to order. After about 45 minutes, a random server asked us if we had ordered, and I told her the same thing. She took our drink and food order. They brought the wrong size of guacamole, and we had to correct that. Then they brought our food out after waiting for over an hour, in a Mexican restaurant! It was the wrong food. The server said we ordered chicken dishes. I corrected her nicely, and said, No we ordered shrimp dishes, and I saw you write it on your pad. She checked her pad, then went to a booth 2 positions away from us, and took OUR shrimp dishes off their table, having already served them to someone else, and put them on our table. I'm pretty sure this is a health code violation. Then they took the chicken dishes they tried to give to us, and gave them to the aforementioned table. Then my quesadilla had NO cheese on it, but I didn't try to correct this, because I didn't want to spend the night. Our food was cold, not the way it was meant to be served, and my shrimp tasted tainted, like they were old or had been left out too long. On top of that, no music appropriate for a Mexican restaurant. Instead, they had a DJ, who played 80's dance hits, like Michael Jackson, Prince, Wham,The Temptations, etc, REALLY LOUD. Needless to say , what was supposed to be a relaxing night with good food, failed in all respects. Saw a very rare Hispanic employee there, which probably explains why the cook didn't know a quesadilla was supposed to have cheese on it, even though it was documented on the menu.
