Visited Moe's recently for lunch with my wife. It had been years since I had visited a Moe's. I went with a vegetarian bowl with all the fixins. They threw in some tortilla chips and I grabbed a couple salsas to go with them. The salsas weren't that great, so I just used my bowl ingredients with the nachos, which was very tasty. The bowl was excellent and my wife liked her salad too. I like Moe's better than Chipotle, but there aren't any locations close to home. read more

This place has totally gone down hill the last 3 years. Food is always over cooked or out. Dining room is always trashed. Employees obviously do not care. Moe's needs to totally clean house and get rid of all the management for this location and hire people that care. My wife and I used to go here at least once a week. Not any more. If you're in the area stick to Chipotle. read more

Being late, understood some choices were not available. Got a bowl with double chicken. They only had dark meat chicken. That was ok, and actually tasted really good. Not a good selection of bottled drinks at the counter, so I skipped a drink. Also got a bowl of queso and chips. Very surprised to have a bag and a half of chips. Told me they would use my input as a learning experience and try to get better but did nothing to fix my order . Stopped in tonight to pick up some chips and queso. Staff seemed slim and wasn't out front when I first walked in. Definitely didn't get a famous "welcome to Moe's" greeting. I was greeted after not long and the service was friendly. The 3/5 stars is mainly because the restaurant was messy. Trash cans were full and there were chips all over the ground. Mind you they weren't busy. Just some areas to improve on but wouldn't keep me from coming back. read more

I typically love Moe's. We were staying in the area and were looking for a quick bite to eat. Hardly any cars, but it was mid-afternoon so I didn't think much of it. First hint to turn back was only one of the 2 front doors was unlocked. We walk in, look around, saw no one except 2 employees. Again, it was not lunch or dinner time so no big deal. We walk up to the counter. Things were messy. We still were going to order...I assumed they had a busy lunch and were still cleaning up from it. I start to order my bowl. I asked for white meat chicken. There was none in the spot for it. The young girl with her pink in pigtails didn't say anything to me, just went to the other man working. She must have asked for more chicken. They grabbed a container out of a mini cooler. He pulled back the plastic wrap and they both leaned over to smell it then looked at each other. She came over and said they didn't have chicken, it needed to be cooked. My husband whispered to me "this stuff isn't fresh". I politely told the girl we were going elsewhere as we only wanted white mean chicken. She shrugged, then dumped the rice back in the container. Not only was everything old and looked very unappetizing, the staff appeared to be bothered by us entering the restaurant. I love Moe's. But this location needs a lot of help. We've been coming to Moe's since it opened. It used to be clean, friendly with professional service, and great good. NOT ANYMORE. Portions have been cut significantly. When I asked about it, I was told that they weren't making enough profit; that it was a corporate directive. This place was very good at first. One time I had to wait while they cooked more carnitas (about 10 minutes and they weren't even busy. When the carnitas was done cooking they took the empty dirty pan from the line and put fresh meat in it. The next time the black beans in my burrito were hard and didn't even seem like they had been cooked at all. read more

Every time we go to moe's it's SO good. Steak is our favorite and just fantastic. We get nachos or burritos, they make them the way you want. Big sized portions, fresh baked chips and salsa bar. Chips with every item ordered. Could use some more trash cans for dining in read more

Tortilla chips and taco shells tasted stale. Paid $9 for 2 tiny tacos and a drink. Gave 2 stars because they have a ton of different kinds of pop. Skip Moe's and go to Chipotle. read more

Major fail on management... lunchtime and the line is out the door. Great - you're busy! However, couldn't execute to serve the crowd: 30 minutes in line alone. Not enough staff, and those that were there were under-trained. Obviously a couple trainees that were moving one speed - extremely slow. One 'lead' seemed to know what was going on and trying to train but then the line would only back up in another area. Tables were dirty and trash cans overflowing. Appeared to be a couple 'management types' sitting blissfully by, one a wearing Moe's shirt that only once strutted in to check up on things while flopping her long hair around - behind the food area... Nice! But no interest in pitching in, helping out, or supporting the flailing team before returning to her table to chat and play on her laptop with a pal. Moe's has good food and this one just opened recently... very poor first impression. Back to Chipotle next time! read more

When we first started coming here we always had a good experience. Now it's horrible. I've never met a worse staff in my life. Everyone looks annoyed when you walk in, no friendly welcome's when you walk through the door and god forbid if you ever see an employee smile. Portions are shit now, you're lucky to get 3 pieces of meat. Obviously there is a lack in management and ownership at this location. My best friend and I stopped in today. It was my first time, and it was a good experience. One of the employees, Island, was a super star. She was making the food, ringing people up and doing it all with a friendly attitude and a smile on her face. I love going out seeing valuable, hard working and loyal employees in the service industry (they're few and far between). read more

Ordered through Grub-hub, got the tacos, I asked for lettuce through the comments, and got very minimal amounts of it. The tacos overall were very mediocre and I wouldn't choose them again. My diabetic father got the burrito and he asked for no rice, when we got the food the rice was still added. He says that the food was okay, a 4/10. read more

I like mexican and this was AWFUL I wanted to like it, I really did, but the food was awful. Someone referred to the beef as looking like dog food. Worst Moe's I have ever been to and it's not ever close. Workers are slow and rude. Food was cold. Restaurant was dirty. Given the amount of competition in the area I do not foresee this place being able to survive unless a major management overhaul takes place.. Having lived in Arizona, California, and Texas. This was some of the worst attempt at MEXICAN/South West food we have had in Ohio. The food was dull, boring with no depth of flavor to the items. Nothing to tell you, the food was ethnic. We won't go back. I got a chicken quesadilla with black beans added (No spices added to beans or not enough flavor). The chips have a weird aftertaste and the salsas taste odd...the green salsa has a fish or seaweed water type flavor, and a medium red salsa tasted like plastic.
