Food soo goood ,, literally better than chipotle ‍. They give you more portions of meat aswell

The people working were very nice - we had a gift card from my husband's work but they couldn't get it to scan so they gave us the benefit of doubt and gave us the meal for no charge. We both had 3 tacos, mine crunchy and his soft. I should have gotten the soft ones because it took so long to check out that mine were not crunchy anymore. Mine were also very bland - I got the poblano cream sauce and guacamole. My husband got moe's sauce and said his tacos were good. We both got adobo chicken which was very greasy. I was glad they gave chips with the meal because I had to eat my taco on the chips. All in all i was not impressed and won't be back. read more

Before Covid, my friends and I would go to Moes often; we loved the variety of salsa's, fresh chips, and great menu items reasonably priced. I hadn't been a couple of months so I decided to get take out. A burrito and chips, which were good, but a half small container of a lame salsa. You guys need to step up your game if you want us to come back. It appears there is only one salsa available; there used to be half a dozen. I was really happy with my experience visiting Moe's today. They just recently opened and I hear they've been slammed. I visited this morning when they opened. New staff and friendly overall. I gotta say, the "welcome to Moe's" thing gets a little old if you're dining in. I started saying it to myself and still hear it now. Guess that's the point huh? Being from California I've been spoiled rotten as far as Mexican goes... we've got it all. Never tried or even heard of a Moe's. Gotta say though, it's pretty good as far as fast food stuff goes. Little pricey, but not much. Burrito, chips and queso. Love that they have "fresh" jalapenos. Pickled are fine, but fresh is the way to roll. Nice salsa bar, but I'd like a fresh salsa that's a hotter myself. Gotta cut em' a break folks, they just opened and mistakes happen. They're still breaking in the staff. Check your order, there's not drive thru is there? Am I missing something? Lines will be long until mom and dad try it and find that it's too loud or something. lol The only problem I can for-see is parking looks like it could be a bear a peak hours. We'll find out. I understand why this location has such awful ratings. I drove 25 minutes to the closest location to me 45 minutes before close. When I arrived I noticed they were cleaning up to go home and had the doors locked. 2 employees inside saw me standing outside and looked at me and laughed as I knocked. No one ever came to tell me why they were closing almost an hour early. I wouldn't recommend this place to a someone dying of hunger. You guys are the absolute worst face for your company which is held at such high standard. Don't be surprised if I'm standing outside of your store telling people how awful your morals are. I have come to this Moe's almost every Monday since they opened and the problems just never stop! Nov 26, I ordered online and it clearly stated "Delivered" the "Store Manager" insisted my orders did not come through and charged my grandson for our order AGAIN! Not only did I not get my $5.99 Moe's Monday I paid for 4 diners and received only 2 all over charged and paid for 2 that we never received or ordered! This is not the first charge issue because I used to just repeat my online saved order I did not notice for a couple of weeks I was being charged for "Seasoned Rice" in my Ear Muff and Wong Doug $1.99 each! When I contacted the store they told me the charge was correct, I demanded a call from management yet as of today that has not happened. Second, when Vero Beach opened I was being charged $1.50 for Seasoned Rice with my Ear Muff and with Wong Doug even though the rice is part of the listed ingredients! Again no return call, no explanation and no refund! Third, if you place your order online or by phone you do not get the Moe's Monday $5.99, NO you pay full price and even when you buy in store if the cashier doesn't remember to override the price you pay full price! I don't think Moe's will be in business very long when people pay attention to what and how they are charged! read more

Had three tacos, 2 steak and 1 pork. I was very disappointed. These were my first tacos in YEARS!!! The tacos were cold and had no flavor. Could not tell which one was the pork one , they all tasted the same, bland. The salsas tasted good but were very watery, which made for soupy tacos. The limes were old, and tasted old. I was hoping that the chips would be my redeeming grace, but sadly they tasted like old tortillas. read more

So I currently work in food service, which mean that you know I hate to do what I'm about to do, but I gotta be honest and a lot kinder than I was when I left a message for Moe's on the phone. I'm sorry about that. I was frustrated. But I want to report an experience with one of your employees that was so adverse that I am no longer a Moe's fan, advocate, or customer. I would eat at a gas station before going back to Moe's - and do. Regularly. The company does not reflect my values and I do not want to be a part of it, as a customer. I went into Moe's tonight, 11/1, as a lifetime eater-at-Moes! I remember it was the highlight of traveling to get to stop at Moe's in Melbourne for a burrito when I was younger and eating there now, as an adult, reminds me of those fun times when I was a kid, so I like going. I want to make it clear I've eaten at Moe's for a long time, over places like Panera's, etc, other mid-level chain restaurants, because it was 1) decent food, and 2) fun. Recently, because of all the forced mask mandates (requiring people to wear masks at work in order to have a job), I've been forced to choose between stores I like and my personal values. I believe it's a form of extortion to make people wear masks to work and violates their personal choice/choices re, their own health, so I don't shop at places who force their employees to mask or vax in order to keep their jobs. It's morally wrong and as far as I am able, I am not going to support it in the market. At Moe's tonight, I asked a very nice young lady working the line if they had to wear masks in order to work. Usually when I ask businesses are upfront and even when we disagree it's peaceful. You know, respect others, respect different opinions and choices, informed consumers, whatever. Very rarely have there been problems. I literally almost never have to look stuff up because people are just honest about it. However tonight, the girl I asked l was so nervous it was hard to understand her answer. What kind of corporate culture does Moe's foster if someone can't honestly give a customer a response about an issue which the customer, before giving Moe's their money, has a right to know? That tipped me off that maybe she wasn't free to speak so I retracted my question and told her...and the now VERY NOSY young man working the line (shift lead? who even knows. The guy on shift.)....that I would look up the policy and perhaps be back, thank you so much, sorry, etc etc. As I was walking away, literally leaving peacefully, the same guy leaned over the counter and asked again what was going on. I told him genuinely I didnt shop at places where employees were forced to mask and wanted to look up company policy, thank you, etc. No problems. EXCEPT APPARENTLY THERE WERE, because this guy puffs himself up and *shouts me down* as I am LITERALLY LEAVING, AT THE DOOR, REALLY aggressively, yelling loudly " well it's YOUR CHOICE, NOT GONNA SAY I AGREE". You could hear a pin drop. I told him irritated that if Moe's was the mask police, then I wouldn't be eating at Moe's. First of all dude. Everything was peaceful. You CREATED THAT CONFLICT because why? Minimum wage is that good? I was literally almost out the door and everything had been handled. The man chose to have a PUBLIC CONFRONTATION fit, IN HIS MOE'S GEAR, WHILE WORKING, because I didn't share his opinions and was gonna act thusly. If every other business can handle this peacefully and Moe's can't then it is not the question that's the problem. It's Moe's. I went down the block into Tropical Smoothie and am happily sipping a smoothie. I will not be back. Ever. And candidly, judging by the other local options, I won't miss it. Looking forward to the day you close your doors and will be getting my food from any number of joints in the area. Chive, Jalisco, Tropical Smoothie.... the list goes on and on. Slowest service on the planet. Food was average, but the restaurant was a mess. Almost every table was filthy.

Moe's isn't as good or as fresh as Chipotle, but it is 10 minutes closer to me, so a lot of times I make do. I appreciate that they offer stacks, which are delicious, and that they have such a wide variety of ingredients. It's also really nice that they give you free chips/salsa with every order. And maybe most important compared to Chipotle is their rewards program. It feels so nice to get something back from being a regular customer. I eat at Chipotle frequently, but they never give me free stuff in return. Last time I was in here I fainted (lol) and the employees were really kind and patient with me in my confusion and subsequent mortification, giving me my meal for free as well as a cup of queso (mmm) and soda. read more

We went to Moe's regularly until COVID. Recently went back to find that all the regular staff are gone. The people who work there now are inexperienced. They dish out tiny amounts of food. Moe's is not a place for "mini" meals. read more

Food here is good. service good. Often times our experience here is better than Chipotle. Good variety of ingredients.

Moe's is alright. The employees are nice and really put in effort when you're there. The food is okay. The only real reason I would come here is I don't have the time to make the trek to Chipotle. Compared, it seems like Moe's is a rip off for quality. The queso is really good though! Oh and the parking lot is the worst. There is seriously nowhere to park ever! read more

Very disappointment with this Moe. On every occasion I've ordered to go it has been incorrect and when I have spoken with a manager they were rude and argumentative and never offered to fix the order or give an incentive to try them again. Additional, last dine in experience was lunch time during the week. The were cleaning the soda machine and out of sweet tea so your only option on what to drink was unsweetened tea and water. Again, never offered to refund the drinks we did not get or make more tea. Awful. read more

My order for a burrito was filled promptly, however the takeout order was incorrect -missing salsa, onions, tomato. Tortilla chips were ordered but also missing salsa. Cashiering was terrible with a very long wait. By the time I paid the burrito was no longer hot. The steak in the burrito was tasteless. read more

This is my favorite place and was very excited when I saw them building in Vero. I have been several times without disappointment. Today, however, I ordered a quesadilla. Well, there wasn't enough cheese on it to hold anything in place. A tiny sprinkle of cheese is not acceptable from a Mexican Restaurant on an order such as this. read more

Served me seasoned rice that had not been mixed thoroughly. Gross. We have a large family so ordering toppings for everyone can get very confusing. The register person was pushy and interrupted the topping selection process to ask us what we ordered so she could be ready... I got to the register to pay and she says something like "No need to spout it all out. I already got it." Funny thing was she added a queso that I did not order... Didn't see it until after... I've been to many a Moe's across the US (a sad thing to proclaim, I know) but this is one of the best. Clean facilities, friendly staff, generous portions, and solid ingredients. This is a chain, so a lot of aspects aren't going to change from location to location; comparing Moe's to more authentic, local alternatives is a really rough call. But as the chain goes, this one does it right, and thankfully has ample seating and well-kept salsa. read more

Slow, surly, disinterested service. Floors and counters dirty, littered with spilled food and trash. Food sub-par. Take out packed poorly with cold and hot jammed together. Lids not secured. Just a mess. Would never return. Atrocious and not very sanitary to a lay observer. Help beleagured or disgruntled. But terrible. read more

I've ordered from Moes Southwest on several occassions. Twice this week and both times were miserable. First time I put the order in online with 40 mins until pickup. When I got there no customers and my order wasn't even started. Waited another 20 mins for them to get 2 items prepared. The 2nd time today, I ordered and paid for Guac inside my salad. No Guac on the order. Talked to the employee she was argumentative and stated that she personally did that order and it had Guac on it. No sorry as I look through my salad there is no Guac. Very disappointed. I wanted a refund to my card, but employee stated that the Manager will put a note up and next time I order there is no charge for Guac. Very disappointed. read more

Went to Moe's for the first time yesterday. I ordered a pre-designed burrito, "The Homewrecker" from the menu because I had not been to a Moe's in the past, and wanted easy ordering. They anyways asked we what I wanted on my burrito while going down the line for a build your own. I had a very small amount of guacamole and sour cream in the center of the burrito. While chips and salsa are given with every order, I was not aware that salsa was to be grabbed myself near the drinks, rather than being put in the bag with the chips at the register. Apparently their system was down yesterday, so the cashier wrote down each customer's card information rather than asking if we'd like to pay via cash. Unfortunately I did not have cash on me and my order has yet to be processed almost 24 hours later. The burrito was flavorless and the restaurant is not worth returning to until they've been settled for a few months. read more
