used to be good but became bad. we ordered online takeout and they acted cheap and gave us half a bag of tortilla chips instead of 1 for each of our 7 meals. the chips were cold and half of them had too much salt to handle and the other half had none. one of our meals had barely any cheese, it was a steak cheese quesadilla that was overpowered by tortilla and peppers and onions. another meal had no sour cream and it looked like something you'd get from taco bell. all the food was COLD and the best things were the queso and the prepackaged cookies. the tacos and burritos and bowls themselves tasted just ok but they were still cold and they cheaped out on so much we used to come here years ago and it was amazing. now it's gone far downhill read more

The rating is only for the service a qualit. they never are on time for online orders and the give you the bare minimum on everything including chips. plus the overall attitude of the staff is usually annoyed and not personable. This Moes is the reason I won't go to Moes anymore. I've had multiple bad experiences from the rice being violently salty in my boyfriends burrito, and then today they giving me the wrong burrito bowl while I was on my lunch break from work. I know mistakes happen, but I just can't believe how downhill this place went. Previously, I used to go here at least once a week and the staff was excellent and remembered my boyfriend and I. Since then, I've had nothing but poor experiences. The manager and staff are fine and always offer to compensate, but I regrettably just have chosen to stick to my other burrito places. If you want decent service order your food online. If you want really bad service go in person and you will wait until they fill the online orders before taking of care of you. This has happened on multiple visits and it's getting worse. This past visit they started my niece's order and then started an online order before starting mine. Spoke with the asst manager about the lack of service and how long we were standing there while they were working on a bunch of online orders. She didn't care and it was pretty clear as she made us stand there and wait until the 4 online orders ahead of us were completed before she rang us up even though ours were done. This location also does not realize ( or just doesn't care ) that because of the way they prioritize which orders are filled first that the line at the counter gets bottle necked therefore it becomes difficult to be 6 feet apart from the next person. It's obvious that the online customers mean more to this location than the ones standing right in front of them. Full disclosure- a month or so again I filled out a survey voicing these issues. No response Today gave feedback on their website and did get a response saying "We will address these concerns with our management staff and come up with solutions to better expedite our orders. ". Hopefully they do but I won't be going back to find out. read more

The portions are huuuuge here. I couldn't believe my eyes when the girl working behind the counter was able to wrap up my burrito without ripping it apart! Much better portions than the Moe's in Springfield. Sure, the staff doesn't seem very happy to be working there, but I'm not going here for a social interaction. I prefer Two Rivers, but they're closed on Sundays. This was the 2nd time I've been here. The first, I ate in and got a bowl. Everything was great, and service was friendly. This time, the employees looked burnt out. I got a whole grain tortilla which broke twice before burrito making and then once when rolling. Had to get a new tortilla each time, and at the end the employee threw out some of my toppings with the old, ripped tortilla - probably won't get a burrito again, at least not on whole grain. They also put on guacamole and sour cream before the cheese at the end so the cheese didn't melt. Who does that??? The counter also looked like it hadn't been cleaned since yesterday. Considering the first experience was good, maybe chalk it up to a bad/understaffed day? Three stars averaging the two visits. read more

This is where my friends and I like to hang out; it's our go-to. Every time we walk in, the young woman warmly welcomes us into the store. It is always clean and, as an added bonus, always quiet. We're typically one of the only groups in there. The food is amazing and far better than that of their big competitor. The servings are substantial for the price, and you feel like you are getting a great bang for your buck. I have tried most Moe's locations in the area and find the Westfield location to be the most comfortable dining experience that isn't crowded by other neighboring businesses. Give it a go if you like the style of food, and you need a place to hang out. Being a student my friends and I are constantly looking for places to eat and chill... After a long day of being out and about, I decided to take a break and stop here, because of a recommendation from my friend. I've heard great things about this place, and it sounded like a wonderful idea to give it a try. And I'm very glad I did. I walked into a somewhat busy kid friendly environment, with friendly workers greeting me at the door. The line wasn't too bad, because the food was well worth it. The price was a bit hefty, though. The workers friendly faces were very welcoming, and made the overall experience much more memorable. It smelled mouth watering in there, and the music was a really distinguished touch. The food was set up so you could tell them what you want, which makes it all the better because you can see your choices, and go off that. Everything was visually very delectable, the food and the restaurant itself. It's definitely not the type of place you only go to once. The amazing variety of healthy, fresh ingredients was very appealing, along with the inviting seating arrangements and the large assortment of drinks. I ended up ordering a chicken burrito with cilantro rice, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. It was very delicious, as the different assortments of food blended well together. I liked the little bit of spice from the rice, because it added a lot of flavor. The chips were extremely unsalted, and weren't very tasteful in my opinion. But, for being a chain restaurant, it certainly does pass standards in many ways. Not only did the food here satisfy my hunger, it turned into my go-to place for getting good food quick. I've never not been happy with the way my food came out here, which is quite unheard of. It was definitely a perfect solution to satisfy my hunger. Overall, the experience was quite delightful. Their salsa is awesome, especially the hot salsa! All theirs salsa are made fresh daily. The staff is super friendly and always willing to meet any special request. My friend and I were looking for somewhere to eat so we stopped here, for dinner and the food was good for the most part and the atmosphere was very welcoming. As we got in through the door the workers said "welcome to Moes!" very welcoming. The customer service was great they all had smiles on their faces, but some of them seemed distracted and rushed but it was a Friday night and it was dinner time, so it was understandable. They worked fast and effectively. The type of food was Mexican, It wasn't the best Mexican food I've ever had but it was still really good. I order the Joey bag of donuts. The vegetables were fresh and the rice was tasteful, and the chicken was a bit spicy but well seasoned, the rap was warmed and soft. The only down part about my meal was the chips because they were like warm cardboard and they were tasteless. There was little to know salt on them which was a disappointment. There was no wait, and it was easy to order you food, because they moved fast and the line was short. We got are food ordered and within 4 minutes it was done. For a chicken burrito, chips and a medium drink the total cost was about $12, which isn't bad for getting 3 things. The atmosphere was great a lots of light and windows everywhere. It was kid friendly little noisy and slightly crowded at sometimes. I will definitely be visiting Moes again. My overall rating is 4/5, the chips really were a disappointment but everything else was delicious! read more
