2 cold, crispy (gross and mushy) tacos with a side of queso.
    Harley H.

It was my FIRST EVER experience with this restaurant, after hearing RAVING reviews about their "Large and Fantastic " food... and sadly, it looks like it'll be my LAST experience as well. I ordered 2- $13.99 burritos, that ended up being smaller than Taco Bell's burritos and cold. I ordered 1 each of the 2-pc and 3-pc crunchy tacos meals, that ended up being cold, greasy, tasteless and mushy. They were literally falling apart before I could even pick them up. And I ordered a quesadilla, that was just cold and not very tasty. Oh, and a $3.98 side of queso... that came in a teeny plastic container, that most restaurants use for ketchup, mayo, and/or hot sauce... NOT a $4. side of queso. All in all, I WAAAY OVERPAID by $80.00+ for this horrible food... that I am so seriously disappointed in. I'd have gotten better food from Taco Bell, especially for the amount of money I paid out, for what I THOUGHT was going to be decent food. If I could give ZERO stars, I would, in a split second!

I don't give many 5stars by I was impressed with great service and the willingness to help customers. I don't get kind of service from fast food. They were so nice. Thank you for making this experience so pleasant.

The worst Moe's I have ever been to. Smelled of burnt food, poor service, and horrible tasting food.

So glad we don't have to wait till we are in Lakeland or Orlando to go to Moe's. The best place to get a burrito made to order.

We started off with their mimosa frescas which is bubbly paired with homemade agua fresca. Today's flavor was strawberry kiwi -- yum! My husband also got the black & white coffee drink which is horchata + cold brew, and he really enjoyed it. We're already fanatics for their chips & salsa lazy Susan setup. We're obsessed with both the green salsas. They also give you a warm red salsa and a spicy/smoky one. For our mains, I got the eggs, chorizo, and potatoes with a side of smoked bacon. My husband got the migas al carbon (breakfast tacos) with chicken. Both are served with your choice of tortillas and refried beans. Dang, their beans are good and I'm not usually a fan of them. They got our toddler's seal of approval, too. Our server was the sweetest and she even brought out a complimentary house made popsicle for our son at the end of the meal. He loved it! We'll for sure be adding Superica into our brunch rotation!

The chicken nachos and chorizo queso were great starters. I ordered the Ginger margarita based on the raving reviews by my co-workers, even though it was not a special. And, it did not disappoint! Our bartender was fantastic and kept all of our orders straight. The hostess walked us upstairs to our reserved table for 10. The view across the restaurant was grand, but lively atmosphere and the high ceilings contributed to the challenge of carrying on a conversation. I could only talk with those who were seated close by. Shane was our server for the night, engaged with us, and kept the drinks flowing. We ordered a number of Deluxe fajita platters with massive amounts of steak and chicken. Both meats were grilled and seasoned perfectly. Copious amounts of tortillas and the fajita fixins. I really enjoyed the charred jalapeño and mushrooms. I ordered the chicken Al Carbón tacos, and enjoyed the complementary flavors of the smoked onions and the salsa cremosa. With both of these great tasing dishes, I wished I had a larger stomach! NOTES Outside seating is available (for nicer weather) and there's plenty of parking. The only downside of the night? The food took a long time to get to our table.

Scott our waiter was hustling to keep things moving, but we never felt rushed. That's a good thing. Food came out hot and fast. The salsa and the white stuff was off the charts. Kinda sad that even with a 25% tip we felt it should be more after we left. Sorry Scott!

Thank you for your portions, consistency, creamy jalapeno, and Boom-Boom Sauce. Let's get into it, this casual sit down has its roots in Austin, TX. Peruse the menu while you fight the temptation to polish off a basket of their chips and salsa and Creamy Jalapeno Sauce and, speaking of the menu, it is the same here as it is back home. My go-to's include the Big As Yo Face Burrito (bean and cheese) smothered in Boom-Boom Sauce, Guacamole Soft Tacos, the Veggie Enchiladas, and when I am feeling real big back that Chuychanga (also always smothered in Boom-Boom Sauce. Chuy's has not only a great drink menu but full bar if their options are not your speed. Side note that they do not offer draft beer, but do have a selection of bottles and cans. Service has always been reliable as has the food quality. If there is a wait, you can join the wait list remote via the Chuy's website. Chuy's scratches that TexMex itch whenever we need it or an easy to get to option whenever we are leaving Disney's Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios. Gracias Chuy's and see ya real soon.

Even when we accidentally stayed past closing time, she politely informed us without making us feel rushed. The food itself was decent--not exceptional, but very reasonable for the price. The second day, I opted for takeout and had a completely different experience. I walked in and sat at the same table, but no one acknowledged me for about 15-20 minutes, despite there being only one other occupied table in the restaurant. Just as I was about to leave and find another place to eat, a server rushed over to apologize for the delay. When my order was ready, a different employee was about to mistakenly give it to another table. When he offered it to me and I inquired about the order to make sure it was mine, he admitted he wasn't sure and had to check. A few minutes later, yet another person simply asked if I had ordered takeout and handed me the bag. At this point, I waited another 5-10 minutes just to pay. When the original server finally returned, he asked if I had checked the contents of the bag--a strange question, considering it should be their responsibility to ensure accuracy. I took the server's question at face value, but it's very possible that they were being sarcastic. At that point, it didn't matter what was in the bag. I had to leave to go work. Again, the food was acceptable. However, it was not worth the wait and hassle. Though the first visit was fine, the poor service the very next day was remarkable. To make things worse, the restaurant didn't even include utensils in the bag. It's well apparent that some of the staff could benefit from training. When reviewing restaurants on Yelp, I think it's important to set fair expectations based on the type of establishment. This place seems geared towards a lively atmosphere, so I adjusted my expectations accordingly. However, even considering the dining category, certain standards should still be met Lastly, a restaurant that is capable of providing such subpar service probably shouldn't prompt for a minimum 25% tip on takeout orders at their credit card terminal. That was laughable and I am at least grateful for having a good laugh on the way out.

However, since we've had my son, we're not in the area as much so we don't come as often, but we were at icon Park today and this seemed like the perfect place to take the rest of my family. It was an absolute hit! Grandma yelled at me for holding out on her! Why haven't you brought me here before? She had the agave chipotle queso chicken enchiladas. It was our servers recommendation and they were absolutely delicious. I had the birria appetizer and it was excellent. It was an appetizer, but it was so large. We couldn't eat it all and it could definitely be a meal if you wanted it to be. The absolute best thing is the kids menu. My son loves chips and queso so much. Queso dip is one of the sides you can get with the kids meal. How amazing is that? We go to some Mexican restaurants and I spend more on queso for this child than I do on a meal for him or even myself. He had the cheese quesadilla with queso and rice as sides. After lunch, I asked him if we could come back here and he said oh yes! My son ate most of his meal, but grandma and I both ended up taking to go boxes. I feel like the prices are pretty reasonable, especially the kids meal and for the portions they give you even for the adult meals. Our server was absolutely wonderful. She brought out fresh chips and salsa almost immediately, and as soon as our chips started to run low, she immediately replaced them. As soon as we ordered, I asked if she could bring my son's queso first and she gladly obliged. It was a very hot day and she kept our drinks full. We will definitely be back.
