After I picked a bouquet, they went above and beyond to make sure it looked beautiful -- adjusting, arranging, and taking their time so it felt thoughtful and complete. They then gave me a box to hold the flowers with the vase. There was a cute note on the box saying that if you return it, you'll get a free rose. I honestly thought it would be just a single rose, but when I came back, they surprised me with a large, gorgeous pink rose, along with baby's breath and rose foliage, and all wrapped so nicely. It felt generous and genuinely thoughtful, not performative. The flowers are beautiful, but what stood out to me most was the care and intention behind everything they do.
