They probably needed a bit more fat when they were pressing the bread. It was a touch darker than ideal. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. If the menu is meant to be strict, then it should be clear and consistent. I'm not asking for a custom creation--just clarity and consistency. Either specify the type of cheese on the menu or allow a reasonable choice if it's not defined. Right now, it feels arbitrary, and that makes the experience disappointing.

The Pork Chop Bowl was really lacking flavor and the Spanish Rice was okay but the Pork Chops had a good amount of meat on them. One suggestion I would make is to add the prices on the menu.
