I had purchased several clutches and various parts from them over the years and they have always been very fair with pricing and had great availability. So I figured I would give them a try. They were very accommodating when it came to the drop off. I was running late and they stayed a few minutes after close to receive my transmission. I got the transmission back sooner than expected and I was very happy with the price and quality of parts. I was able to speak with the gentleman who rebuilt it (George). He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go over all of the parts replaced and where he sourced them(quality is everything to me). I contacted them because the starter motor in my BMW died. I called Kulik's as it is relatively near to my house. They said they could do it but I would have to have a tow operator pick it up which I did. They completed the job in 2 days which I felt was good. They called me to pick up the car and when I got it home noticed there was a ding on the hood. Apparently the mechanic closed the hood on a tool which dented my hood. When I brought it back they apologized and had the dent repaired and the hood repainted. It was a bother to me which I do not think I was compensated for however everything turned out ok. I will probably continue to use them as Dave was helpful and apologetic for the incident.

Got a call from the service department that the truck had failed inspection due to the window tint. I informed service that it has been inspected in NY eight (8) times and never once was the window tint and issue. I reviewed my paperwork to find that it was inspected by this dealership less than two (2) years prior, without any issues. The service rep told me it never should have passed back then. Was also quoted $83 to clean the battery terminals and that my DEF was getting low. The recall was not really a recall per the service rep either. I would never trust this dealership to be honest with me, and I will never return there.

As I had purchased the vehicle from there lot. I was told on my previous visit that I had one service left of the free oil change and tire rotation left before they would become invalid. I was informed that There was a glitch and THEY had written the services up incorrectly so instead of saying oops our fault we screwed up when We informed you of the availible services left on your purchase I was charged for the oil change even though they had written the services up incorrectly and informed there customer of the incorrect information. I feel this was an error on the business and the consumer had to eat this one when they were informed of wrong information. I was also informed that back brakes for a 21 Jeep Compass was going to be like $900... Please that's a price gouge if I ever saw one. Do yourself a favor and just run... Seems like they are all over the place and don't communicate within the company so why would they communicate well with their customers.....

Will blame other departments, parties, or systems if communication breaks down. They are not aware of their own stock and sell vehicles as quickly as possible to whoever, regardless or appointments or prior agreements. Over 4 hours of time and 160 miles of driving spent to speak to someone for less than 3 minutes in person. I was not able to see a single vehicle and was told it was someone else's fault within the institution. Any criticism showing how unprofessional this facility behaves will be mocked, and customers will be laughed out of the room. They clearly are not hurting for business if this is how they behave. I caution any possible current or future customers.

They have even fixed minor problems, and refused any sort of payment multiple times. My car battery tested unusually low during my inspection, I was asked to come back to double check as it was extremely cold that day. I stopped by a couple weeks later. They are too booked to do, it. Isabella tells me to bring it back Thursday morning. Bring the car back Thursday morning. Patrick clearly annoyed with the fact I was in the shop. Not sure if I wasn't put on the schedule appropriately, or just having a personal bad day. Car battery gets checked. Patrick has battery tested "it's at 56% you're good to go." I inquire if that is normal for a battery I believed to only be a year old? "Yeah new batteries can test as low as 80% in this weather, so 56-80% is acceptable." This was said in front of a full waiting room. I inquire with friends more mechanically inclined than me. I am informed yes l, weather will affect the test but, that's testing at a 2 year old charge. Patrick couldn't be bothered to look up as to when the battery was replaced for me to confirm the date. Didn't discuss how the warranty would be determined. A 24% margin of error seems pretty high for a determining factor on a warranty. Didn't tell me what determines an under performing battery, and what would qualify for replacement. Nor tell me when the warranty expires, to potentially bring it back in warmer weather to test again, before the warranty is null. Very disappointed, this is not reflective of brand and service I have become accustomed to, glad they have a second location. I will be avoiding the Transit location.

I first went to them when one of the car dealerships said that the computer on my car needed to be replaced.. NOw any other place you would go would say oh yea you need that.. 2 hours after I dropped my car off I received a call from Scruggs telling my car was ready.. Said that I only needed an inspection and a new battery... nothing wrong w/ the car.. then i took my newer car to Scruggs on transit for an oil change.. i get a call back that i needed a lot of work done.. head gasket etc.. something you would think that the dealership would've taken care of...once i received the cost i was ready to cry.. they offered me a 3rd party lender.. YAYYYY!! that was awesome.. the people there are the greatest..Henry, Patrick, Carmine (he did the work on my car), Isabella.. I was treated like one of the family.. i will be going there anytime i need to have something done on the car.. you should go too.... THEY ARE THE BEST!! SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE REST!!
