The default is less sugar which I find just right. Not too sweet and not too bland. You can definitely smell/taste the Jasmine as well. I enjoyed it and would definitely go back if I was at the Galleria again. Bonus is the option of oat and soy milk in addition to organic milk. I can attest to them handwhisking the matcha, and they measure out the proportions to get it right each time. Definitely worth giving them a shot and supporting local, plus for the next 1-2 months they're doing 50% off (physical coupon needed for December, just pick one up!)

Just found out there is a location less than a half of mile from me so definitely will be back to try other options.
