Super busy location, who knew there was such need, but I suppose I'm not surprised…read more This was my first visit...Finally as I was telling the primary that it was where I needed to be and be seen by. I was here to see Dr. Waldron for a neurology visit, as I needed to find out and confirm once in for all that I had a pinched nerve (so annoying). Dr. Waldron and her staff were very professional. Talk about a well oiled machine from front desk, to assistant, to her, to the final exiting step to confirm next visits. Needless to say, she was finally the first Dr to really make me feel that someone was listening and truly trying to address my concerns. She pretty much confirmed from first visit I was most likely on point thinking it's a pinched nerve. Of course further professional testing on her side of things will confirm that or not. She was thorough enough to tell me about next steps and what could be to come if needed. Let's hope not needed, as that extreme didn't sound too fun at all, but at least the new nugget of knowledge was given upfront. Should be interesting to see what results of upcoming visits yield and confirm. At least I know that so far things are conformable through this first visit, and hopefully for the same to come. As a side note, know that parking is limited. Only a few spots in the lot for Medical Patients. A few metered spots out front of location. So good luck on that front. The warning of tows/boots I hear are serious.

I left a message every week for six weeks before I got a response. The only reason the practice manager called me then was because I had left a message on the review part of their website { which no longer exists}. The office staff at the front desk is, yes, very rude. It's a shame that these are the first people one encounters when walking into the office, because once one is called to the back for testing or an appointment, everyone there is very professional.

Frustrating but I found that Faxing requests found its way to his desk faster! As a result of Dr.Epstein's failure to contact me,I learned that I might have cancer only because I requested a copy of my records from the specialist,which included the letter to Dr.Epstein. Dr. Epstein has failed to return my calls.Dr. Epstein did not call to report the results of an MRI of a tumor on my liver, or to report the results of the chest X-ray that he ordered,as per the specialist,only after I repotted to Dr.Epstein that I had learned that I might have cancer by reading the letter sent to him by the specialist.Dr. Epstein did not even call me,after telling another Dr. who ,concerned about my health and Dr. Epstein's lack of responsiveness. that he would call me.A specialist's office just requested that I obtain copies of my medical records.I called Dr. Epstein's office to relay the request.The Office Manager informed me that it is HIPAA violation for a Doctor's office to send medical records to another Dr. She said that it is "against the law for anyone other than a 'licensed agency" (as in the "licensed agency contracted by the Dr.Epstein's practice to photocopy and mail records fora fee ) to photocopy and mail medical records to another Doctor.When I mentioned that the specialist who had sent my records to Dr. Epstein,does not believe it is agains the law to send medical records to another Dr.,the office manager said that I did not need my medical records,as I had already obtained a copy of the specialist's records,indicating that I might have cancer.I had to point out that I was requesting Dr.EPSTEIN'S records.She also told me that the doctor whom I am about to consult does not need all my records from Dr.Epstain ,which consist of a total of 3 -4 office visits,some blood test results,and presumably the results of the Chest X-ray and MRI of my liver .She believes that ,as an office manger,she is qualified to determine which of m my records are needed by the Chief of a Department at a teaching hospital...Dr.Epstein's office manager said that there was absolutely no possibility of my obtaining my medical records other than through paying a fee to Healthport,the agency involved.It does not matter that this agency only picks up records from Dr.Epstein's office once a week,and that time is of essence. Apparently, the only way to learn if the Chest X-Ray or Liver Scans revealed that I have cancer,is by forking over 75 cents a page to Healthport. Unless you are prepared to learn that you might have cancer by reading a letter,or for cancer,if present to be allowed to metastasize I recommend that you choose another internist.

This is a professional pediatric dermatology office. The receptionists are thorough and they get you in and OUT. This was the fastest doctor's visit I've been to. I love that about Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Dr. Kristal was kind, detailed, sharp and has a great way with children. My daughter came in for a small wart under her nose. He went right to work completing a freezing treatment within minutes. Painless and under 10 minutes. I highly recommend Dr.Kristal. The parking lot can be a nightmare at 2100. Valet if you can.
