But it was *genuine*, relaxed, and with kindness. Coming back, I had also re-focused my specific buying needs and goals, and John was easily able to find me cars to choose from in those specs. John gave me Carfax reports and was up front about the car histories. He went with me on the 2 test drives (apparently some dealers don't?) which took us through various driving conditions. Moving ahead on the sale/purchase of the car I chose was simple. And not high pressure. I had wished I had had my Grandpa with me to buy a car, but really, without the age piece , it kind of was like having my Grandpa (sorry John, not an age thing!) pick out and help me with a new used car. It really felt like that. John did not "charm" me. He was kind. Kind. Bill called me an agreed to add a 14,500 mile bumper to bumper warranty at no extra charge and that changed my mind. There was only one key fob with it and Jacob agreed to supply a second one and have it programmed. It had to be ordered and he was diligent about keeping me updated and when he received it, set up a date for it to be programmed and for me to pick it up. I have only good things to say about WS Auto Sales. I would definitely buy from them again.
