The faucets work, the toilets flush... and....get this.... there are actually paper towels to dry your hands with (in addition to dryers). It's easy to access and it's just past exit 10 on the northbound side of 87...on the southern end of Saratoga Springs. I also always feel somewhat safe as there are usually a few police cars parked here. Maybe it's a false sense of security (since I don't recall actually seeing police officers...)...but regardless...I've been here many times without incident. Which is a good thing.

After the pool inspection was completed, which was the 1st week of November, I began calling companies but none of the pool companies around the Albany area would come out and do it except Cypress Pools. Cindy and Renee were very friendly and accommodating and schedule the pool closing immediately. They did not over charge or add an extra fee knowing many of the other companies would no longer provide the service. Cypress pools were understanding of the situation, honest, professional and the price quoted was exactly what they charged; no last minute add on. We were an hour away from home and the cashier James was so generous and helpful by letting us know if we need to cool down and come inside or if we need to use the bathrooms to come on in. He then checked on us to make sure we were good and before we left he gave us free cold drinks. He is such a good person many people wouldn't do that but he has a good heart. Again thank you so much for your kindness and this is definitely one of the best places to get gas, snacks, or ice cold drinks on a hot day :)
