They staff had a good working knowledge of their product lines, but seem to lack in customer service skills (at least I thought so). Their prices are very good, but some items are hard to get quickly. Overall a reasonably good place to shop for home improvement needs, but not a ton better than the big box stores, in my opinion.

I texted the videos, and then heard ... nothing. I called the next day, and he picked up, but then hung up immediately. I called back and the conversation went something like: ME: "Hello, I sent you the videos yesterday and I..." HIM: "I got 'em." ME: "Sooooo..... is this something you can fix?" HIM: "Yeah, I'll give you a call." That was month and a half ago. I found a different and more responsive contractor to solve my problem.

I had thought that part of the opening was funky and they took care of it the second they discovered it and did an amazing job repairing it. The procedure was perfect. The door is incredible. Way better that what we thought. The installer built a trim for the interior that is incredible. It made the whole job look showroom perfect.
