He and his staff are always very professional and very friendly. Most of my appointments have been to have my teeth cleaned. Trina, one of the 3 Hygenists is normally the one who takes care of me. She is so kind and gentle when taking the X-rays and/or cleaning my teeth. Once she is finished, Dr. Miller gives everything a once over and within an hour, I am finished. They are usually running on time with their appointments and they are very proactive in sending out e-mails, phone calls, texts to remind you of your appointments. They also send an e-mailed survey after each visit to ensure they are on track with their services. After I am finished with each visit, they give me a small goody bag which includes a tube of toothpaste, toothbrush, and dental floss and we schedule an appointment for the next 6 month visit. Since they do accept insurance and my particular insurance covers for these type of visits, checking out is always a breeze. I have never had one bad experience with this dental group. In fact, when I fell on a sidewalk in front of another business nearby, they were quick to take me in immediately and did an X-Ray of the teeth to make sure everything was ok. They gave me some ice-packs for pain and even called the urgent care center in town to see if they were open to get my chin looked at. They went above and beyond in both their kindness and services to make sure I was ok. The dental equipment is State-of-the Art and in each area, there are flat screen TV's to enjoy while you are in the chair. She is very professional, yet treats you like a friend, and truly cares about your dental health. I went in for my 6 month dental check up and cleaning, and the staff was friendly and kind. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. They accept all types of insurances, and can get you scheduled for an appointment fairly quickly. The office is nice and they use some of the newest dental technology to help them keep your teeth in the best condition. I did not need any fillings, or teeth pulled, just the basic cleaning. Everything went very well, and I will be back in 6 months for my next appointment. Side note: I also took my 86 yr old mother with me to get her teeth examined during the same time as one of my appointments. She had one tooth filled, and said they did a really good job too, and she is scheduled to go back for more dental work. There were also kids in the comfortable waiting room area, so this office does see all ages of patients. There are TV's in all the patient rooms and a TV in the waiting room. They have a variety of flavors of paste to use on your teeth such as mint, cinnamon, root beer, blueberry, and more. In July I paid $300 to get teeth whitening trays and never received them. It's partially my fault as I live in Indianapolis and it's far for me to come down there. However, with the aforementioned level of communication and response time it makes it even more difficult to get in touch with them. $300 might not be that much money to a dentist but it's a decent amount of money to just throw away. There were some text messages of mine that went unanswered. It wasn't until I left a voicemail with some frustration in my voice that they finally responded. Like I said, the family did reach out to me but wasn't until OCTOBER. Just heard from them this week. The people at this office were very nice to me just seems like if you're not on them constantly you'll never hear back. Like I said for their sake I hope this was a one off type thing.
