This was by far the best window cleaning I have ever had and I have tried 4 other companies over the past 7 years since we moved to long island. The scheduling was seamless - I sent photos of my windows and totaled them. The owner gave me a fair price. The two gentlemen, Igor and another man whose first name started the L, came early, unpacked their gear, started quickly outside and then moved to the inside. I have over 30 windows (large and small) with grills. They wore booties over their shoes while indoors ( Id didn't have to ask) and they kept the areas very clean using their own towels and ladders. They were super efficient and did an excellent job. They also cleaned my screens which were filthy. I will use them again without a doubt!!! read more

These guys are pros, responded within an hour of my voicemail, and scheduled and appointment within 3 days of our call. They were professional, courteous, hard working, and thoughtful about being at and inside your home (i.e. they wore cloth slippers over their shoes while inside). Most importantly, they did an excellent job on the work, which was several sliding doors, traditional townhouse windows, and a very large wall-of-glass window which had well over a year of built up grime. They were great. They esponded to my request for a quote and were able to come within in a few days. I am onthe 8th floor and have 17 windows with both storm window has screens and are 6 panes over 6 with windowed air conditioners in 6 of the windows. The price they had quoted me did not incldue the screens but I added them for a fee of $5 more for each window. The window washer Michael came with promptness and got to work. He was careful, quiet and most of all my windows have never be cleaned so well particularly he was able to clean the windows with air codtioners which I have never seen anyone be able to do as well as he did. I am absolutely delighted with the work of this company. The windows are spotless and, more than that, one of the workers put back on track a screen that workers of previously-used company had damaged. The two workers thoroughly cleaned 11 double hung windows and 9 screens, tracks and sills in about 2 hours. In addition, they arrived on time, wore booties and were respectful of my home. I consider their care and high quality work to be a great value for the money as previously hired companies damaged my windows which ended up being an added expense for me. I'd never had my windows cleaned in BK before and they had gotten to bad I couldn't take it anymore. Wrote to a couple places on Yelp. Moisha was the first to get back to me, and also the most competitive price. The communication was pretty short and to the point, but honestly what more do you really need when you're just trying to figure out price and time? Absolutely would recommend! I did not have any recommendations for a window service and found Moisha's on my own, so I didn't know what to expect. They were so quick to organize a time and sent the paperwork to my landlord with proof of insurance etc. literally within minutes of me contacting them. Moisha did an amazing job at my house. He was unfazed that I also asked him to remove a storm window and install a screen. He cleaned the windows AND the screens. He left no mess behind.
