    Never received any call back regarding all the damages. Noticing even more damages that were hidden since the furniture was pushed against walls. YOU KNEW YOU DESTROYED MY FURNITURE WHEN YOU UNPACKED AND BUILT MY BED! Yet said nothing!! AND no call backs after I left many messages regarding a refund since you destroyed each and every single piece of my wooden furniture!

    Probably the most stressful day of my life. Probably the worst movers ever. They showed up to unload their truck for a two bedroom condo at 4:30 pm. What company operates like this ? Used them to move long distance NY to FL. Ants in their truck . Missing tv chords and screws. They broke my front door. They left parts of the bed in Miami warehouse rendering a very expensive bed useless. We will see if it ever gets brought to me. Poor customer service. Will stop my cc payment until all is rectified. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

    Staff stealing Dewalt tools that that they did not come with. Customer service department refuses to help.

    STOLEN ITEMS! Tools were stolen by moving staff during a move-in, in Jersey City. The claims department refuses to assist if footage of the theft was not recorded. Be carful with this moving company, keep an eye on the employees during the move at all times. See attached photo of employee holding Dewalt power tools in his left hand which they removed from interior that they did not come with.

    The damage they create is larger than the fee it costs to move. They cracked our marble dining table (they were rolling it on the floor - by amateurs) paintings scratched and damaged, console edges roughed up, side table glass broke. I am trying to get a damage claim done by them, they (Bashkim Spahi), they are not responsive, have to follow-up continuously and nothing is getting done. They are not taking responsibility for any damage (damage of a couple of thousand dollars) , not taking the claims serious and make you feel you are just left with all your damaged furniture..     I did my research, and used Moishe's against my better judgement by way of a trusted recommendation. Why were they recommended? Now that I do not know. I should have known by the customer service - I had to call a number of times to get an accurate quote, to get anyone to call me back, or to get anyone on the line who knew what they were talking about. But I booked them regardless. Movers arrived 2 hours early. I specifically asked for a 12-1 time window, which was agreed upon, because my new place was being cleaned and would not be ready until after 3PM. When we finally started, these movers treated my furniture and items like everything was made of rubber. Throwing boxes around, tossing a dresser down the stairs, smacking into walls and railings... I asked one of the movers, "do you think you guys are going to break my furniture?" And he replied, "maybe." Um, what? If I wanted to maybe break my furniture I'd throw the dressers down the stairs myself. The movers weren't informed about any of my special items (I have a guitar and an 88-key weighted keyboard). They didn't know my building was a walk-up. They truly knew nothing about my move. They also acted like this move was the biggest inconvenience they had ever experienced. If you don't want to move furniture, don't be a professional furniture mover. Simple as that. When all was said and done, he are just a few of the items they damaged. UPDATE: Moishe's contacted me and is working with me to try and resolve the issues. For that I will give them a star back.

    Perfect move without any issues. Showed up on time, friendly and courteous workers. No wasted time or extra charges. Highly recommend.

    Amine, Juba and Esidro are the best! They made our move so much smoother when there were little speed bumps. We highly reccomend.

I went home picked up the six boxes And drove to the storage unit, Mind you the storage unit, my house and Home Depot are about seven blocks from each other. I get to the storage unit. It's about 830 AM, The sign on the door says open come on in. I try to open the door but it's locked. about five minutes still nobody I called the call center at (929) 547-9621, " they do not have a physical person that works at this location and that the key is inside the storage unit" I thought OK well I guess that's possible. But when I went to the storage unit and I attempted to open it, it didn't open it was locked. So I called the 929 number listed above again Spoke to a different person, The second person I spoke to Stated " They're probably walking or helping somebody into their new unit, And asked if I could give 5-10 Minutes" I gave 11 Person still not there. So I called the 929 number a 3rd time This time I expressed my frustration again and the lady on the phone Stated " There is one person for multiple facilities nearby. There was an emergency at another facility." It sounded like she was gonna ask me to just wait and be patient, but I cut her off and stated " That's not my problem, I want my money back. I have to return the van by 10 AM it's 926 " She said that she will put a request in for the cancellation While driving back home to drop off everything that was supposed to go into the storage unit A gentleman from this location called me and gave me a different excuse, He stated "Hi John, you requested a cancellation" I said yes he then stated "why" and I expressed my frustration again. Then he stated "Well, you need to understand sir. There is more than 100 units and I have to check every single one of them so you need to understand that" giving me an attitude. I said "then there should be two people working in that office not one, and that is not my problem that you have to go check everything". He then stated " Well what do you want me to do?" "To process my cancellation & my return like the Request says" I said. "Fine" he's said. I said "Thank you. You have a good day" right before I was able to hang up he said. "Fuck You" That's when I called the 929 number again unfortunately they don't have supervisors but they said that I should be receiving a call from upper management still waiting. This person that was on the phone was helpful, but she kept saying things like but sir, you need to understand no no that's not my problem. That's your problem going back-and-forth. I understand she wasn't the one that cursed at me, but she is guilty by association. Four different excuses, Rude employees disrespectful employees.
