We had to get a couch up some stairs to our apartment AND THEN in through a small doorway that -- by all details on paper -- shouldn't have made it up the stairs, let alone in through the doorway. The dimensions just didn't match. But every step of the way, Paul and Rich were chatting with me on the phone, being both honest and transparent, but also reassuring that they think they have a way to make it work. And work it did!! Rich is really easy to communicate with and his online booking system works well. The team showed up promptly and were actually were able to help the previous owner disconnect the unit. Meanwhile, we're on a fifth floor walkup - with narrow stairways! - but they were able to navigate carefully through the space without damaging the halls, the appliance, or our apartment.
