The employees are consistently rude, dismissive, visibly irritated, and seemingly annoyed whenever you ask for help. You genuinely feel like you're inconveniencing them by being a customer. What's especially frustrating is that the company advertises that its associates will help customers install, fix, and diagnose vehicles. That promise means very little when the staff has zero interest in actually assisting you. I have 20+ years of customer service experience and currently work in a national customer service leadership role. I know what good service looks like and this is nowhere close. I live nearby, but I will gladly drive farther to avoid this location. Management needs to seriously address the attitude, professionalism, and overall culture of this store.

I have been at this autozone for an hour (not because of their service, this is any car issue), and…read morealready feel the need to post a review. And I NEVER leave reviews. Brian, the parts sales manager is amazing. I went in to borrow their tools to take my door panel off cause my window fell into my door. I know NOTHING about cars so I borrow their tools and Brian sees me about to break my panel. So this lovely gentleman comes outside and takes off my panel for me and explains that it's the lift that has gone bad. So I ask him how much it is and if they sell it and I stead of trying to sell me on it, he is honest and explains unless I need the option to roll down my window that it is best to just stick a piece of cardboard in and leave it be. So he gets my window back up, sticks a piece of cardboard in, starts putting ny panel back on. I notice the window starts slipping again so I run inside and purchase some duct tape. While I'm inside, he comes in and notifies that just as he was about to finish putting the door panel back on, the window fell back dow. And he has some work stuff he has to finish before the end of his shift. But he offers that if I want to stick around till he is off, he can finish helping me. .....this man is offering to help me after a long day of work and isn't even being paid for it anymore! THAT my fair people is a gentleman and absolutely just...wow. I can't say much about the store but so far everyone has been kind and helpful and friendly as far as I have seen. Thank you Brian!

I bought a new 2025 Toyota Tundra Platinum with 3" lift and leveling kit. I was looking to have…read morethe off-road look but keep the luxury. I wanted the biggest tire possible while keeping my rims, a set of running boards and possibly lighting. I'm 62 y/o so I'm not looking for the mean off-road look with all the bells and whistles. I just want to do light off-roading like trails and rock crawling. Jake helped me out and I had the best customer service possible. I got Toyo 34.5" tires. He anticipated that I'd have to trim the front wheel wells. Didn't need the trim, but I wouldn't have known if he decided to trim it. My truck came with 20" rims but the spare tire had an 18" rim. He had already received the five tires and we talked about possible solutions. Get the same tire for an 18" rim or buy a 20" rim. Even though he already had the spare tire for the 20" rim he still gave me a choice. I ended up buy-in a used 20" rim. This allows me to rotate all five tires and not have to worry about driving my truck with an odd looking tire if needed. When I got the rim, I called Jake and he said bring it in and we'll take care of it for you right now. I took it in and a half hour later I was happy! I selected a really nice running board (Go Rhino) and a couple days later I changed my mind after he already ordered it as I upgraded to the bed liner coating. No problem! This running board looks great as it's tucked in tight to the door so it doesn't stick out so much. On top of this great customer service, Jake gave me a military discount... Bingo!!! I didn't have to wait when I dropped off my truck for these services. My truck was ready as promised. I highly recommend Outlaw. Especially, after shopping around. I will definitely refer Outlaw to anyone looking to upgrade their truck. Thank you Jake and Outlaw for taking care of my truck!

Hmmm...107 degrees in the shade (oh Alex Bugnon, if only the reality of that degree of heat was as…read moresmooth and pleasant as your voice...*sigh*)...for the last month, my car has been reminding me of how much I miss living in a city where public transportation is a way of life and a viable option...today's adventure? Dead battery. (Yesterday was new tires, two weeks ago...new a/c compressor *sigh*) Anywho, the battery was not just kinda dead. But DEAD dead...I opened up the hood and there was battery acid leaking from it. So, I called my insurance, who gave me the number to a towing company for a jump, and that guy gave me O'Reilly's information to get a new battery. The battery in my car was factory installed, and he let me know that it could be days or weeks before Acura processed the warranty info. Well, even if they could have done it today, I was short on time, the dealership is not *THAT* close by, so off to Checker/O'Reilly's I scooted (before anything else could happen). I was assisted by a very nice guy, Marcos. He sold me the battery, I asked if they were difficult to install, he said no, not really, then asked if I was going to be taking it with me or installing it in the parking lot...I informed him that I had to get a jump from the tow truck to make it to his store, so off to the parking lot we went. He not only installed the battery for me, he SHOWED me how to install the battery. I'm a do-it-yourself kind of girl (within reason) so I was impressed. He then went to get a bag for me to take the Ol' Dirty Bastid battery to the dealership to see if they are able to do anything for me regarding the warranty, but if not, he told me to bring it back to him and he'll properly dispose of it. Don't you just love dire warnings that are intended to cost money? Fortunately, a handy co-worker explained that that replacing the belt is an easy task and he could do it right in the office parking lot - no dealership required. Yay! So off I went to Checker Auto Parts. The nice guys at Checker took good care of me and looked up the type and size belt I needed with no problem. What really impressed me though, was how the cashier helped the man in line in front of me who was purchasing oil & filters. Right before he was going to pay, the cashier asked him to wait so he could double-check the weekly ad. The oil was on special and the customer ended up having over $30 deducted from his total that he wasn't expecting! Nice customer service! As for me, my belt was $16.99. Thanks to Checker and a little help from a friend I saved well over $100. Looks like some new shoes may be in my future...
