Knowing that the pickup location required 2 days notice, they called without notice and asked to pickup the car that day. As an exception and a favor to me, the seller was willing to have it ready in 2.5 hours. This was amazing but then 1 Flat Rate said no! Instead of shipping my car that had been waiting for over a week, they canceled shipping it that day without even rescheduling. I think they did this hoping to blame the seller--but they could not since the seller wanted it to be a good transaction for me. They strung me along for another week, still not picking up my car. 1 Flat Rate took my business, posted my car on transportation boards, and told me they had a carrier when they did not. This cost me time and money. It was my mistake to choose and trust them. After checking Yelp, there are other companies with non-fake great ratings. Thankfully, I found a good company through Yelp and my car was picked up the following day. I wish I would have found that other company first instead of wasting a few weeks with 1Flat-Rate. Research your company well so your vehicle doesn't get left behind like mine was.

Keep in mind that I gave them a competitor rate and quote over the phone and asked them would they honor it (3x) and they said no due to COVID and gas prices, that is the price. So I went with a competitor FOR MY SET PRICE and these guys emailed me a long nasty email in the middle of the night with unprofessional messages like a tween saying "We can beat [competitor's] quote any day". I felt harrassed, attacked, and would Never recommend a business of this caliber. Be aware.

I'm opening this box for the premium services offered (street address) for my business and other personal needs. The Post Office representative was surprised that I wanted a box outside of the city where I live and I explained to her it's for privacy. She said okay. Disclosure, there's no requirement that a person get a box in a city or even state close to them. It's not "address locked" but she seemed uneasy. It gave me pause. They're a federal organization. The Postmaster of this location told me she only issues boxes on certain days and asked if I could return. She said they don't have enough boxes and that the number that was assigned to me online doesn't match what they have in the post office. That's wild! Again, this is not a mom and pop organization, this is the Federal Government! So yeah, not impressed with first interaction with the representatives of this location. Would not recommend this post office.

They even remember the family who used to use the PO Box I use now. I see a lot of negative reviews but every time I've gone, the customers who are there are always having nice conversations with the staff. It's a small town so I'm sure they've built a lot of rapport with the locals. The ladies working there have always been very polite and helpful when I've gone in. They've been very communicative from the start. No complaints at all.

I actually have had wonderful help and service consistently for a few years now from all of the employees here. I think that in general people all reflect what you show to them first so if you go into any situation with a bad attitude, you're likely to get it back. I always am nice and polite and they are always genuinely nice and polite back. Another huge plus is that I've never had an incoming package missing items and I get several large shipments each week.
