I was helped by Kevin. Kevin made the process quick and simple. He ran my credit prior to me making the drive & let me know what I was approved for. Originally I wanted the g7x but was okay with anything similar. He recommended me another camera which was the sx740 & I've been loving this camera & the price difference was huge! Upon arrival, the store was clean & the atmosphere was very welcoming by all staff. A lot of parking and right by the freeway exit. 0% interest if you pay in full by 3 months. What a great deal. [RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT]: The camera was indeed BOUGHT used from a more respectable camera store than this one, I probably used it for a mere couple hours and all the warranty documents were handed to HER the day I got this insulting offer. Point of the matter is that you made assumptions based off whatever targeted discrimination you had against me and I took my business elsewhere. (Btw I had called for an inquiry of this specific model camera a couple months ago and the USED camera they had was listed at around $1,400). I would also like to add that the owner only replied when he got a notification that my review was being shown as the featured listing when people search this store, just so you get the general idea of how this business operates. Pleasure not doing business with you! ___________________________________________________ If you don't want your intelligence insulted please go to a more honest and ethical camera store. As I was walking around waiting 30 minutes for my "appraisal" I heard some of the worst deals and product knowledge of my life... (background, I've grown up tweaking and building PCs for most of my life, got into the whole streaming era/gaming and what not, have a boyfriend who's into photography and is an audiophile as well) and the way they rip off their customers should be illegal. They probably pissed off quite a few people because they kept getting ghost called every five minutes with no one on the line while I was there. This place should probably be your last resort unless you have poor credit history or no other option, this might be the equivalent of letting your gf go to the mechanic and getting her oil changed on her own. Please take someone with you who knows their stuff cause you'll end up paying for things you don't even need under the guise of a "deal". Back to my personal experience, this guy was telling me all he could offer was $550 and it took every ounce of will to not burst out laughing. He also said that the camera I was selling (g7x mark ii) is selling for $800 new... News flash you can't get this new.. they no longer manufacture these. This camera is more sought out than their newer version (mark iii) thanks to Tik tok. Every camera store is selling them used for $1,300 and he was on the phone with my bf telling him to not worry about what he'd sell it for. Which would apparently be $800. Anyways I had only called my bf to giggle at the audacity, I asked for my phone back since this grown man had started yelling and I don't do business with unprofessional people. Since he's flustered over being caught in a lie. He smashes the camera box onto the desk in the process of trying to hand it back, the camera box that doesn't have my camera in a protective case.. and his oddly dented head is now red with rage. Before I parted ways, I told him thanks for wasting my time.. which he did. He initially asked me how much I wanted for it. I said at least $850, he started complaining about "water marks" I told him that he's mistaken. Those are just marks of when I recently cleaned it with an electronic wipe and they didn't fully dry.. and reminded him that nobody is selling these cameras new anymore as they're no longer being manufactured. As well as the fact that camera stores are selling them USED for no less than $1,300 Anyways just finished selling it to my bf friend for $900 and the only thing I wish I could do was get back my time that was wasted and asked for a name so I didn't have to post a picture of him. Sell on offer up!!! Don't sell to these shady businesses with over emotional grown men.

Customer Receipt of getting scammed at Mojo Cameras

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. I don't normally leave reviews but this store is scammy, dishonest, and has truly terrible customer service. Also all of their equipment can be found at other stores for much cheaper (just do a google search, they mark up everything!). I spent $4000 on equipment here, and the manager upsold me SD cards that are not compatible with the equipment I bought. When I asked, he assured me they are the best SD cards on the market and will absolutely work (of course this was not at all true). Of course, a day later upon learning that the SD cards are too slow and incompatible (despite their high price) I tried to return them (untouched, still in packaging). When I returned to the store, I had to wait for 45 minutes just to speak with the manager, because apparently he is the only one that can "choose" to accept returns. When I spoke with him he was extremely rude and continued to lie to me about the quality of the SD cards. He then told me that they do not accept any returns. Terrible experience. Go somewhere else to buy camera equipment. These guys are as bad and dishonest as it gets.

The two screen shots I posted were 30 minutes apart. $1849.99 before I walked in, $1899.99 after I purchased and fell for their argument that the lower price was for a pre-owned lens. Somehow the website magically changed. Also this is not an authorized Canon dealer, so no Canon warranty. Only the Mojo warranty. Which they verbally said was a year, but the paperwork says is 90 days. All sales are final. Read the terms before you sign, which I did not do. Usually grey market means better pricing. That's not the case here. Should have gotten a clue from the multiple Mercedes parked outside when I drove up.

When you need to find that hard to get drone or that obscure DJI accessory, THIS is the place to go. I've been to the Flagship DJI store on Fifth Avenue in NYC and even THEY didn't have the selection that Mojo's Cameras & Computers had. On top of that, these guys are like ChatGPT with their knowledge base. They also deliver world class customer service. I drove up from San Diego because there is no place else that rivals Mojos for drones and cameras. Next time I go, I'm buying an RC CR next store.

I found this place through a Craigslist ad they posted for a 360 camera. The advertised price was the normal MSRP. When I called them to make sure they had it in stock, they said that they did but they quoted me a $100 more than what they advertised it for. I asked why and they said because it's in demand then I said but that's not what the ad says and they said they would get back to me if they would honor that original price. After a couple hours, they didn't call back so I did at which they said they would. I did end up buying from them but I will never go back. read more

found this place through OfferUp , found their DJI focus pro combo listing they said to come in but I called instead to make sure they have it since I live 1 hour away from this spot They confirmed they had it after I told that it's the one with the focus grip , focus plate kit, box , and LiDAR They said ya ya ya come come I came , and they say oh were sorry we don't have since we are missing the focus grip but you can just buy everything else but the grip for now i get it mistakes happen and people need to sell their products but lying to get someone to come in is way out of pocket so I head to my car bummed out and they came out to my car and say call tomorrow we'll try to see if there's another place we can get from I call and they rudely Say "stop we don't have it , we already told you" like bro I called once since y'all told me My review is I am not sure if it's a language barrier but they are rude but they do have alot of equipment to sell that is available for pick up read more

I walked into MOJO Cameras & Computers searching for specific camera and recording equipment I was only seeing online. First off, it was exhilarating walking into such an organized electronics shop! I spotted the section I wanted right away, and all related equipment was near by, in clear view. Second, the owner, Tony, and team member Erick, were incredibly kind and generous with their knowledge on each product. Tony took the time to hear what I wanted to accomplish with the equipment, and made his recommendations without upselling me on products I did not need. When it came to the actual transaction, he made it quick and seamless. I have been back twice since, and brought a friend looking to purchase the latest iPhone. She was astonished at the price Tony gave her and how quickly she had her new phone. I was pleased to find that Tony and his team were consistent with their business etiquette. There aren't a lot of camera stores left but there's Mojo Cameras. I decided to come in to update my equipment. I was greeted by Paul, who was very attentive to my needs. I had specific perimeters for a new camera and he guided me through their inventory. I settled for a camera that suited my needs and closed the transaction to my satisfaction. I found them on offer up while looking for a good deal on a laptop. They answered all of my messages promptly and gave clear honest answers to my many questions so I decided to drive to the store to see if it was the real thing. I described a few small changes I wanted to make and Amber obliged. The total price was very reasonable and well within the amount I wanted to spend, even after adding a small balloon bouquet. The day of delivery, I received a photo of the final product and another photo of the delivery at the dorm door, and another follow up text that it was accepted at the door. This momma's heart was put at ease. My kiddo even send me a photo several days later to say Look how big this lilly is!! Thank you, Drea's Flowers for making this day very special.

I have been searching for an a7siii for the longest time and these guys had it. I called them immediately and they told me to put a deposit in for the camera to keep it on hold for me (which I did). Wow, this place takes advantage of people, they claim to be an authorized dji and other brands dealer, yet they mark up everything they have, outrageously priced items, they use the word supply and demand with all products in stock, came in for a dji osmo pocket 3 and they were selling it for $799 when it retails for $519!!!I asked about few other items in store and everything was marked up at least 10-20%. I bought my dji osmo pocket 3 at a store down the street and got it at retail. read more
