Calling it supply and demand doesn't explain how you advertised it at retail then changed the price when we come to the store or call in. That is called a bait and switch. Looking at past reviews it also seems that you guys have a history of this. Also what guarantee do you have that would be that you have the lowest prices? So if I bought this at the higher price of $799 and showed you an ad from best buy showing them selling it for retail you would give me the difference of what you up charged? Honestly if you guys would have started the advertisement at the higher price I wouldn't have wasted my time to reach out and have this negative experience with you guys. Found this store through offerup as I'm located in Las Vegas. Went through their yelp and social media to make sure this was a legitimate store. Ordered the Sony a6600 that is Out of Stock everywhere. Majority of websites and people selling this line of cameras is selling it used with the price of a brand new one or at a higher price. Luckily this place had it in stock brand new with a slight $100 upcharge compared to the original retail price. I walked in and saw one of the their employees; it was a man with tattoo's on his arm and a mustache with slick back hair. He didn't acknowledge, actually appeared a bit aggravated when I walked in. I noticed his vibe, but ignore it, as I was on a mission to find an 1TB AtomX SSD. I was greeted by a young woman in the back who said someone would be with me in a second. I smiled and told her thank you. I walked toward the back corner of the store and was approached by the employee with the tattoos. He asked if I needed help, so I pointed at the Tilta mini matte box and asked If I can get a price on it. I then asked if the smallrig mini matte box was available and this is where he seemed a bit more agitated. He began looking behind display boxes, knocking them over. I watched the boxes fall to the floor while he kept looking with little effort. He then went to the other wall, came back 30 seconds late, and said, "we're out of stock" Wondering if he was going to pick up the boxes he drop, I said thank you and walked away. He never said "okay, or thanks for stopping by." He just stared at me as I walked out the store read more

If I can give this place a 0 stars I would! Never have I ever received such bad customer service! Would NEVER recommend this spot, they are huge scammers, and will take your money!! I called this place and spoke to Oscar, I called regarding a camera that I really needed for my sisters graduation! When I called I was told that they had the Camera in stock, but he did mention that it was the last one he had and told me, I could put a deposit on it, and they could hold it for me. I told him I was on vacation, and that I would put a deposit so they could hold it for me, and I would pick it up the following week. The following Week, I called to let them know I was going to be on my way to pick up my camera since I'm almost an hour away from their location! Mike answered the phone and put me on hold for a very long time. Just to tell me that they had sold the camera That I had put a deposit on! I was extremely upset and told him that that was very bad costumer service. He basically told me that he wasn't gonna sit there and argue with me on the phone, like he didn't care, as if it wasn't his business. Come to find out. He's the owner and that's the way he does business. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend anybody to come here and buy products from them.
