The area is clean and easy entrance and exists near the food truck. I was pleasantly greeted and walked through the menu. When I ordered the wings were dropped into hot oil and you could hear the amazing sizzle starting. We ordered Honey Hold and Honey Hot versions with a side of fried okra. I was handed a pager and told that when it buzzed that good food would be ready. So I got to sit in my nice, comfy, air conditioned car instead of having to stand around waiting in a group of people for the food. In today's quarantined climate that's really nice. Cash and cards are accepted as payment. The food was fantastic. My Honey Hot wings were crispy, hot and juicy. The sauce was perfectly spicy and sweet and perfectly coated the wings. We ordered the 8 piece boneless wings the Hot sauce ($10), 35 piece bone-in wings in Medium & Honey Mild sauce ($40), and the large portion of fries ($4). It was an estimated 20 minute wait to pickup which is perfect since we live 15 minutes away. When we arrived at WWS, we were immediately greeted and I told them my name. A very nice man gave us our food (5 minutes early) and showed us the wings and fries before leaving. The team members are always nice the both times and ask if I needed any dipping sauce before I leave. The wings started perfect and the Honey Mild was a family favorite. I would only buy the bone-in wings from now on since they are the stand out. I cannot wait to try the other flavors. The only thing about the food is I wish the fries had some sort of seasoning. I really wish the corporate office of Island Wings would shut it down and reopen with new management and new staff. The dining area was full of customers - there is a sign saying every item is cooked to order so expect at 15-20 minute wait. Maybe not as quick as I was looking for, but given the crowd, figured it was worth the wait. It was...everything was piping hot, cooked perfect and they proudly opened the containers to make sure it was what we wanted when it was ready. We got boneless wings and fries, Buffalo hot and stingin' honey garlic. The Buffalo had a unique dry rub in addition to the typical sauce. Both sauces were great. The fries also had a great seasoning - kinda tasted like New Orleans Cajun potato chips. Staff was welcoming and hustling, the manager or owner still had her Army uniform on (stopped in to check on things during a drill weekend?). She was clearly making things move. There was signage saying their wings were smaller than normal so they were charging cheaper prices...that seemed to apply to our boneless wings too. We got 20 wings (they gave us more in the box), a large fry (enough for 2), and a 12oz can of Sprite for $20. Great deal. I thought our boneless wings were actually larger than expected, and the regular wings looked maybe on the small side of normal. Their "regular sized" wings must be BIG. They are getting 5 stars, food and service were great, and a locally owned family restaurant....
