I'm working down the road at the Publix grand opening and searched out this place for lunch while I'm in town. Everyone was very friendly when I came in. I met Brad and he was very helpful in explaining the menu and answering any questions I had. The food was very good. I had the shrimp taco and fajita taco with some chips and queso on the side. The portions were good and everything was tasty. The atmosphere with the decor and music playing was really nice to sit in. We are regulars that drive past two other Mojo's so we can get the amazing fajitas they only serve on Wednesdays night. The last two times we went on Wednesdays we were told they were out of fajitas. Disappointing to say the least. Tonight we drove over again for Wednesday Fajitas and was told they are not going to have them at all. What! We actually had two of our neighbors drive there tonight for the exact same reason. Please bring back your fabulous fajitas! Those were some of the best. Great counter service taco joint. Decor is trendy, clean, and inviting. The staff was polite and friendly. The tacos were well seasoned, flavorful, and a good size. Service- always great. Greeted at the counter with a smile. Last 2 times we were in it was a pleasure to talk with Gary. He's polite, professional, and friendly. We always sit downstairs and the service is excellent and the place is clean. The food is delicious but there's no consistency in the food. Last time we came I ordered the hot chicken and there was little chicken and it wasn't hot (spicy). I had never had that happen previously. This time we ordered 3 brisket tacos ( one for my wife and two for me) and her taco had noticeably less in it than either of mine. We've eaten here half a dozen times and it's been a pattern. Went to Mojo Nolensville last night 8/3/25 @6 (for the second time) first time was OK, Margarita was good, Brisket Nachos were good but that Nasty, runny Cheap Cheese sauce made us both sick. Last night went with some friends. Not very crowed...Sat upstairs so we could get table service. Hardly any staff, or no management what so ever. Only One bartender, young girl, long waist length Hair was mixing Drinks (while she was flipping her hair upside down over food & drinks) She was NOT waiting on any customers or helping anyone! Then we noticed she started fighting with a customer that seemed to be unhappy with their drink. Second woman seemed to be unhappy with their drink, The Bartender seemed to be 'on' something (we all noticed it) , argumentative, pacing back & forth, glassy Eyes, grabbing multiple glasses, tossing them in the garbage, flipping her very long Hair around the Bar, Drink & Food a second time., extremely odd behavior, very RUDE! Mixed another drink for a customer, then literally 'shoo'd' the customer away with both hands like she dismissed her. Told the woman to go away. A young man (employee) walked up to her with a To-Go order, the young Bartended snapped at him saying 'WHAT'? we all sat watching this bazar scene unfold...Our friend walked up to try to talk to her, she ignored him & everyone or she was arguing with angry customers. Probably one of the strangest encounters I've ever had at any restaurant. We walked out. Went someplace else. The Management & owners needs to get their act together, be there, be present, pay attention to your business, be involved or you will NOT LAST!!! *She should have been fired on the spot!* I highly doubt we will return. We've eaten at Mojo's Tacos twice and it has been outstanding both times. The variety of their twist on tacos are so good. My favorite so far is the hot chicken tacos. The chipotle slaw is good, and I'm not a slaw person. The best side is the street corn. read more

I got takeout from the Nolensville location. The tacos had a unique twist and were flavorful. I had Korean Fried Cauliflower, which was phenomenal. I could eat this taco all day. I also had the Mojo Baja Fish taco, which was pretty good but a little too sweet for my taste. I also had the house salad. The spring lettuce mix was fresh, and the Honey Lime Vinagrette had the right mix of acidity and sweetness. My kids loved the steak fajita and hot chicken tacos. One minor negative was that I added a taco to the order, but I accidentally ordered it 45 minutes too early. I tried calling to change the timing of the order, but nobody picked up the phone. When I got there, the extra cold was cold. However, they replaced the extra taco with a warm one. That's customer service. We will definitely eat there again. read more

We were excited to try this new location since we love the one in Franklin. It's a huge space and two levels. We were told to go upstairs to get happy hour at the bar, so we sat at the bar. The margaritas were excellent. The bartender never gave us waters and she was more preoccupied with talking to her friend sitting at the bar than taking our food order. Our favorite tacos at Mojo's Franklin are the Korean Cauliflower ones, so that's what we got. However, we were really disappointed with them. It was like we got the breading left at end of the batch even though we were there when they first opened. There wasn't any cauliflower. The tator tot nachos were delicious. The margaritas were made fresh right in front of us with real lime juice and not the gross mix. The food came out quick and was delicious! I also love the fact that they have an elevator. No seasoning, and barely smashed. I was eating straight avocado with saltless chips. I am not one to typically write a review but I thought it was necessary. We were so excited when they opened a location near our home. Before, we would go to The Factory location and I always ordered the Green Chili Cheeseburger Taco. It was always hot and delicious! But here in Nolensville I have been four times and every time I've ordered the same Chili Cheeseburger Taco it is cold. The meat is cold, the slice of cheese is not melted. I always take it to the counter and they make me another one. The second one is just as cold as the first. It seems they cook the ground beef in advance and it sits out getting cold.
