I tried out this quaint and charming Yoga studio for Aerial Yoga training (Yoga Trapeze, Silk Yoga, Flying Yoga, Anti-Gravity Yoga) with hopes of a new and exciting experience and boy did it deliver! The owner/instructor Yani is welcoming, kind, experienced, and gifted as a teacher. The Silks allow you to use Gravity to Sink into poses while supporting your balance to keep correct form, great for beginners like me and super fun! This studio also offers Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Gentle yoga, chakra healing, meditation and more! Everyone is accepting and kind, there is beginners and very experienced yogis of All different age ranges from children to seniors. I highly recommend this Yoga Studio!

Their studio…read morehas an open view for the parents but they close the curtains during practice which i think is bizarre and incredibly tone deaf consider the prevalence of abuse in young women's sports. They say they are doing it because they want what the girls are working on to be a "surprise" but it is creepy and weird. When my daughter was first enrolled, I was manually making her payments monthly. After the first month or two, the owner called me and told me they require you to have a payment on autopay and literally stayed on the phone with me while I put my card in the system to confirm it was done. I now know why she did this, so they could continue to scam me out of my money after I try to cancel my daughter's registration. My daughter decided she no longer wants to take dance lessons, but when I try to cancel, no one responds. There is no way to cancel in their online system. Everyday for the last week, I've texted the owner Jennifer, texted her employee Sharimar or I've emailed the studio's email address. Besides receiving a text from Sharimar telling me that Jennifer would reach out, I've not received a response and I've been charged for this month's lessons. Don't trust this place, or at the very least don't put your card on autopay. They will scam you out of your money and continues to charge you for god knows how long after you've tried to cancel registration.

I can be a bit of a drive (out West in Loxahatchee) but it's worth it. It's hard to describe in words how much fun this truly is, particularly with these unique instructors that make you feel at-home, no matter your age, shape/size, athletic ability, or fear of heights. I've seen old-and-young, fit and not-so-fit, and just about everyone we've watched has had a great time. If it's your first time, you don't need to have any experience of special ability, not that I'm aware. We've watched 8 year old children pick it up quickly. Here's a quick preview of what to expect: For the first 20 minutes or so, they'll give you a tutorial and work with everyone in a group. Typically there will be roughly 10 people involved. Next they'll have people line-up to head up the ladder and try the trapeze. They have safety harnesses and there does not appear to be any serious risk. Yet your brain will tell you that you're not in a harness, while your heart beats in exhilaration. In fact, every time I've visited trapeze, I've completely forgot that I'm harnessed and adrenaline is in high-gear. After three attempts to get the basics down, they'll allow you to try a catch. This is where you let go of one bar and you are caught by an instructor swinging on another bar. After each session, you'll fall to the net, doing a flip that will come natural. Here again, they counterweight the harness so that you aren't risking your life. Once you finish, you'll watch the others in your group. About ten minutes later it will be time for you to go again. By the time it's over you'll feel exhilarated. And if you've never done it before .. The next day your muscles will let you know that you've moved parts of your body in a way they've never moved before! The price is about $50 per person and the experience lasts about two-plus hours total. One final tip: Before you arrive, take a look at their website to get a list of tips/FAQ's. There are certain types of clothing, etc -- that make a better experience for everyone.
