The poses flow nicely across the mat, and she stretches out my entire body. Jade has a calming demeanor and a compassionate attitude towards the body with all its humanity and flaws. Thus far, I've been to two sessions, the Fire 90 and the Power Vinyasa. The Fire 90 is intensely hot but the pace is appropriate to balance the heat.
