Cheryl is fantastic! We brought her in to assess whether we had any mold concerns after some water inundation. Cheryl immediately instills confidence. She talked us through all the common sources of mold and dampness, and checked all those. She was originally planning to do air samples, but based on her assessment (visual, smelling potential sources of mold) she determined that the air samples were not necessary since there were no signs of mold. This showed extreme integrity and honesty since she could have charged us for the testing and samples. Instead, she recommended we not do them, and didn't charge us anything. What a crazy time to find out you have mold during this whole Coronavirus / lockdown situation!!! Last week we had new windows installed in the in-law apartment area of my moms house and when we pulled back the furniture from the wall it exposed this really bad moldy area (see photos) on the carpet. I am the farthest thing from home savvy, though I am charged with managing my family home.
