Whoop-whoooop! This place is a winner, winner. I YELP'ed coffee in the area I was staying and landed on MCC and am now a raving fan. I'm doubtful I will be back in York, PA any time soon, if ever, but if I do, MCC is my first stop. I ordered the avocado toast and a cold brew (for the next morning) and I can honestly say "the best avocado toast I've ever experienced". Yes, experienced! The toast they use is a rosemary bread that is lightly toasted, smothered with a healthy portion of sliced avocados, not mashed like most, drizzled with chili oil and sprinkled with sea salt. The chili oil was very light and complimented the meal. Most wouldn't even notice the oil if it wasn't as visible as it is. The next morning I enjoyed my cold brew which was bitter-sweet. No, not the flavor, the fact that I wanted more of that avocado toast but didn't have time to go back. The cold brew was on the better side of cold brew's I've had, and I've had gallons. The staff at MCC was also very delightful and friendly. Of all the places in York I would recommend MCC over all of them. read more

I've been a fan since Molly was in York. It's a lovely place with great food, drinks and a really nice staff. Worth the trip!

Perfect spot for girlfriend catch up time. A hot beverage or smoothie and a little something for breakfast. We chose avocado toast and shared a piece of chocolate bread pudding. Drink choices were lavender vanilla latte and hot chocolate. Everything was tasty, hot, and delicious. Music selection was nice as well. Definitely will return read more

What a gem in York! Molly's Cafe is such a cute spot in downtown York. The courtyard is truly magical and I can only imagine what it'd be like to eat or drink outside when it's warm. The inside is nice too with a few tables and barside seating. There are outlets by a couple of the tables so you can plug in and work. I got an Earl Grey Creme De La Creme tea which to be honest, I didn't really like. My partner got the Snowflake tea which was an almond coconut drink. I also didn't like it, but he loved it! I'm sure their normal coffees and teas are good so I'd probably just select a different drink next time. The tea list is outdated and they were out of many options. They apparently use loose leaf teas so you can't get refills on the hot water. read more

I just moved to York, PA from Texas a couple weeks ago, and I'm so happy that I found this local coffee shop on the whim. The experience was so delightful and the outside patio was so cute, this is definitely my favorite part of Pennsylvania so far. I ordered a cafe mocha and the avocado toast, both very very delicious. Great atmosphere and offerings. Baristas are super kind and engaging. I chatted with two about the finer points of a Cortado for a few minutes. They really know there stuff! Molly's is one of my favorite spots in York. I haven't yet found another local spot that beats the vibe of Molly's. From the location to the layout of the shop to the mismatched chairs to the beautiful courtyard out back. Their chai tea latte has a subtle flavor and their macarons are DELICIOUS! While there are no pearly gates at the steps of Molly's Courtyard Cafe, the ambiance, people, coffee and food are nothing short of heavenly. I came here on a Friday afternoon for the first time and I cannot wait to come back. I had the lavender and vanilla latte, yes, read that again and swoon. It was utter perfection and I didn't even have to add anything to it. The avocado toast is so simple, but one of the best I have ever tasted. The rustic decor is so quaint and comfortable and they even have blankets if you want to snuggle up outside. To be honest, I don't think I'll ever be able to go to a Starbucks ever again. I'm so glad that something like this exists in York and I look forward to convincing more people to come here. I'll never pass up the chance to work remotely at one of the cute little wooden tables. Try it out and I bet you won't be disappointed. read more

This place is adorable! Good prices, diverse menu, clean kitchen, and quality coffee. Very well decorated, neat and cozy, almost right out of a hallmark film. I'm a black coffee guy, and really enjoyed their dark roast, very smooth. Awesome outdoor sitting area on the side that is set away from the street with very little traffic noise. Will definitely be going again! Not a large food menu but I could see that they're kitchen is well organized and very clean. They also do offer a variety of treats and smoothies that I will probably try next time I visit. read more
