This was my first time trying this cafe. The cafe itself is very clean cut and minimalist with lots of greenery and a HUGE monstera plant, which I loved. We ordered two coffees, an Horchata cold brew and a samoa iced latte. The horchata cold brew was okay, but the star was the samoa iced latte. The baristas were friendly and we got our coffees quickly! Would definitely recommend stopping by.

First visit ever...love the bright ambiance, and all of the glass exposure to York City Square. It is clear these peeps love what they do, from the cheerful and smiling order greeting to the drink/food delivery to the table. I ordered way too much for lunch, it was expensive, but it was way worth it. The Turkey Apple Croissant, with chips/pickle, is big enough for two. Delicious, and so fresh! I prepped the gut with Lancaster's County Chicken Corn Chowder, dang, so good, so hearty! Since I'm on Jury Duty, I boosted the system to stay awake this afternoon, with a Mocha Latte and iced Santa Hat sugar cookie. Just perfect. Background music nice, fills the space, but not too loud... If you're in York City, go here...

This place is so beautiful inside! I love all the plants (as I am a plant person) . The tall ceilings, how bright it is in there, the music. The workers are very friendly! The bathrooms are clean and smelled Good. We went for my daughter's birthday for a brunch. My husband and I had dulce de leche cold brew, home fry bowl , mango salmon bowl, Mac and cheese. Everything had so much taste and was no bland. Will definitely go back !

    Iced Matcha Latte

I'm from out of town and I always get nervous trying a matcha from a new place because usually they are so bad! I was surprised to see they had pistachio milk in the menu and the matcha is very yummy! I highly recommend for a matcha spot!

I usually ordered the matcha latte quite often , mosty in Lancaster's branch! They are awesome & delicious! I ordered in the York branch a couple of times, but today is quite dissappointing. I am a barista mysef & I know that Matcha latte , i need to mix & froth to make the drink. So, my absolute guess is that the matcha latte is very grainy & brittle. I could taste the bitter bits of matcha when I drink & i ask for a light ice , and it came warm. I understand that the hot water melts down the ice, but there must be away ti make light ice drinks and wont come warm :(( i actually talked to the barista / server , but she said that because i asked for "light ice " and she needed to incorporate it. I really love this place, because ever since i relocate, prince st is the most decent cafe shop I can find in Central Pa. please make your matcha latte better !!

Walked down to this nice breakfast & cafe spot and so glad I did! The ambiance is very welcoming. The breakfast sandwich hit the spot and was not too heavy for a breakfast meal. I also had their iced mocha & creamsicle smoothie that were so delicious!

Super nice ambience, lots of seating and outlets so it makes a great study/work spot. Drinks a little pricey but good. Really strong Earl Grey tea and they are happy to refill the hot water. Chai latte was good, could be a little sweeter. The cashier/server was very nice and friendly. Would definitely come back to work or hang out, but necessarily for the drinks and food! Great location and view.

    Southwest breakfast burrito

Good choice for breakfast options to include a delicious Southwest breakfast burrito that i highly recommend. Stuffed full of egg, cheese peppers and sausage with chipotle sauce in a crisp flour tortilla. Top it off with a bottomless cup if Necessary coffee. Excellent!

Cute cafe in York PA. Had been to Prince Street cafe in Lancaster. Here is clean, modern interior. Coffee taste good. Wish it has a better latte art. Raspberry Almond bar- yummy! Don't order the Nutella cookies sandwich- not good. There is a weird smell there which is like restroom. If they fix it, it will be awesome.

Really really enjoyed my sandwich and coffee here. AMAZING music. They were playing death cab and some other late 2000s hits.

My adventure buddy and I were headed to York and looking for somewhere new, different, and delicious to grab lunch. After a little online reconnaissance, Copper Crust Co. landed firmly at the top of the list. The menu looked fantastic...sweet treats, sandwiches, quiche, baked goods, and enough tempting options that narrowing down an order felt like a personal challenge! We arrived around 11:45am and were lucky enough to find a parking spot right out front. We walked inside and immediately discovered that apparently everyone else had also figured out Copper Crust Co. was the place to be. The place was PACKED! Every table was occupied and a long line stretched toward the ordering counter. Fortunately, the line moved quickly. Unfortunately, that meant we had plenty of time to stare at the bakery case while waiting. I suspect this is at least partially intentional. The display of pastries, cakes and sweet treats sits right alongside the ordering line, teasing you every step of the way. By the time I reached the register, I was contemplating lunch, dessert, second dessert, and possibly a bakery box for later. My adventure buddy ordered a classic BLT ($10.69) and a Diet Coke ($1). I decided to branch out with the Spinach, Sundried Tomato & Feta Quiche ($8.99) and a Diet Coke. Total for lunch for two came to $27.58 before tip, which felt completely reasonable. After ordering, we were given a table number and told to grab any available table we could find. This led to the only hiccup of the visit. A sign near the ordering area instructed guests to leave dishes on the tables for staff to clear, but on this particular Saturday the staff simply couldn't keep up with the volume. We eventually found an abandoned table covered with dirty dishes, crumbs, scrambled eggs, bacon remnants, and the previous guests' table marker. Copper Crust was clearly slammed. Honestly, my only suggestion would be to add a guest-accessible bussing station for busy weekends. A spot where customers could scrape plates and stack dishes would probably help tables turn over much faster when the dining room is bursting at the seams. Not wanting to hover awkwardly while waiting for staff, I cleaned the table myself and stacked everything neatly out of the way. Problem solved. A few minutes later, our food arrived and immediately erased any lingering concerns. The mixed greens salad that accompanied our meals was surprisingly excellent. Normally, a pile of just greens (plus two small pieces of pineapple) doesn't do much for me, but whatever light, slightly sweet dressing they use is fantastic! My adventure buddy and I both devoured every last leaf. The BLT featured thick-cut bacon and hearty slices of multigrain bread, both of which earned enthusiastic approval from my adventure buddy. My quiche was outstanding. The spinach, sundried tomatoes, and feta were plentiful, but the real star was the crust. Too many quiches treat the crust as an afterthought. Not this one. Flaky, buttery, substantial, and absolutely worth eating every bite. It was one of the best quiches I've had in quite a while, and I seriously considered getting back in line for another slice. Copper Crust Co. ended up being one of those unexpected gems that makes adventure days so much fun. Great food, reasonable prices, friendly staff, and enough bakery goodness to justify a return trip all by itself. Next time I'm in York around breakfast, brunch, or lunch, there's a very good chance you'll find me back in that line staring at the bakery case and making questionable decisions involving dessert before noon.

It felt vintage! Our waitress was great. We came for the thin crust tavern style pizza everyone raves about (heads up this is a special and was no longer going on). She was able to convince the chefs to make one for us! The price of their items for the quantity you get does not match up well. We understand local and higher quality ingredients but about 6 bucks for 30 fries is a little steep. The Tavern Style Pizza was around 25 dollars. We also got a chicken biscuit sandwich for our group and it didnt come with the side it was supposed. My rating is a 4 star based on taste and quality of the food, but the prices vs the amount of the food limiting it from a 5 star. The tavern style pizza had great taste and flavor. I see why people rave about it. I would like to go back and try their archetype pizza and detroit style. The chicken egg biscuit sandwich was also delicious! Overall, we want to go back and try other items. Know it cost a little more than your local pizza shops.

And I don't say this lightly -- it's the only one that competes with my own. Then the pizza showed up. Sourdough crust -- light, crisp, perfectly blistered.
