I called Molly's Spirits at 10am on Tuesday 5/7 to reserve a keg, spout, and bucket for a party I was throwing that upcoming Saturday. They took my information down and quoted me on the price. Come Saturday when it came time to pick it up. They had no record of this reservation and they didn't have what I needed in stock. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS????? Luckily, Total Wine had exactly what we needed and we were able to get it on short notice. Plus, I got more money back then what Molly's told us when we brought the keg, spout and bucket back in one piece. Throwing an event is stressful enough and they completely screwed us over. Save yourself the time, headache, and money and go elsewhere. read more

I have been here many times and it is a very nice ,very convenient location to buy your beer or liquor. We have a place up in the mountains and hit Molly's each time we come in from out of town. The staff is amazing, friendly, and the selection is huge. Scott has helped us with finding very tasty and out of the ordinary wines each time we come in. His knowledge of wine and friendliness is top notch. Keep up the good work! read more

Beyond bad and downright horrible customer service from ZOE. But she doesn't care because as she puts it she has "8000 Customers" and apparently losing one does not matter. DECEPTION and LIES told to customers to get them in the store. I stopped by the store for an event where they were giving out a "Free" pint glass from Bonfire Brewery, only to find out when I got in the store that the "Free" pint glass, was only free with the purchase of a 6 pack of beer. When you send out e-mails promoting "Free" events, you should tell the customer that there are strings attached beforehand and not waste peoples time. As a Spirits member, Molly's sends out e-mails promoting events that never happen. This is called FALSE ADVERTISING. Molly's recently held their 1 year week long anniversary party, and sent out e-mails telling everybody that they would be setting out rare whiskeys on the shelves and also said that they would be hiding rare whiskeys throughout the store. These bottles that they promised were never set out for the customer and they were never hid in the store. These events never happened. If you complain to the person running these FAKE EVENTS, Zoe, she does not care and says things like everything is at their discretion. This is NOT okay. When you promote an event, that event needs to happen. Misleading customers is NOT okay. read more

Just another version of Total A big warehouse full of liquor wine and beer. Nothing special . The prices are no better than your neighborhood store. I would say support your local family owned liquor store. These Total mega stores are the Walmart of the liquor industry. Just saying.... Applejack and Argonaut have nothing to fear. Prices are good for the most part. Staff is faux-nice and kinda pushy. The individual beer gimmick is just that: a gimmick. They do the whole "give us every detail of your personal life and get a discount" bullshit like every other big box store which bugs. And one of their staff straight-up lied to me today. I'll just leave that conclusory statement out there without explanation 'cause I'm too tired to care. I probably won't be back. Beware of a store that opens nearly 2 weeks after their heavily advertised (think big billboards) grand opening. It just screams "we don't have our shit together." read more

Seems like every time I hit this place they've improved. Their beer selection is almost getting to be daunting whereas before there wasn't much of interest for me. On this recent visit, they have a number of beers that will be released at the Great American Beer Festival. Color me impressed. Their buyers must be shopping prices pretty hard because now it seems like most of the pricing is similar to what I at find any other big box liquor store for alcohol. Went to buy beer - was very disappointed to see that the beer was 2 months EXPIERED and they were still trying to sell it. When I asked a worker about it, he said they will get a new shipment in that Tuesday so I told him I would be back, he quickly back peddled and said "oh wait, maybe it won't be in till next week" - he was just lying to me. Large selection, prices the same as other large Liquor stores. People friendly. The only thing lacking is free beer. Smile

Fantastic selection of wines and liquors! Everything is very organized and easy to find. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, and will take the time to walk around the store with you to help you find what you want. They'll probably even remember you next time and ask you if you enjoyed what you bought last time! I was pleased to see affordable prices, too. Some even cheaper than Tipsy's - which is hard to do! Very impressed by this store, and I will most likely go out of my way to come back sometime soon even though I live 30 minutes away! read more

I'm super shocked to see all the single star reviews, Molly's is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood. The beer and wine selection is amazing, it's reasonably priced and the staff is super friendly. We found a whiskey that have searched for at Applejack and Argonaut. If you've had a bad experience w staff, ask for Shamalle, his customer service is impeccable. Additionally, It's spacious, unlike Argonaut, you don't have to dodge other shoppers w carts and the location is far more convenient. In reference to the price tags, I think it's a refreshing alternative to the obnoxious liquor store sale signs, cut out of green, pink and yellow posted board (everyone knows what I'm talking about). I will continue to be a patron of Molly's. read more

Jamelle was awesome. My third time in the store and he knew me when I walked in. They are already attentive to my tastes (which is not the simplest thing, as I'm adventurous). Prices are comparable to other big box liquor stores at every price point and better v at some (Luksusova vodka - a potato vodka under 15 bucks? ! And Ruskova 1.75 under 20.) Plus a deep selection. And the staff trumps all. I get the id scan. And at 45, carding me is almost flirting, lol. I love this place. And Jamelle takes the cake. read more

Convenient, huge selection, nicest people working there! Was my go-to store when I lived in the area, but now I'm closer to T.B. Having been there a few times, I can see that some prices are a little high comparatively, but the service and selection is good. I still stop in the brag a mix pack of local brews and they usually have a pretty good selection. read more

I love this place. I'm like a kid in a candy store here, and there's usually some promotion or sampling going on. There a place similar in Boulder called Hazels, but I like this place better. Maybe because Hazel's is always filled with fratty college kids stocking up on Natty light and Keystone for the weekend. Customer service is always excellent. You can usually find someone within a few seconds, as there's staff walking around a lot. read more

I love love love this place- I would give it six stars if I could. This is by far the BEST liquor store in the area price wise and variety wise. I work late so this is the only one open usually. And even on my days off, I hit them up because their staff is super helpful. Went into Molly's today for a couple bottles of wine! I happened to see something else that I wanted so I gave 1 of the bottles of wine to my daughter to hold since it she was with me. We walked around with her holding the bottle and not one employee told me she WASNT allowed to help me. They even asked if we needed help finding anything! Well we get up to the counter to pay and we put the items down. She says, "can I see your IDs?" I said she was holding it because I couldn't and she's not of age! With a smirk she says, "well we have a strict policy and I can't sell to you now because she was holding it" I've been here before with her and I've had her hold things in the past and nobody has EVER refused a sale because of my child! If this is in fact your policy, you should have it posted on the front door for everyone to see! Because I know I'm not the only one who has ever had their child hold something for them!
