Why only one person there able to do cancellations and why must I have a conversation to do it?! I do not owe an explanation. Hand & Stone makes it painfully complicated to cancel, and it shouldn't be this way. If you sign up, just know that when you want to cancel, they'll make it as difficult as possible. I wouldn't have bothered writing this review, but their shady business tactics pushed me to warn others.
