I haven't been here since new ownership and I am sorry I waited so long. Making an appointment was very easy. I love places where you can make appointments online. It is easier for everyone involved! I scheduled a reflexology appointment, and the service exceeded my expectations. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted. It was so relaxing and just overall exactly what I needed. You start out with soaking your feet and a nice back massage. Then the rest of the time is just an amazing foot and leg massage. The only thing is the chairs for the reflexology are right when you walk into the spa, which is how it is in most places, at least the places I have been to, which is fine. But that strip mall has a lot of foot traffic and a restaurant right next door, and there was just a bunch of loud kids that came out of a party from there hanging right outside the window which was a little distracting. Next time I will bring earpods. But I definitely will be back for reflexology and other services. read more

Went for a 90 min Swedish massage, there were paper towels on the hole where you put your head which was a turn off. The woman providing the service burped three times and never said excuse me. At one point got on the table and straddled me. Kept rubbing in the same motions & over nerves to the point I was feeling pins and needles. The massages I received at Angels Touch in Hamilton , have been absolutely the best massages I have ever had! Massage therapist Jason is very good at what he does. After each massage I literally felt more healthy limber and flexible. Jason is professional and he will make sure the amount of pressure he applies is appropriate and will ask you if the amount of pressure is OK and adjust as necessary, I could not more highly recommend angels touch massage and their prices are highly competitive! I've been here twice and both times for a 60 minute Swedish Massage (and will definitely return again). One of my massage therapists was Rachel and unfortunately I don't remember the second, but they were both great. Both times I left feeling much better than when I arrived. Scheduling, payment, etc were all hassle free. Its strip mall location is definitely a bit no-frills and not a "spa" (so no hot tub or sauna or anything for before or after your massage), but it is warm, clean, and nicely decorated. You forget where you are after you walk into your room. Prices are extremely competitive. Single massages are around $60 and you can get packages of 3 or more that brings it down to $50. That's cheaper than Massage Envy without the draconian contract or inexperienced massage therapists. I have been to Angels Touch three or four times now. Frankly, after eating next door in the same strip mall at The Bagel Place and looking over at them, I was a bit nervous. The mall is sorta old and outdated, but this allows them to have reasonable pricing! Don't be fooled.....they offer GREAT service, from the first warm welcome you get when coming inside to the comfortable spacious warm rooms, to the multi-talented therapists!! Scheduled a 60 min massage 1 month in advance for me and my husband for 11:00 and at 10:40 got a call that one of the therapist called in sick and they had to cancel our appt. Omg guys. I just HAD to come on here and gush. This is THE BEST place to get a massage I have found since I moved back to New Jersey. Ask for Rudy...but still go if you can't get him (he doesn't do that many massages per day so he can really focus on each client.) Rudy was polite, professional, thorough, almost artistic in his hand motions on my back. He's gentle but firm in his touch and he seemed to really understand and care about my physical issues for which I am using massage as a treatment. He took me aside at first to discuss my back with herniated discs and my feet for plantar fasciitis. I felt like he really knew what he was doing. One other thing is that as a deaf person, I could read his lips clearly because he does not have an accent. No slur on people with accents; it's just easier to communicate with someone without an accent, and I respect all races. The ambiance is lovely here as well. The front desk is courteous and helpful. The place is clean, quiet, and soothing. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The massage therapist was attentive and skilled. The price was fabulous. I sincerely appreciate how they treated me on the heels of a bad experience with that other business. It made my day that I could still get my massage after all! I got a hot stone massage at Angel's touch before my wedding and while the massage it's self was good, the experience was not. My therapist was late to get started and then spent the whole hour talking to me about her personal life. By the end of my massage I knew about her ex boyfriends, major relationship troubles and family drama, completely unprofessional - and definitively not relaxing! I've gotten plenty of massages before but never such an earful of someone's life, including a few inappropriate stories. I won't be going back that's for sure. read more

The walls are thin and unfortunately, you can hear other people outside of the massage rooms. Otherwise, the massage was great and relaxing. A living social deal brought me here for my first appointment in December. I had a 60min Swedish massage, which was very nice. The masseuse made me feel relaxed and calm and I felt 300% better after. At the end, she mentioned that I had a lot of knots between my shoulder blades, and if I came back, I should consider the 30min back and neck massage. Altogether, I thought this was a very good experience and, if I had written the review then, would have probably given 4 or 5 stars. When the knots in my back started to act up a little worse than normal (about 1 month after the 1st appt), I did decide to go back for a second visit. I scheduled a back and neck massage, as recommended. When my masseuse greeted me, she asked if I had any areas I would like her to focus on. I said that I had a lot of knots between my shoulder blades, and would like her to focus there. She started me out lying on my back and did a scalp, head, and arm massage for what felt like a long time, and then had me roll onto my front so that she could do my back. By the time she got to my shoulder blades and discovered that I really did have knots there, there wasn't much time left to work on them. When I left, the masseuse mentioned that next time I come in, I should tell the person that I really want her to focus on my upper back. But isn't that what I said to her, at the beginning of my appointment? I don't want to be too hard on her, since this was probably a simple miscommunication. Otherwise, she was very nice, and I liked her. Nonetheless, if she was unclear about my request to focus on my upper back, I wish she would have asked some follow-up questions. Anyway, the end result is that I felt more relaxed for the evening, but now (one day later), I can feel the knots in my back as usual. So no real long-term benefit. Overall, I would recommend this place for relaxing massages. Although it is in a strip mall, the inside is quite nice - it smells good and is quiet, with relaxing music. If you have a specific area you want to target, make sure you are very explicit about this. I don't know if I would recommend them for therapeutic massage (but they may not even offer this service). My experience yesterday evening made me decide to go to a physical therapist for my back discomfort, in order to get a longer-term fix. Oh yeah, be sure to bring cash for the tip. I am usually scrounging for cash, because I forget. They should really mention this on the phone when you are booking the appt or on their website. read more

Best place in Hamilton Township. The staff (Crystal) is courteous and pleasant. All of the therapists are excellent especially Eliana. During the message they don't speak unless spoken too. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The rooms are clean and spacious with beautiful lighting. The temperature is always comfortable. I never have to wait past the scheduled appointment time. When my therapist left a couple of years ago, I tried every place offering massage that I could find in the area. I thought I would take the opportunity to explore and find the best therapist in the whole region! After many months of weekly massages (Dr. prescribed - I have back issues), I came back to Angel's Touch and have been happy there for the last six months. They offer many therapists, so you can find one that works well for you. Their prices are very reasonable and I have found that they start your session on time and give the full benefit of your allotted time period. I have had no issues whatsoever with their booking, courtesy and professionalism. Easy parking in the strip center lot. They call you the day before with a courtesy reminder.
