I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any chai left (even though it was 8am), so I had a hot latte with oat milk - and a chocolate croissant. Both were fairly standard. There's plenty of seating so it's a great place to get some work done!

When you order you go to the end of the counter (by the windows) to pick up your drink when they call your name. They had a vegan muffin available: carrot walnut. I didn't like how it tasted when you first bite into it (it made me think of that taste things get when you leave them in the fridge where it soaks up like a fridge taste if that makes sense) but once I got past that after chewing on it a little then you got to taste the carrot/spices which were good. I ordered a hot turmeric ginger chai latte with oat milk and it was really delicious!

First time visiting. I ordered a 24oz Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte with Oat Milk and a warmed Vegan Carrot Walnut muffin. The drink was a little pricey, but it was yummy; perfect amount of strawberry in the matcha latte. The muffin was so flavorful and moist! The most perfectly moist muffin I've had! Dry where?! The only downside for me is, it had raisins in it too, I don't like raisins. I picked them out and enjoyed the rest of the muffin. Staff were lovely and the cafe was clean.

I was in town visiting a friend who lives a block away from momentum coffee and this place was part of my little morning routine for 4 days! I loved the close proximity and the friendly staff. The variety and creativity of seasonal options was also a win! The iced peach latte was soooooo good I ordered it three times. I also tried the egg, spinach and feta croissant during one of my visits. I purchased a gift card to thank my friend for her hospitality and to show support. They have a small retail section as well. Definitely support this small, woman owned business if you are ever nearby!

This place is so good!! The power stack is exactly what I needed and the coffee is great. Super friendly staff!

I came to the coffee shop on a Saturday morning at about 9:30 so parking was no problem at all. I decided to get a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and the chocolate covered strawberry latte. The latte was amazing! The breakfast sandwich was okay. The cashier was very nice and chatty. It wasn't an extraordinary experience, pretty basic.... But I will definitely be back for that latte.

Great music playing in the background and even better service. Appreciate the pork alternative meat option for the breakfast sandwich and locally sourced coffee.

This was a new place for me. It's in the perfect location because I was at the ice rink freezing when I spied Momentum Coffee right in front of it--so it's inside Millennium Park right underneath the Bean. It was a good size large crowd out front and inside, but I noticed the line moved very quickly. So, I hobbled on over there, and I was upfront in no time. I ordered the Peppermint Hot Chocolate. I've never had this combination. Now, I've had the Peppermint Mocha but not a Peppermint Hot Chocolate. Wow, what a difference. I'm sure the difference was how Momentum Coffee made this cup of favorable Peppermint Hot chocolate. The taste of peppermint brought warmth. The chocolate and peppermint together brought out the sweetest taste of rich chocolate. I told a guy sitting next to me to try it, and he did. He was just as pleased!

I found out about Momentum Coffee through the inKind app. It is located in a retail storefront next to Reggie's in the South Loop. It has a modern look with some cozy unique touches. I ordered the Spinach Mozzarella Pesto Mo Melt Sandwich. It is wickedly delicious and feels cozy, as if I'm a guest at a friend's grandma's home and she cooked it for me. They had a special coffee flavor enticingly called "Chocolate Covered Strawberry Latte." I knew I had to try it. It felt like I was drinking a warm mug of chocolate covered strawberries. It tasted just like the real thing. I recommend getting both. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful customer service! You walk into this place and immediately feel welcomed and like the staff is genuinely happy you are there. I got a vanilla latte (sugar free) in no time and tasted great!

Such nice staff literally such a good vibe. They are really friendly. A lot of seating and charging next to each table. Great spot to study! Croissant was so good and buttery and warm. Matcha was very smooth.

It's a fantastic coworking space for those that are looking for a spot to do work that is well appointed, welcoming and community-focused. Their leadership sets them apart and rather than focusing on squeezing dollars from their membership - they want to build a helpful, strong and welcoming community for everyone. We have private desks which at the current rate is a steal for anything in Logan or other neighborhoods, but public space abounds for those not looking for a private space. There are conference rooms, phone booths and common areas that are all able to be reserved by their online system. I've been to a number of coworking spaces that are either incredibly pretentious or try so hard to be cool and edgy that they lose their purpose. People can actually get shit done here and meet others that are entrepreneurs who can benefit their company. However, a few things happened in my room that made my one night stay disappointing was: 1. My tv did not work. I tried to play Netflix and it played it for like 5 mins and then my tv went black. Seriously, if you're in the market for a coworking spot you gotta do yourself a solid and give the Study a slide. This place is the tops. You know how hard we work? Pubert can work. But sometimes working at home can just get us all crazy in the head. That open bottle of wine from last night is calling. The cats are screaming -- it's like, kitty, I just fed you and you still hungry? Babies, we just gotta change out of our softpants, put on some bigboy slacks, and get to work. For those of us that work for ourselves, having a place like the Study all local and stuff makes it so easy to please those clients. Our clients happy, Pubert happy. This dude that run the thing, Andy, the guy is legit. Andy'll take care of you. He keeps the Study real nice. Fast internet, lotsa desks and tables, quiet atmosphere. And listen, babies, this dude made us some pour-over coffee. Yeah, you heard that right. Dude busts out the Chemex and makes us coffee. We had to do a doubletake. We judge a coworking space by how much work we can pound out. And babies, you'll never believe how productively the Rose & Company rocked it while at the Study. Got them proposals out, them numbers crunched, the clients pleasured. With time to spare, we even busted out for a quick slurp over at the Goose Island tap room that is literally on the same block as the Study. Can't beat that, babies. Gimme them hops! Maybe you see us there next time you come in. Pubert all over the country these days, but Chicago is where we hang our hat. And when we home in Chicago and need to crank out some work, the Study is our spot. Convenient and quiet. That's our jam. Now get to work!

The first issue being that the entire hallway leading to my room reeked of cigarettes (both days we were there). This is gross and frustrating to encounter in 2026. The second issue being that the pillows in the room were overly squishy and offered no support. I called the guest services number at 2am asking if they had firmer pillows. The woman on the phone said they have foam and feather pillows. I requested two foam pillows be brought to my room. I was pretty surprised when they brought pillows that were as squishy as the feather pillows already in the room. Definitely bring your own pillow if you prefer supportive pillows! When I checked out no one asked me how my stay was or anything along those lines. Disappointed.

Great, right? The photo on the Bonvoy site had a nice view of Wrigley and the view of the room they first gave me... did not. Very misleading so I asked for a better room and got it. I understand that this is 'the game' that you have to play sometimes but was disappointed given that I'm Gold Elite and usually this sort of game isn't played. The view *was* great - nice view of the park - you can even see the ivy, and of course you can see Gallagher Park which is a multi-use space next to Wrigley where player statues are. However, the soundproofing of this hotel is abysmal and they should supply earplugs and eye masks. There's a gap between the blackout curtains and the top of the window so there was a thin but bright light coming through as the sun came up. And then there was the 7am workout class. 7am ON THE DOT I heard crazy loud dance music and sure enough I peeked out and saw a class in the park. Listen, I know it's a city and sounds are going to happen but this was so loud that the hotel could - and should - take steps to mitigate the inconvenience of being awakened by a fitness class at 7am. Otherwise, hotel is fine. You're paying for the location - and you get it. Not for biz travelers. Good for families and folks traveling with pets. Room layout is practical - lots of plugs next to bed and by the desk - with included iron and ironing board, safe, robe, and slippers. No lotion in bathroom but shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower, and soap by sink. What you'd expect (but the lack of lotion was weird). Breakfast buffet is also fine - $26 for cereal, fruit, pastries, scrambled eggs, pancakes, etc. Nothing extraordinary but the space is gorgeous and also has an outdoor area if you want to look at the park while you eat. Hotel could really shine by adding bedside earplugs and eye masks, making it more explicit upon check-in that you need to request a coffee maker or fridge in your room, and improve the light seepage on those blackout curtains. These all are easy - and thoughtful - fixes.

THE PROBLEM WITH GENTRIFICATION!…read more I set up an appointment to check out their available offices for rent. Mind you, this place is in PILSEN, a culturally diverse area that is known for its rich Mexican heritage. Well...I get there and the receptionist clearly does not know anything about pricing. She first tells me pricing is not her thing, then she says something about a credit check...I should have picked up on where she was going then...THEN she says something about it being negotiable. Turns out, the guy I was supposed to meet with, Patrick, didn't even make himself available to meet with me during my scheduled appointment to answer my questions. Then, Patrick comes in, doesn't say hello, doesn't even make eye contact but the receptionist tells me he'll be with me in a minute. So, after about 5 minutes he comes in and asks me what I do. I tell him I'm a psychotherapist...he doesn't seem to have a CLUE what that is, neither did the receptionist. I explain..."I'm a licensed clinical professional counselor. I see clients for depression and anxiety...blah blah blah". He says he still doesn't understand AND he's worried about safety! SAFETY?! He then goes on to tell me that the other tenants need to be comfortable and that tenants have access to the entire floor (kitchen, waiting room, etc.) so he's "concerned" about who will be coming in for appointments. Hmmmm.... I try to explain again...this time at a kindergarten level. I try the term "couples counseling"...he gets it. FINALLY! But, then he goes back to the safety issue. Hmmmm...THEN....THEN he goes into.."I'll have to run your credit"...of course...duh! I simply said, "Patrick, I have great credit". I thanked him, shook his hand, and got the F outta there! Now, as a black woman, I'm used to this kind of tom foolery but I would expect that in the heart of downtown NOT in Pilsen. I'm a professional...TREAT ME LIKE A PROFESSIONAL! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SPOT. Not to mention the people that I did see renting space there WERE ALL WHITE....NO DIVERSITY. THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH GENTRIFICATION PEOPLE. SO SAD!

My partner and I have shared a suite at Lobi for almost seven months and our experience has been excellent from the very beginning. Their professional, friendly, approachable, welcoming and in our case accommodating to the smallest detail. For example, neither my partner or I are the most tech savvy people and we can at times be "needy" when it comes to assistance with our tech issues. Both Patrick and Bernard have always come to our rescue when we have our tech meltdowns. Mind you their property managers, not IT guys or crisis prevention staff. I can't emphasize enough what helpful, kind gentlemen they are. They not only accommodate all the Lobi tenants like this but they go out of their way to create a family friendly, safe, and pleasant work environment for all. Meanwhile giving us the most beautiful space to work out of, we love showing off our office and the Lobi space to our clients. Lobi space is a perfect refection of the Pilsen neighborhood, in fact it is adorned with art work by local Pilsen artists. Additionally, their admin assistant Kathy has been a God sent since she came on board. She is right in sync with Patrick & Bernard's philosophy of creating a comfortable yet professional work space.
