One of the things that captured my attention to this company was the flat rate of $290 and extra $30 for townhomes for regular cleaning. It was straight forward and fast. Also, even though there was only one review, I was quite moved that the Yelper indicated that she worked with this company on the properties for years and they kept in tip top shape so I wanted to give it a try. Claudia was the one who communicated with me from the beginning to the end. She was prompt on getting back to my message and send me what services are included for what I pay for. The price was reasonable and they were honest. The service I requested included carpet cleaning and Claudia explained that her cleaning crew only vacuums and does not offer deep cleaning on carpets at the moment, which still worked for me so we went ahead. On the moving day, I had to make a last minute change, which was pushing the service an hour later due to the movers' delay and they accommodated without a problem, which I was grateful for that. As the cleaning process was going, I received a call from Claudia that the cleaning crew realized that the stove was so greasy that it needs a deep cleaning with extra charge if needed. It was helpful to know which area needed more care. The cleaning crew was excellent. There was a combo of mother and son team and a father and son team. They were very punctual, courteous, thorough, professional and fast. Most of all, the result of the service was superb. I'm planning on asking them back on my moving in day if they are available. I strongly recommend this company.

To compare another contractor came cut new baseboard because this wasn't in handycrews scope of work and within 8 hours they damaged my cabinet and cracked our brand new tiles. He and Curvin (sp?) showed up on Saturday morning and cleaned the whole place, both units, top to bottom. They did an AMAZING job! I've watched other house cleaning crews work and they are not nearly as thorough. If I lived in a bigger place (as opposed to a studio apartment) and wanted to hire house cleaners, I'd call Mahogany in a heartbeat. And I'd definitely request Clifford & Curvin! I don't usually trust anyone else to clean things as thoroughly as I would (I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to cleaning) so that's saying something! They asked me questions (did I want the refrigerator cleaned?) and listened to my requests (please clean the laundry room!) and they wanted me to walk through and approve their work before they left.
