I have my office computer repaired twice and just now I have returned home with my 2012 Macbook Pro after having it "tuned up". (FYI it runs better than when I originally purchased it). For Apple my computer is "obsolete", so I brought it to Will and got a "brand new old" computer. I know there are Macbook Pro users out there who've had (or will have!) the same issues I was having, and will probably feel like their only option is to buy a new machine. DO NOT FEAR, friends! These guys will take care of you. In addition to addressing my original concerns, they also installed a solid state hard drive to improve performance, which I am SO SUPER grateful for because my computer feels brand new again. I CANNOT recommend these fine folks more highly. Seriously. On top of all my personal computer repairs Will is phenomenal when it comes to making sure your business isn't a target of ransomware threats. He has the foresight to make sure everything is backed up daily/weekly/ monthly depending on your needs, you have multiple working copies, and have the ability to use a copy within minutes. Why pay a ransomware threat when you can be safely covered and never have the headache of trying to figure out how to run a business with no backup data and pay to get your own data back. I say give him a shot.

    After calling and canceling my account with TCSN TWO DAYS AGO, they had the nerve to charge my…read morecredit card for March--I canceled on February 2, and they told me the would not refund payment for February because I needed to give them 30-day notice to cancel my account...and my service is broken down for about the TENTH TIME IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS. They refused to credit me for February, even though my service wasn't working AND THE TECHNICIAN NEVER SHOWED UP. Notice they have not received a good review in over a year! If you use this service, you can expect to be charged two months before your service, like being charged on February 5 for March service, even if you have canceled the account. Don't expect a response if you have a problem, I was told two days ago that the owner was going to call me. The woman who answers the phone just tells you "I just answer the phone," so don't expect help from her. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and file a suit with Small Claims Court if I do not get satisfaction by Monday, February 8, 2021.

What a total mess this turned into. The place is disorganized and a total joke. Their business hours are hit and miss. Their billing and A/R is so disorganized I have no idea how they stay in business. Our internet was shut off TWICE for lack of payment, however I had PAGES of email communication with them literally begging them to charge my credit card on file (and when I pointed this fact out to Mike (?) over the phone, his smug attitude quickly diminished). I've never seen a business run this way. Long story short, we switched to Ranch. Best decision ever.

Justin really is a "digital life coach," a title that once sounded funny to me but now I see is no joke at all. I agree with other reviewers' positive comments, but to me, the best and most important thing about Justin is how he makes me feel. Justin makes me feel safe. He never makes me feel stupid or behind the times - important for a senior like me. When I have a session with Justin, either in person or online, my feelings instantly change from frustration to relief, then to pride when I finally learn the thing.     I love Niles Phone Repair! I used Niles years ago for a screen replacement and was happy with the…read moreresults. Recently, I needed a new battery for my iPhone. After making an appointment at Best Buy for this to be done, I showed up to find that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I'm not sure what the appointment did for me? I didn't have the time for this, so I left. It was then that I remembered Niles. Found that he had a storefront now, so I called about my battery replacement. They assured me it could be done. I asked how long it would take. They said about 10 minutes, unless it was busy, in which case it would take 20. Did I need to make an appointment? Not necessary, they said, just drop on by. Came in the next day. Super friendly and courteous, as I remembered, and they seemed a little busy, but I was assured it wouldn't take more than 20 minutes. They also coached me on some battery tips, and let me know to come right back if I encountered any problems. The cost was $9 more than Best Buy, but for the convenience, it was an easy decision. Was in and out in the promised 20 minutes. One thing: they are cash only. I never carry cash, so I had to run to an ATM.

I couldn't get the screen in time through Amazon. Based on the reviews and I went to Niles. The brothers were very nice and replaced the screen for $250.00. In less than a week, the screen started to crack due to dropping the phone which I never had a problem with OEM screen. The phone became hot and the screen wasn't very bright. I couldn't take photos outside cuz it became very dark. Battery drained very fast. I talked to the owner about it and he said that the IOS software update caused the battery to drain and there's nothing he can do about the crack. So I ended up ordering a high quality "OEM" aftermarket screen from Amazon by ReOriginal ($280.00) and replaced the screen myself. BINGO, the screen works the way it should and didn't have an issue even I dropped the phone. So do your research before buying a replacement screen, ask about the brand, and quality. I left two stars (Could've been better.) Sorry Nile and I have to be honest! The photos of the screen is from Nile!
