This was our first time here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food did not meet up with the hype. Our subs were flat pressed, so the bread was super dry and hard to eat,chewy and tough. The inside was just okay, like something out the refrigerator at home, but fresh. Luckily I ordered the Au jus . I probably won't be back but try it for yourself because the Momma G's has a loyal customer following! Maybe you'll be next! read more

Went in for lunch, stood in line for 10 minutes to order, then was told that the wait would be at least another 20 minutes. Five customers immediately got out of line and left. As I am writing this, I have watced two more groups walk in, then right back out. Key point: dont go for lunch, they cannot handle even a modest crowd. read more

Placed an online order around 8:00 and when I got there they were closed. Called the next day and asked for a refund. The girl acted like it was no big deal, didn't get an apology or anything. She asked if my name was something else so I guess I wasn't the only one that happened to. She said she refunded my money and I did get refunded but there needs to be some Kind of shut off on their ordering system or they need to stay open until their close time. read more

Food was ok. Nothing to write home about, but holy cow at the complacency of the staff. The soda machine had a mountain of ice on the drip tray, the person that seemed in charge had headphones on while working, everyone was on their phones behind the counter, urn of sweet tea was empty, order was not correctly made the first attempt (I did double check my ticket to make sure I didn't mess up). Not a local, so when we do come back I will be choosing other food options. They weren't busy, so there was definitely time to fix the issues in the customer area. Also, we aren't from Alabama and I am not knowledgeable of health code here, but I would think people handling food should have hair restraints. Sadly I must be honest. We went in my friend ordered the Momma's Love salad. First off so many red flags when she ordered. The employee was picking through the lettuce to remove the less than fresh looking pieces I guess. He smelled the corn before adding it to the salad and said that corn didn't smell fresh so he opened another can. I mean literally picked it up and smelled it. Well once we got home the salad literally sat on the counter for about 20 minutes before she opened it. THAT SALAD SMELLED SOUR. LITERALLY SOUR!! I almost throw up. It smelled like straight garbage. I called and it's was as if nobody cared. The manager ultimately offered to replace the salad but at this point I don't think neither of us will ever eat there again. That salad smelled like rotting meat. It had bacon on it but more than that bacon was bad. The black beans smelled the worst. Never ever again. read more

Sorry service - ignores customers - needs to close. Went into locations and ordered lunch, they did not fix my sandwich correctly and I let them know. They said they would make me a new one immediately. My wife ate her sandwich and we waited an additional 10 minutes, still no sandwich. I approached the 2 people working there and asked them where my sandwich was and they stared at me like I was the Coronavirus. I guess it was the Trump hat I was wearing that shook up that young college kid and she didn't have a safe space to go too. I then asked if I could just get my money back, the young girl went to the register and refunded me the cost of the sandwich and never said a word to me as she turned away. I will not set foot in the establishment again and most likely will stop my weekly visits to the other locations too. Management seems to think that the government must pay their salary. read more

The sandwiches and service are just fine... gotta love the nachos... but what the hell with the tables? They all curve down from center to edge making you feel like you are just one subtle move away from dumping your entire meal in your lap. read more

Anyone looking for employment this isnt the place to go. If you work for them and decide to leave you dont receive all pay. Say if you made 300 and you leave you only get 49.00 of that check. Just all around experience. I was a employee for a while and it was done to me. read more

Rude management. When others that had come in after us got their food we asked about our order thinking that it might have been misplaced. The employee said I'm working on it now but now you've slowed me down and it's going to take longer. My husband said can I speak to a manager and he said I'm in charge. My husband said well who do I need to complain to about your attitude. He said the internet so that's what I'm doing. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Not feeling the momma love tonight. Avoid this place like the plague. read more
