Driving through Auburn on a road trip and decided to take a shot at what seemed like a local hot spot. Great decision! My fiancé and I both got Momma's Love 'All The Way' toasted. We really enjoyed the sandwiches. Way better than a lot of other sub chains so I can see why the Auburn students love it! There were two young students/grads who gave very good service and pleasant conversation. Overall the space was clean and tidy. Next road trip through this area, we'll be back!

I really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately I agree with the other reviews. The quality of the food we got was nothing better than or maybe a little less than Subway. The fountain drinks were great and came with the good ice but besides that I think there are a lot better options if you're looking for something of a higher quality

The food is not that great at all. Nachos are mot nachos. They charge a about $4 extra for them as a side vs chips but what you get are Doritos with a square if cheese microwaved on top. Soggy on top of that. Sandwich was not that good either. I would not go back. I would assume this is a free sample of what jail food taste like.

    Filthy beer pitchers.

I've never seen such dirty beer pitchers ever. Honestly disgusting. No pride, no standards. Filthy pigs. There was puke in the grass on the patio that the staff didn't feel compelled to clean up. Amateur hour by people who don't give a damn.

If you have ever lived in Auburn you know Momma G's is a staple. Now has 4 locations in Auburn & has spread across several states. They're known for their steamed sandwiches & Doritos covered in cheese. Their beverages are served w/good ice & in a plastic cup you can keep. Their sandwiches are a little sloppy but that's what people like. I would just say in regards to this, the lettuce can be mushy sometimes; as they are supposed to add the lettuce after steaming. You order at the counter & they call your name. Some locations have a drive-thru. The customer service isn't the greatest but it's mainly college kids working. If you take your Auburn football ticket in: buy 1 sandwich & a large drink, get 1 free. All & all, pretty good food.

My top piece of bread is thinner than this dime , lol .

I'm overall disappointed , they couldn't figure out how to charge my card, I waited over 10 minutes for my food, but I was like "it's okay, momma goldbergs is worth the wait" ... well it wasn't . I think I had the upmost ugliest and disappointingly untasty sandwich I have ever had. Once I got my food the cashier chick shut the drive through door on me with out getting my drink. I had to wait for her to open the door so I could inform her that I had ordered and payed for one in the first place . Very bad experience . I knew coming here it would be a little bit of a wait.. but all the bad customer services and my messed up sandwich is going to make me avoid this location at all costs. Go to literally any other location but this one

I just moved here for school and decided to try the famous Momma Goldberg's. It didn't quite meet my expectations, but it was pretty good for the price. We ordered the momma's love and big momma. The momma's love contained roast beef, turkey, and ham, while the big momma had pastrami, turkey, and ham. They were both good sandwiches; however, we wish the hoagie rolls were toasted. The sandwiches were rather soft and didn't provide any textural contrast.

Showed up at this location at 915 after a baseball game (says open until 10pm). No lights on and employee getting in her car.

Groups of college kids come to this location to get beer as well, but I've never seen it get too rowdy here.

I haven't been to a regular "Sandwich Shop" in YEARS .. but Jersey Mike's Subs now has Udi's Gluten Free Rolls as an option. I was out and about and got hungry.. anyone sensitive to gluten knows how difficult it is to find a safe meal in a pinch. I decided to give Jersey Mikes a try but I gotta admit I was Soooo nervous. I was warmly greeted, and to my surprise no scoffs or annoyance when I requested Gluten free. The person helping me "Will" was so incredibly kind. He asked what I'd like on my sandwich .. I replied, "A little of everything!" When I tell you this man went TO THE BACK of the store to pull out FRESH INGREDIENTS that had zero risk of cross contamination. Cut my Meats on a separate Meat Cutter and Prepared my entire sandwich in a separate workspace!! I literally almost cried and I'm not joking!!! He did not make a fuss about any of this - nor did I ask for that level of care. Yes it took him Longer, and there were others waiting in line. He didn't care, and when I told him how much I appreciated his efforts-he said "my best friend is celiac, so I understand!" It seriously made my whole month. You have no idea how taking extra care of someone matters, when it would be so easy to rush through and not make that extra effort because we're so used to be treated bad, scoffed at, annoyed with.. etc. So THANK YOU WILL, Thank You Jersey Mikes, and Thank You Udi's for giving me such a great experience because of your Extra efforts and Team work I was able to have a normal lunch experience, that so many take for granted every day. P.S. I did not get any side effects from any cross Contamination and I can't wait to go back again. Will deserves a raise.
