    Chicken Dumplings (8 pcs)

I got my MOMOs. I ordered the Chicken Momos without Rice. I got 2 extra as a result. They were steamed to perfection. They housed a large amount of chicken, which was well seasoned. It came with a house sauce and soy sauce. They both added great depth and flavor to each bite. I really enjoyed the food. The location is nice, too, as it's right off the fail station. I love the fave that 7th St. Station gives back to small business. Issa whole vibe.

Another gem located within the 7th street market! Momo Station is a food stall serving traditional dishes from Nepal as well as India. A momo is a type of steam filled dumpling in Nepali and Tibetan cuisines that is also popular in surrounding countries. Well of course I had to try some if it's in the restaurants name. I ordered a couple of dumplings as a side, and also ordered a chicken kathi roll which is a type of grilled wrap that is popular in Indian and commonly served by street vendors. This is a great restaurant to expand your pallet and try new foods you might not find elsewhere in Charlotte! Both the chicken dumplings and the roll were incredible. I was asked if I would like my kathi roll regular or spicy and I boldly chose spicy. I don't regret my decision but be warned they aren't joking it packs some heat! The man who working by himself at the food stall I believe is the owner. He was super friendly and eager to answer any questions or make recommendations. For a one man show too he had my food out quickly and brought it over to me at my table, excellent service! This is why I love coming to markets is to find little shops like this one, run with passion, and willing to go above and beyond to provide a unique and memorable dining experience. I will certainly be going back soon to explore the menu even further.

Maybe I need to try again? We got the chicken Kati roll and vegetable noodle bowl. The noodle bowl wasn't very appetizing to me. The noodles were kinda dry and didn't have a sauce or anything to accompany it. The curry here has that hint of cinnamon sweetness that I am learning I'm not fond of. To each their own. My boyfriend thought the chicken Kati roll was great and would definitely reorder! I appreciated the crunch of the tortilla and the sauciness! The chicken was also cooked well!

This location inside of 7th Street Market! My group got the Chicken Momo! At first glance, the food look small for the price. The price is originally around $11. The sauce provided was really good. The service was quick and the worker did a great job! 7th Street Market is a nice place for this small business.

After trying momo for the first time elsewhere, I was in love. I immediately moved this spot up on my list. Covid-19: I believe you can order and pay online. It was next to impossible to figure that out previously because their social media pages link to the food truck ordering website (not the 7th Street Public Market location). They also only had Yelp/Google pages for the truck (I just added ones for Momo Station). I found out that there's a separate website when I went to order in person. We got the Kati Roll, Asian Tacos, Veggie Momo, and Paneer Momo. I was really surprised that the Kati Roll was my favorite. I believe the wrap was Parotta which is my favorite Indian bread. The flavor was great. I also really liked the momo. They were both very similar, but I think I slightly preferred the paneer ones. I love the spices of the filling. The tacos were good, but the chicken was similar to the Kati Roll and I didn't the rest of it was as good as the Kati Roll. This is a great stop for lunch while in Uptown or at the 7th Street Public Market.

Drove all the way from Atlanta for the vegetarian momos. Got here at 8:20PM but they close at 8:00PM. Luckily the owner allowed us to order some momos. Nice chill dude. Momos were worth it. They also validate upstairs parking. Thanks Momo Station for a great experience.

Pleasantly surprised to find good Nepalese-style food in Charlotte! I got Chicken Momos, while my husband got Naan Bread with Curry Chicken. The food was good, but the absolute standout was the sauce. Really added something more to the chicken & naan and the momos. Definitely a nice little surprise during our trip to North Carolina!

I had my first Himalayan dish here and was not disappointed at all. I ordered the Momo soup, which was really flavorful. It kind of tasted like a tomato soup/broth with additional spices and soft, steamed dumplings. I loved it. It was really affordable and pretty filling too. The service is also really quick even though there was only one person manning the station. Highly recommend checking out this place if you're visiting Charlotte.

The Asian chicken tacos were so delicious! The market in general has a great atmosphere but these tacos had so much flavor. Will definitely come back!

Seemed to be a good place with many options. I only tried it because my wife came home with extra.

I've only had the chicken momos here, but I'm going with a perfect rating on the Tibetan/Nepali dumplings. After all, the name of the food stall in the Market at 7th Street is Momo Station, so I feel it fair even if I haven't gotten cozy with other dishes on the menu. Friendly service, to start off. Momo Station is one of the first food stalls one sees as one enters the Market. Being the dumpling fanatic that I am and having tried momos in a few establishments (just in the States, so obviously take my review with a grain of salt--do this with all my reviews and everyone else's too though), I'm somewhat selective, especially about the dumpling skin. These are perfection. During my first visit, I just got the 3-dumpling order to try since I wasn't very hungry. Those propelled me to return the next day and order the eight (steamed) momos (could've gotten 10 for the same price but instead chose a white rice side for my kiddo). He got the 6 pan-fried chicken dumplings, since most kids (and adults) love fried foods. The steamed ones were just as delicious as the ones from the night before and the pan-fried momos were perfectly crispy and chewy. Go eat momos here, damn you. When I visit Charlotte again, I plan to stuff myself with more from Momo Station. These are probably the best momos I've ever eaten.

seemed a bit of a waste to go all the way up town just for a bit of sweet so how about a bite of the high country? tasted my first taste of Himalayan not so long ago and here I am having a go again. not real sure what to do but a limited menu uncomplicates things a bit: asian tacos and spicy momo soup looked like winners and turned out pretty okay. started with a pair of flour tortillas filled with asian spiced chicken, pickled japs and a lovely pico topped with a ranchy sriracha sauce, lime slices on the side for juicing... really hard to complain so I won't. warm on the outside, warm on the inside, not particularly stunning but an interesting take on chicken tacos. momo soup looked like campbell's tomatoe with some parsley and floaties... first spoon full changes that misconception entirely. your choice of chicken, veggie, or paneer momos served in a rich, thick, zippy, tomato-based curry soup with a pinch of california wild fire, savory hints of essence of brimstone, and a bit of traditional spice that pushes the flavor/heat envelope without assailing sense or sensibility. it takes a few to build the burn but it's in there... I've only begun eating these red soups recently but this is definitely one of them!! I would really liked to have seen a bit of rice somewhere other than the menu, but it's there for the next go round.

We were a party of 4 on a Saturday, and it was my friends birthday. We were seated at a low four top and my friend received a special menu with Happy Birthday watermarked on it which was a nice touch. We ordered some drinks and then food basically tapas style. We had a variety of rolls and a couple non sushi starters like peppers and crispy shrimp. All of the plates came out at a good pace, we were able to enjoy the current before starting the next. The drinks were solid and the service was great- friendly and attentive, clearing out plates and silverware with each round. I can see why this was such a highly rated and booked spot. It's in a good central location in south end, decent parking and plenty of options to explore the immediate vicinity afterwards. @azfitfoodfun

And charging extra for that feels unreasonable and borderline price gouging. Ridiculous!!!! Over the weekend, we got to check out this new Japanese fusion place in South End…read more.. As anticipated, the place was very pretty and posh...with a sleek color motif of black and pink (one of my fave combos!). Since the weather was so nice, we decided to sit in their patio area...very nice! Can't say I loved the playlist (a bit busy and random...everything from soulful lounge music and hip hop, to Donna Summers, Salt 'n Pepper, etc.etc.), but I loved the overhead volume...giving the place a festive ambiance. I just hoped that the music would be a tad more relaxing and sophisticated...but then, I get it. Am sure the vast majority of folks coming here are in their 20's or 30's. Service was good. I think both Managers-Owners (?) stopped by our table to check on us...and our waitress did her best. However, we did find it odd that we had to ask for soy sauce and wasabi with our Unagi nigiri order. Maybe this had something to do with it being a fusion place? As for the menu, there were several tantalizing and interesting options. My husband and I both decided to start with 2 orders of Unagi (as an appetizer). Then we agreed to share their signature dish, Lobster Fried Rice, as well as 2 sushi rolls, "The Genie" and "Kimchi Fried Chicken". We also finished our meal with their Panna Cotta (with Strawberry). Well, we both thoroughly enjoyed everything...but our favorites were the Lobster Fried Rice and the Panna Cotta. Sushi Rolls were good, but I felt I've had better? The Lobster Fried Rice, however, was possibly THE best Fried Rice dish I've had to date! The Panna Cotta was amazing too...just wished there were a bit more of it? BTW, I liked their cocktail, "Lotus Milk Punch"...but here's the thing. Despite the lofty price point, there just wasn't much of it...as there was this big block of ice taking all the space (just as with Whiskey drinks). Also, I didn't feel that it was strong enough. So here's where I dock a star. I feel that when a drink is this expensive (20?!?), it should be well worth it. Despite the good taste, it fell a bit short on its stingy portion and weak alcohol content. One other minus I must mention is the lack of parking here. You just have to drive around until you find a space along the road. It's a good thing we came early! Still, this is a great, new addition to Charlotte...and it's a cute spot for a date night or a girl's night out. I'd definitely wouldn't mind returning to try a few more items on the menu...and a repeat order of their amazing Lobster Fried Rice!

What made the night even better was the hospitality. The staff and owners were warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can tell this place was created with a lot of care.
