I explained the problem as best as I could from a layman perspective absent any technical knowledge whatsoever of dishwashers. Other than the dishwasher was sharing water with my kitchen floor, it is leaking. I did, as well share with him, that it was my belief the house was built around the dishwasher and how in the world anyone could access it for repair was beyond me. He advised that wouldn't be a problem and we were able to arrange a time for the repair. The technician, Matt, arrived exactly on time and appeared to be unfazed by the placement and inaccessibility of the old washer. He went straight to work, moving in what appeared to be moves, only mastered by professional contortionists, and Ninja Masters. In less than an hour Matt had replaced not only the leaking thingies: (my technical terminology) under the dishwasher, but as well replaced an old gate valve with a new ball valve, and he accomplished this without taking the kitchen apart. The cost of repair was what I would gage as VERY reasonable, Matt was professional, personable and proficient, and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend Allen Appliances without reservation. Found the problem in about 10 min, ran back to they're warehouse to grab the part, and were back in about 10-15. Plugged it in and it emidiatly started blowing cold in the fridge and freezing the freezer. One of those was just in time and plans and we had first got a dishwasher from them, and I've always. I tried to save money, so I did scratch and dent and even add scratch and dent through just in time appliance, the dishwasher was was expensive, which I get, you know, it was AA named brand dishwasher. Now they suggested it. The dishwasher has never cleaned dishes very well at all but I thought, okay, that's a one-off, not a big deal. Now, our other refrigerator that was in the house. Went\nOut on us , so I needed another refrigerator and I needed it now so I called them up. I said, Hey, and this is a larger double door refrigerator I said, I don't want to spend a ton, but can you suggest a refrigerator and maybe scratch and din again? So I can save some money. Well, Justin Kay actually told me he's like, well, we have this refrigerator I don't remember what it was called. It was like AA gungton or some c*** like that, and he said, this is equivalent, it's the same as AGE G makes them over there in China before they you know, call them GE and send them to America anyway. He said it's a good refrigerator well, right off the get, go, the refrigerator never would Keep food very cold and it kept taking and leaking. Somehow you know, the ice would like start melting and then it would have problems and we're talking weeks in. We had never repaired and we wanted another refrigerator we kept saying it's having problems, well, he would always say, well, we need to repair it. Well, this happened kept getting repaired. You know, first, it was another problem, 3 months in same exact thing, they repaired it. And then a few months in again same thing. They repaired it again, same thing, they repaired it within the warranty window, I took and I said, Hey, can we have another refrigerator he said, no, we have to do this, we have to repair it again so we did that. Then when I took and I said, look, we want this fixed, we want another refrigerator we're sick and tired of it, he said, well, your warranty's up. So now from what I've heard he's done this to many people. The good of it is, I guess he's actually moved out of the selling refrigerators to people. And now he's in the the, you know, having service tech for people well, I want to warn you on that. He's one of the most expensive service tech people in Grants Pass Oregon in my opinion. I wanna make sure that I say that. In my opinion now I do have you know, actual experience with him to draw on to say that. So my review for him is not good, he makes it to where I've been going now to home depot. I have an actual GE that says, GE on it. The thing has been amazing, I love it great refrigerator if you want to know what it is, let me know I will tell you and I'll do a review on the GE refrigerator I want to do more of this anyway. My freezer is considered a commericial freezer (like those in a convenience store) and everywhere I called refused to work on a commercial freezer in a residence, claiming insurance reasons. Fortunately IAS took the job! Mr. Evans diagnosed and repaired the problems and it has been working flawlessly since then. In addition to getting the job done right I appreciated the friendly, supportive demeanor of both Mr. Evans and of the people on the phone. They would verify they had the parts and call soon to schedule visit. That was Friday. Repair (non- emergency} was completed by Wednesday noon. Tyler had two repairs. Burner one-bad element. Burner two, broken stem for burner temperature knob. missing knob. He checked element AND verified that electrical connection was good. It wasn't. He fixed that too. It's an older stove. He checked stems for all four burners. Most had been replaced. He took care of another one that was likely to fail in the near future. He was done in less than an hour, and even gave me a chance to do a quick sweep of the dirt under the stove. I had asked him how he got into appliance repair, he praised his boss for being a good teacher. They were prompt, thorough, and very nice to work with. Proud to recommend them.

She then called Affordable Appliance and the technician Fred was great! He not only fixed the fridge but it only cost a little over $400. Honesty is a rare quality to find and Fred was quick and lucky for us he had the part on hand and we didnt have to wait nor did my cousin have to basically junk her expensive fridge to buy a new one. Truman worked diligently and throughly to ensure every twist and turn was cleaned. He even replaced the hose on my dryer and took apart and cleaned every venting part of my dryer. I did a load of towels afterwards. It used to take over an hour to dry them. After service it only took 40 minutes. I'm saving money on energy, wear and tear on the machine, and time! I highly recommend T&B Appliance for any dryer and vent cleaning. I asked him if I could schedule a cleaning for a year out. He responded that it may not be necessary to do it so soon, but he would put it on his calendar to send me a reminder if I wanted. Good company, good honest guy...
